The owner worked with me herself and created a beautiful arrangement for my mother! Her creativity spoke for itself and the quality of every flower was excellent. No cheap fillers. She was patient, kind and a pleasure to deal with!

I order flowers a couple of times a year from 1,000 miles away. Usually give a budget and let the florist(s) do their thing. Have never been disappointed.

Nice shop. Medium selection range of flower choices with very helpful staff. Charged a fee for debit purchases, so it would be nice if they added PayPal or venmo (or something else?) as an electronic alternative for those of us who dont carry a checkbook.

I go to EIU and my boyfriend is in the military so he orders me flowers for special occasions often and I have to say these are the best flowers I have ever received from him. They did a wonderful job with the arrangement of colors and flowers. I wasnt very impressed with the ones I had received before from another shop because there was too much green leaves and hardly any flowers. SO impressed with Bells and he will be ordering from there from now on.

I used the same florist for 37 years. I never know what I want, but I am very particular. I am a high maintenance floral customer, so I was not expecting the customer service I had grown to love. I couldnt be happier with their service. After changing my mind they came up with an exquisite idea, and it cost LESS than what I told them I wanted to spend. They explained all the fees and assured me they would be delivered today. Unfortunately, my friend was not available and they went out of their way to get the flowers to her! I found a new florist. Thank you. You made both of our days!
