One of the worst experience I had is the one I had with Yavuz a guy at Mercedes, he has no manner, I understand his english language is not that great, I would never take this against him, but he was such a nasty with so much hate, why? It was incomprehensible to me. Best of luck with this guy. He will ruin your day, The guy has so much poison and he let it out.I have been at many Mercedes dealers, in fact I have 2 German cars, one of them I have bought just last month for almost 93K, Im afraid but I will avoid you guys after my encounter with this miserable guy. Something deep wrong with this guy Peksoy.

Both the West Ashley and Mount Pleasant places are awful. Ive called 4 times to have my Mercedes serviced and received empty promises of return phone calls, been transferred to people who are not available to leave a message asking for a return phone call to no avail. Incredibly awful customer service. One star to post this review. Im owed two in change.

Typical, cat dealership. Likes to portray themselves as above the fray, but just another dealership, with the usual tactics. Pre quality for loans prior to stopping by. Advise against letting them finance for you.
