Always excellent service and always enjoyable food. Wonderful atmosphere, plenty of seating and free drinks of choice; does not cost extra for soda. My husband and I eat here quite often

Went at 230pm and everything was warm and fresh. The few dishes that were out/low got refreshed quickly. Very friendly staff. Good variety especially considering the small space. Bourbon chicken on lo mein was delightful. Would definitely go again.

Love this buffet!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Their food selections are fantastic & always fresh. Just wish they offered unsweetened brewed tea in addition to their hot tea. Go here.. you wont be disappointed!

I originally have them 3 stars but now Im giving them 4 stars because they have improved on the buffett. The food seems to be a lot fresher than the last 5-10 times I have eaten here.

We were disappointed overall with both the quality of this food as well as the service when we were honest about the taste and quality of the food and asked politely for a refund but were told that instead they would make the order again.This food is like imitation Chinese food for people with basic palettes. It is lacking in flavor and texture. The price is exactly what you are paying for. Below average, tasteless food.Please try additional restaurants in the area instead of this one.

Good food for the first time I went to a buffet whos broccoli was fully cooked I didnt have to leave my broccoli for basically being raw or too big! Everything was good tender and warm! Im from chicago but this is my top favorite buffet ever.

Food was tasty, hot, and plentiful. Decent selection. Fresh. Staff seemed happy and friendly. Bathrooms need scrubbed down, mens soap dispenser worked but is broken. Great selection of Deans scoopable ice cream.

We came in pretty late (which I generally try to avoid). They dropped a huge plate of fresh black pepper chicken off at our table, offered to make anything we wanted that they were out of, gave us take home boxes as we were about to leave, and were in general SO sweet. Their selection isnt the greatest, but their kindness is definitely worth the rating!

Their black pepper chicken, Lo Mien, and egg rolls are my preference and boy are they top notch

I love QQ buffet because the food tastes great, and the staff members are friendly and kind! I recommend the sushi! There are many options to choose from including kid-friendly options like pizza!

The restaurant is very clean and the people are great. Some of the food was not as good as Ive had at other establishments however; thats personal choice.

I love QQ. The food selection at this location is small but the food is delicious. I particularly like that a drink is included. That is unheard of in Springfield (my hometown). This location also offers discounts for EIU students which is nice

This is our favorite Asian Restaurant! I know people who dive 45 min. Just to eat there. We are a couple of them, lol. The price is starting to get a little high but still worth it!
