They were very fast giving me a quote. The company had to become a vendor in the VA System and they did the paperwork immediately, so we could do business with them. They were willing to travel because we are located in Columbia. Perry did a beautiful job on our doors. Would defiantly use them again and refer other people to them.

Recently, I visited the FAST Signs in Charleston, SC. During the visit, I didnt realize I was talking to the owner. Mr. Burke Huddleston. Even during a power outage for his business, he was more than willing to do way above and beyond to help me with the signs I needed. I needed the sings for the Citadel. His business staff were all great. They were able to complete the sings when we needed them. Great staff to work with. I highly recommend Fast Signs on Savannah Highway in Charleston, SC for any sing needs to include offices, business, or even personal.

FASTSIGNS truly is fast when it comes to there services. I’ve worked with both Perry and Nikki in the West Ashley office and both are excellent when it comes to Customer Service. They truly care about their customers. The quality of their products is by far the best I’ve seen in the area and I’ve tried other places.

Our organization needed signs in a hurry but out-of-state! We live in Michigan, have a designer in South Dakota, and the event was in South Carolina. FAST SIGNS was the perfect solution. Our SD designer digitally forwarded his work for our banners (8 different large banners!) to the the Charleston, SC office where they were produced. They arrived at our venue, each in its own individual case and each with 2 support poles (one on each end v. a single pole in the middle). They looked fantastic. Perhaps because it was a large order, they were delivered, too. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly and will certainly use them again. In addition, I think the Charleston location of this FAST SIGNS provided us with a better product than the last order we placed in a different state. If you are not sure about what you want you need someone that understands the options and is pleasant when they explain things to you. I simply needed three images blown up for a Birthday Party. Rather than just do what I thought should be done, the person asked questions and gave me choices by showing me the difference. It was just easy because the person at the front desk was not selling me something, they were making sure I got what I needed.

I called FastSigns for some work and they asked that I send them photos. They responded asking me to measure the work area. This should have been requested the first go round OR they should have a professional come out here to do that. Isnt that why we pay them? Anyways, after 2 additional follow-ups I was told that an outside sales rep would contact me. Im still waiting. I guess they dont need the business. Im looking elsewhere.
