I just had to take my Stelvio in bc the infotainment screen was not powering up. They couldn’t guarantee me they could fix it, but My car was seen very quickly my car it needed several updates and they got them installed. Great experience here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not purchase an Alfa Romeo period in Charleston. I bought mine from Hendrick which had a few on the lot, however Alfa Romeo was bought by baker in Charleston. When I bought the car, I noticed some small hairline cracks in the navigation system. I was told to take it to Alfa Romeo, this is where things went downhill. I was told that it may or may not be covered under warranty and told that it might get fixed. I went back to Hendrick who called Alfa Romeo, who then told the GM that yeah yeah its going to get fixed. I called that next Monday to ask about the status of the ordering of a new navigation system. The manger of the service department, stated oh no they heard me wrong its not approved to get fixed and may not get fixed at all. I said you lied to Hendrick and he then threatened to remove my request and make a complaint to Alfa Romeo myself. I went back to Hendrick Dodge where I bought it and they were completely in awe that I was spoken to that way. They took the vehicle back from me and sold me a different vehicle. As a veteran, I have never had someone speak to me the way the service manager Victor did in my entire life. I wondered why they didnt have many vehicles on the lot I see why now, they are rude, mean and threaten owners. Please if you want an Alfa Romeo go somewhere else or just go with a different brand. After driving it for a few weeks with only 10k miles on it, there are many issues, such as shifting, sound system crackles when you have an iPod plugged in and the navigation system sometimes just shut down. I wish I recorded what he said to me because I would post it on here.

I had a great experience getting my new Guilia here. JJ and Benjamin both did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and was never pressured at all. The staff is very knowledgeable about their vehicles and very friendly as well.

Am in Myrtle Beach and am having problems with my Alpha Giulia. They are the closest dealership and the service manager went out of his way to explain the issues and tell me exactly what to do and how, if the problem were to happen again while I am down here. If I were to live in the area, they would be my only choice to purchase another vehicle.

WARNING: If your interested in an Alfa Romeo; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dont waste your time at Baker!My brother leases his 911 that was obtained through Baker. He recently called to inquire about a Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio as a potential replacement for his Porsche 911. Baker told him he could not take one for a test drive. They told him he would have to buy it. Only an idiot buys or leases a car without test driving it to see if they like it; it does not matter what reviews say. He also called to complain about this behavior to FCA corporate and they stated the dealer has discretion to do what it pleases. Way to launch a new brand in the US and insure its success! lol. Heading up north to test drive an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio to a dealer that actually is interested in selling and promoting a car. Maybe FCA can learn from some of its dealers that actually sell vehicles and have good ratings.
