I would like to give 5 STARS to Steven, the manager of the Le Creuset Outlet Store in North Charleston, SC! Steven helped me locate a rare, nearly out of stock, stainless steel stock pot that I wanted as a gift for my aunt. I was having a difficult and very frustrating experience trying to find it online when Steven provided excellent customer service and found the stock pot! Le Creuset makes great, high-quality cookware and now I know their people are great too!

Friendly staff and I probably walked out with more than what was on my list. Got a stack of colorful bowls that was a hit. Guest liked being able to choose their color.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the products. They gave great service to my wife and my self.

Steven was just to die for! Thanks for being a good friend to my daughter.

Most uncomfortable shopping experience.There were three associates working, but there might as well have only been one. The entire time I was shopping two associates just stood behind the counter, talking amongst themselves and wouldn’t engage with customers. When I looked over to them to get assistance they were staring at me....so I asked the third associate - who was already helping TWO other customers. She kindly juggled a third customer and deserves a raise!A huge opportunity to improve your operating budget is clearly only have one associate in the store. I respectfully recommend it be Mary, the associate who helped me.In the end I walked out without purchasing anything because of the other two associates. Sad, I love Le Creuset’s products
