We chose the Kitchen Gallery over the competition because of the quality of their countertops and cabinets and their great prices. We expected the project to cost a lot more than it did based on the quality of the products we chose. Cant say enough good things about this family-owned business!
The first time I called Kitchen Gallery to assist my mother-in-law with a poor job they did the person answering the phone was very rude. I have worked in customer service and I would have never talked to anyone like that. Especially, if the company was in the wrong. The drywall was damaged and the kitchen counters were not measured right. After numerous attempts of following up they eventually referred me to their attorney and then insurance company. This was a simple less than $1,600 job. The insurance company only paid for part of the drywall damage due to depreciation but we still had to pay the full amount to get it fixed. Their poor craftsmanship is not insured. I would suggest looking at your other options. If there are any problems be prepared for a long battle and a lot of barriers.
I would give them a -5 if I could. They took advantage of my mom who is an elderly widow by putting in subpar countertops. They tore up her drywall and left it offering to have a salesman paint over the markings and torn up drywall if she purchased the paint. They also mismeasured by an inch and put extra sealant in and said that is all they would do to fix it. Avoid them at all costs!
