I have made a great switch from Lowes to Home Depot. At Home Depot I get great plants and flowers. When shopping for plumbing supplies, I get expert advise.Walking in the store, youll be greeted and asked if they can help. Always there with a helpful person!!!

We came in looking for a sidewalk solution and found it exactly where it should be. Walked straight to checkout with no line, paid and leftAll told maybe 20 minutes. Awesome!

The overall service from The Home Depot Vendor was the absolute worst, not this particular location nor the delivery crew themselves, they were great.I paid for installation and after waiting two weeks for the products to finally be delivered I had to install everything myself.Then, two days after the delivery was complete someone from from the vendor-warehouse called me asking if I would like the installers to come out and do the install; I informed her that I already installed everything myself and I requested a refund since I paid for the install and had to do it myself.She then agreed to refund me, and at that moment I heard someone speaking to her in the background telling here that there is no refund and I didnt pay for the install persay, but I actually paid for the parts, and since I paid for the parts the install was free. I then asked her if she heard what she was telling me if I paid for the parts and that guaranteed me a free install, then what happened to the install? I asked her that question three more times and she was still dumbfounded and kept repeating that the install was free since I paid for the parts, and then she somehow came to the conclusion that I refused the install when the delivery team was delivering the appliances; which I refused nothing and the drivers insisted that there was no installation.What kind of operation is this?

Love this place! Almost always have what I need in stock, and whats even cooler is they priced match a tool for me from northern tool! And everytime I have to return a tool the staff is always very helpful! Keep doing great things!

The Home Depot on Northwoods Boulevard in North Charleston is a great place to stop for all of your home supply and project needs. The location directly off of Interstate 26 is very convenient and easy to get to from just about anywhere in the Charleston area. This store is very well run and managed and always seems to have what I need in stock. The staff here is collectively very knowledgeable and can answer just about any question you have right on the spot.They are also very efficient on the checkout process and being able to purchase all of my items. I have always had a positive experience here and have been able to find what I needed to complete my project and be on my way. This Home Depot is one of the best.

We went for a framing gun online it said they had four, we found an employee he couldnt find any of them... Then he found a framing gun that they dont make nails for anymore, and said that he would just put the display into that box and sell it to us. We left. Its ridiculous that we had to search for someone and then that person was like oh this isnt even my department. He said there wasnt anyone there for that department...

WOW! Go to this one instead of that way too crowded one in West Ashley. Took one star off because the male helper staffer in the Garden Department promptly made himself scarce when the place was full of ladies needing help.

It was a puzzling experience at your store today Home Depot? The item I was looking for was clearly marked in stock, so I drove over 60 miles round trip to get what I was looking for! The Day Manager was happy to help look for what I came for, until?? He came back empty handed with a b.s. story about how they have 1 instead of 23 of the items I was looking for in stock? Also his happy to help demeanor had changed? He then proceeded to try and charge me OVER double the price of the items I was buying? After correction he huffed off like a loser?

It was an experience. I asked a young lady stationed near isle 2 for assistance, the phone was MORE important, I gathered. She didnt value my time nor the importance of purchase. This isnt a typical occurrence but it is one to make one rethink a purchase.

Shannon in customer service is a prime example of what customer service really is. She not only listened to my issues concerning the products that were less than acceptable (aka let me vent my frustrations), she also, asked me specific questions to make sure she know exactly what the situation was and what I wanted to as far as replacement. Long story short, I got to the return window at the store and was telling the clerk what name was and... She chimed in and said, ahhh, yes, Ill take care of him/you, just one moment... Im thinking, finally, vip treatment, nice . If that wasnt enough, she had printed up all the receipts I needed AND had all the replacement items that I needed as well... It was surreal, like I was watching a training video that I was in, for a moment, I thought it was my birthday. Shout to Ms Bryce, as well, for the assist. Kudos, to you both. I appreciated your help and for going way beyond expectations.Thank you!!! Please train others...

I HAD TO REPLACE MY AIR MACHINE. THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS SUPPER SWEET. BUT THE EMPLOYEE BRETT NEEDS A COURSE IN PEOPLE RELATION. I WAS TOLD JUST GO GET ONE THE SAME KIND I NEEDED TO EXCHANGE. You need at least one register that isnt self checkout. If I ask someone to assist me at the service desk,,, dont show me you emotional disapproval. I didnt come here for that. Selection was not too bad.

I purchased a new washing machine. The young lady who helped me was very professional and knew how to do her job well. I was very happy with my experience an prefer Home Depot over other companies.

Ordered dryer for delivery. The person was so quick to head out but failed to mention the hole he put in my wall. Ive been calling since the same day it happened/was delivered (apr 2 2021) and nobodys done anything about it but say theyll call when ready. Im more upset about the fact that the delivery guy was not brave enough to just speak up. He instead just bolted. Mistakes happen but for this to drag on for this long and STILL NO SOLUTION. Is definitely terrible cx service

Home depot refused to honor my veterans ID card as valid proof I served in the Marines. So if your looking to get a 10% discount head over to Lowes across the street as they are happy to accept your business.

I looked online for a vacuum and they had the one I wanted for $249. It said while supplies last and to call before you come for availability and no place for the North Charleston store to preorder like the 3 other stores so we went to the store and they had one left. We got all our stuff and left but on the was home I looked at my receipt and they charged me $279. I called and asked why they charged me $30 more and I was told if you wanted it for less than you should have bought it online and pick it up curbside.When I looked you up by your website I was checking prices and I would expect to walk into your store and get it for the price that you show it to me regardless whether or not youre showing it on your website and especially when that website does not have a box that you can click to order for that item and dont ask me why they didnt but they had the check boxes for three other stores. I feel like you use this tactic as a gimmick and as a way to get more money from people because if I can buy a curbside at one price then I should be able to walk in your store and buy it at the same price.

Had to look for help. When we got help he acted like it was a chore to help us. We interrupted him sitting and talking with another associate. Was rude. No name tag so we couldnt get his name. No manager on duty. Went somewhere else and bought what we were there for. Their loss of $900 plus. Wont go back.

So this Home Depot is of course like the other ones. but I would have to say these guys were on top of it and they had my order ready and they helped me come out and take off my gate on my trailer and help me load up all my materials. Good peopleand also noticed Lowes across the road did the same thing they help me load my stuff on my truck. So good day!!! Keep it up

Hone depot should certainly hire more associates. We wait.a lot during our visits. Mast night, one associate at flooring dept. was helping a customer and answering the phone at the sametime. He also tried to tell us where the flooring items were.

CEO makes poor decisions with where he donates money. I wont be contributing to his bottom line anymore. I encourage you to shop online, with ACE or Lowes. Be conscientious with your dollars.

I was looking for the Coast Rechargeable LED Flashlight HX5R, but they were out. 😥Instead, I bought a 2021 Old Farmers Almanac with glossy cover ( nasty 😫). It needs to be non glossy!! At least it has the requisite hole to hang it up on a nail.

Its a box store. Sometimes difficult to find help but associates are friendly and helpful once you find one. Prices are competitive.

Went to get some plumbing supplies and found that some was one isle and the other was on an 4 isles over...never seen anything like it...typically they continue the next isle over or the next isle across from the middle of the store walkway....when you staff your stores with minimal help...be kind enough to stock your store where it makes a little sense for my bird brains😂!

Its worth the short drive from Summerville/Knightsville (9-miles) to this Home Depot, the customer service is phenomenal. Associates dont scatter here, or evade, when they see customers looking for a hard to find item. They are a customer experience driven store - and thats a huge plus when asking for directions or advice. Excellent team here.

Ordering online and picking up was pretty easy. The associates were friendly and trying their best to make things go smoothly during this crazy time. Berta (I think that was her name) at the pick up desk was really friendly and great to talk to. She helped me get my order quickly and made me feel good shopping there.

Im really glad that Home Depot as a chain has rolled out curbside order pickup due to the pandemic, however Im not sure that anyone told the employees at this location. Every time I come to pick up an order, it takes at least 20 minutes for them to come out with it, no matter how small the items are. Call the number, they say someone is coming and hang up. No one comes. Go to the link and check in, no one comes. On multiple occasions Ive watched the curbside attendants stand there flapping their gums to co-workers for extended periods of time while Im just sitting there waiting, and they look right at my car in the curbside spot. In fact, Im writing this wordy diatribe while still waiting, yet again, for the employees to show up. I could probably drive out to the Summerville location and get home with my order faster. Whether the parking lot is packed or barely populated, these folks do not show up in any reasonable amount of time.I have now watched several customers go into the store then come back out with their purchases while waiting for these people to show up.Total wait time today: 34 minutes for a couple of small plastic bins, an order that had been ready for several hours, without even so much as an Im sorry for your wait

I LOVE this place! It is very organized, tidy, and amateur friendly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.I always shop here for my home improvement projects.My experience today has not only confirmed my prior opinion but taken my admiration and appreciation to a whole new level. I went in with a plan. I had a rough sketch of a garden gate I intended to build. Although I am far from a carpenter I thought I had done a great job of drawing and calculating the things I would need. However, I was not aware that a 2 X 4 is actually 1 1/2 X 3 1/2. Had it not been for Daniel in hardware and Alex in lumber I would have had a hot mess. Both these men sat down with me and redrew my plans, helped me adjust my materials list, and then actually got them together for me. Then Alex laid it all out - on the floor, to make sure I was satisfied before I left. He then helped me get ALL of it, including 2 pieces of 2X4X6 lumber, 2 pieces of 2 X 8 corrugated metal roofing and multiple other pieces and parts into my Kia Soul! (I wanted to hug both their necks!)I highly recommend this store and WILL continue to shop here!

I did ask for help with anchors for a kitchen sink and the person asking me if I need it help, he informed me that they dont sell them, but I found them by my self, also the mens bathroom was disgusting, and is really hard to reported it, they give you a number to call, after 4 different menus they informed you to call back on regular times.

Bought 2500 dollars on washer and dryer. Delivered with issues found same day delivery. Hard to deal with their customer service and returns. Horrible experience. Do not buy stuff there! They just take the money and if you have issues youll have to spend at least 4 hours trying to get a solution for your own money. BTW I paid in cash. Worse decision!
