Andy’s greeting as I got out of the car was warm and friendly. My wait time was pleasurable and I could not have felt more like family. When my service was complete Andy walked me to my car to make sure everything was to my liking.

Andy in service went above and beyond and his communication to me about everything was impeccable. I have been in excruciating pain with my back and grouchy at times but he remained super nice and professional and was so understanding. I had a mold issue due to a window failure and it didn’t close completely. They replaced the window motor and got the car cleaned. It was time for my service so that was completed. Unfortunately having a seatbelt issue unrelated and the back seat hasn’t been popped into place from the cleaning but I know they will take care of it. Also I was put in a loaner bc this was a timely job. I’m very pleased and this is my second service with them. There service manager is on top of things as well.

I was able to trade in my 2015 Mini S, and leave with a suitable car they had on the lot. The staff, including Seth Young who I dealt with directly, were all knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.So my rating of 5 stars is genuine. But I will mention that I find the suggestion/request that I fill out a 5-Star review to be a bit presumptuous.

I was delighted with my Motoring Advisor, Mary Skinner! Buying a car is not usually such a pleasant experience for me, but Marys personality and knowledge made the experience enjoyable. Her knowledge of the MINI line is extensive and reflects her 10+ years of experience. There was a part of my deal that I wasnt comfortable with and Mary was happy to advocate for me and facilitate a compromise that I was very pleased with. She is also a skilled educator as she taught me all I would need to know to jump in and make the 5 hour drive home. Her follow-up the next morning was thoughtful and helpful, too. One more thing: I like to be helped by people----like Mary--- who are well-equipped to communicate the information I need to make my own decision. Thats different than someone who wants to persuade me to decide in their favor. Im a big fan of Mary Skinner and MINI of Charleston (I interacted with other staff there and they were all, without exception, friendly and helpful).

Took my 7-year old roadster in for its service and to fix an engine problem. First time it hasnt been on warranty since I had it from new so I was expecting big $$$. Great service as usual from the team at Mini of Charleston and in particular Stuart Kestenbaum (a fellow roadster owner) who explained the laundry list of stuff that needed fixing and managed to find some things still on warranty that kept the bill manageable. Russ Thames couldnt have been more helpful getting us into our perfect new Countryman! He bent over backwards to get us exactly the car with the options we wanted and have us driving away in it that same evening despite the late hour--I think he had to turn off the lights and lock the doors on his way out! He literally went the extra mile to bring us a new key and program it a few days later since the second key couldnt be located on the day of the sale.

I flew in from Michigan on a days notice and were able to take care of me with the purchase of my dream car— 2019 TOYOTA 4Runner trd pro. Being a long term BMW and Mini customer because of it’s legendary customer service it was no surprise that when we move to Charleston from New England we needed to visit our local dealer for service. While our car was at the BMW dealer for service we decided to walk to the Mini dealer as I was thinking it was time to update my car to a mini convertible to take advantage of the awesome weather that Charleston has to offer. As we started to wander around the parking lot we were greeted by Seth! He introduce himself and was very generous with his time. After a lot of searching and looking at all options we decided that the best thing was to special order the car with all bell and whistles that existed only through a special order. Seth was extremely patient and very profesional during the entire process. He explained the entire process and was really knowledgeable and walked us through the entire processes. Seth was sending us bi-weekly updates of the progress of the car and expectations. I could have easily gotten a new mini convertible from my old dealer with out the wait but the level of service and professionalism displayed by Seth during this process really gave us the confidence level we needed during this time to make the right decision. Sales associate friendly& helpful. Their finance manager. Not helpful or accommodating during Covid times. Wanted the wife to come in person to sign. With me.Would not do Doc u sign. Ruined the deal. I walked away.Most reputable dealerships offer such services, during Covid. What a shame.👎
