A fantastic experience. Scott Berlin was my service advisor. I came in on a Saturday morning and told Scott about my problem. He checked my vehicle and advised me that there was a safety recall on my vehicle, a 2008 Corvette. He checked with the parts dept. and told they had the necessary part in stock. He offered to try get it repaired on Saturday. I opted to make an appointment for a later date. Took the vehicle in on Thursday for 1:00 pm Friday appointment. Scott called me about 9:30 AM on Friday and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Scott and your service technician went above and beyond their duty. Scott was extremely friendly and courteous. Well other than having a truck payment now I would say I had an awesome experience. Friendly people, not pushy and straight forward.

Beware Seth in Finance! My actual experience with buying a used Tahoe through Bob was great. I financed the vehicle and found Seth to be very misleading with his presentation of financial options for the loan. I had to continuously remind him that I wanted no additional loan add ons. No extra coverage, nothing additional above the vehicle price and tax. We even had to go back once or twice to remove something that had been added in. I didn’t leave with any documents but was assured that they would be emailed to me. When I finally got my loan payment papers few weeks later I found that there was a $5000 charge in addition to the vehicle price for some additional warranty. I called three times and left messages for Seth, and never received an answer. I finally went to the dealership in person and walked into his office and he didn’t even ask me any questions and prepared everything that I had left my phone messages, so I guess he did get them. It’s now four weeks later and the additional $5000 is still present on my loan, and I’m about to pay my second payment which will include interest for that $5000. I really feel like Seth tried to scam me to hit his numbers, make sure to visit someone else in that department!

Buying a used car right now can be a total nightmare with the current market… until you go to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Charleston! From the time you walk in the door, you are treated as family. Bubba understood what I was looking for and I could not be happier with finding my third row seating within my budget! 2018 Nissan Pathfinder with under 30,000 mileage, unheard of these days! Their manager (TJ I believe) knew the budget I was working with and MADE IT HAPPEN, even with adding the leather seats I wanted!!! Awesome experience!!! This was an out of town purchase so I was hesitant at first to make the plunge without driving or even seeing the vehicle, but so glad I did! My sales guy, Don Demuth, could not have been better! The minimal amount of negotiation that was done was all able to be done remotely even with a trade in. The truck was in transit and he kept me in the loop with regular status updates and then even texted pictures when it had arrived and as accessories were being installed. Great personal touch and they even delivered to my door 2 hours away. Highly recommend!

Scott was my service advisor and did a good job addressing the several issues I brought my 2014 Yukon in for. I dropped off the vehicle during after-hours on a Thursday night. Scott called me promptly the next day with their findings. I had a no-start issue, an AC issue, an outstanding recall, and needed a new set of keys. Everything was handled within just a couple days and my car was returned in good shape. Scott maintained good communication throughout the process. We both agreed that we will keep an eye on my AC system, so far its doing fine.

Everyone was really friendly and I was greeted immediately when I came into the service center. I parked my car in a spot near the service center and an employee offered to move my car Into the shop for me while I checked in. Super helpful since I was on a time crunch! The paperwork was fast and efficient and I was updated on my car status throughout the day when needed.

I have to say that Bob couldnt have made one of the biggest purchases of my life any easier. Buying a car across state lines was far easier than I couldve ever expected. I love my new-to-me 2015 Dodge Durango Limited and I got a great trade in value for my vehicle.It took me a little bit to wrap my mind around my new car payment, but once I drove my new-to-me car I fell in love and realized that it is worth every penny. This dealership is amazing and saved me the two hour drive from Savannah to Charleston.

The actual repair was fine. The communication of the change in estimate was unacceptable. I was given an estimate of $1369 and actual cost of $1972 when I showed up to pick up my vehicle. Then the paperwork indicates that I gave approval for the additional $630 when I was never notified. I understand that actual cost and estimates may differ but to falsify paperwork to show that I approved additional cost in which I wasn’t even notified is not ok in my book. I would never let this happen at my job.

I bought a 2020 Equinox from them. I really wished I went to Crews Chevrolet. When I bought some Crews Chevrolet my interest rate was only 4.5. My credit score was 6:59. With Crews Chevrolet oh, it was higher with Rick Hendricks. So I called up GM finance and question them why would they keep me as a customer and raise my interest rate when I had a lower interest rate with the other car also Chevy never missed a payment. WFT. They said they would have negotiated my interest rate if I didnt already pay they would have brought it back down to oh and a half percent 4 + 1/2🤦🏾

The service center was clean, staff was friendly and honest, and they fixed my car in a very timely manner. The free shuttle ride to and from the dealership is super helpful as well

I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Last Sunday I made a stupid mistake and filled the radiator overflow tank with windshield washer fluid!!! I couldnt believe I did that and was worried it would screw up my car (what do I know)! Wayne Goss, my service consultant, got me in for an appointment right away the next day and had the radiator drained, flushed and refilled. Within an hour and a half I was back on my way. He was very kind and reassuring. I wont hesitate to ask for him again should the need arise. Thank you, Wayne.

The customer service was lacking. Telephone calls to the service representative was not returned. Other dealership at least offer a courtesy vehicle. Other dealerships insure that your vehicle is clean when returned. Took over two weeks to get my vehicle seen. Rick Hendricks Chevrolet might not be too big to fail but its too big to provide exceptional service

What can I say about this dealership??? Dale came thru in a way we never expected. My husband and I have been searching for a car for a while, and contacted a few dealerships, and even went through a couple of online sites. We were literally five seconds from making a deal online when I decided to call one more place and asked if they had any vehicles on their lot that we were interested in, and gave the two specific things I was looking for in the phone call. Now Ive given to every dealership we talked to what we wanted in our next vehicle. Nobody came through for us the way Dale Rowland did . Very efficient process. Jeremiah did great in facilitating my out of state vehicle purchase by having many things completed ahead of time. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was parked out front and ready for a test drive. After the test drive, completing the sales contract and associated paperwork was smooth and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase, and Jeremiah and the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet brought a pleasant end to a daunting vehicle search. Only downside is the dealership isnt closer to home to be able to engage in frequent business, because the customer service was excellent.

My Buick I bought, 3years ago; I across the road at Honda Rick Hendrick had blown it transmission completely. Lucky for me I bought extended warranty. It was July 4th weekend so I did have to wait like 3 weeks. With that being said i was given a loaner car the whole time and not only did I get my transmission re build, ac compressor replaced, front and back breaks replaced and an oil change. Everything appears to working great. And it was under $1,800.

I bought a used 2021 Silverado Duramax 10 days ago (evening of 27Sep). Its been in the shop twice already and youve had it longer than I have at this point. This week it sat for 2 days before anyone ran diagostics only to realize that parts needed to be ordered. I was told yesterday by my service rep that I would be getting a call from the Service Manager to further explain what was going - Im still waiting for that phone call. The rep did tell me yesterday that parts would be in today - its now past Noon on the next day and Ive yet to hear from anyone. Hopefully things are better in the future.

Everybodys super nice here. Little biased on this one as I worked here 18 years or so ago. Stopped in for an oil/filter change and was a little slower but to be expected with the Covid going around... AGAIN

JJ worked me in on a Saturday morning and got them fixed that day so that I wouldnt be caught in the rain without them again. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The week before this happened, I had my oil changed there and Dana provided excellent customer service as well! Yall are always a pleasure to work with. :)

Dealership was not able to repair the motor underneath my power seat or move the seat manually (part has been discontinued), but the employee, Scott went out of his way to check parts department and to check if seat could be moved manually(it cannot be moved manually). Very friendly, Professional Service.

I’m a new mom and having a small sedan weighed heavy on my mind for the safety of my daughter. I recently went into Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and was quickly put to ease. I normally dread having to deal with buying a new car, working in finance myself. And as a woman that is compounded by the fact most salespeople think women know less about both cars and finance.
