I was rear ended by another car and took my car here at the recommendation of the insurance company. Their repair job was excellent. Ive looked over the car thoroughly and carefully and cannot see any evidence that the car was ever damaged. Superb craftsmanship and scrupulous attention to detail. In addition, Mike, the manager, kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic it is difficult to get parts in a timely manner, but they cut no corners. They have my highest recommendation.

James was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about his kind spirit and professionalism. My family were traveling from out of town and needed emergency suspension, transmission, and electrical work after I hit a gas pump while traveling. Oopsie. James made time to fix my car, coordinate claims with Allstate, and most importantly make my car safe for our newborn to travel 8 hours home. First of all the team at Regency gave me a quote and got me set up for service in a very timely manner! From the gentleman quoting the cost to the ladies at the front everyone was friendly and personable. The quote given for the scratch on my Fiat was beyond fair. I had checked out a few other locations just to get an idea and regency not only got the best reviews but they were closest to my apartment and they had the most fair pricing.I scheduled to drop my car off first thing Tuesday morning and the work was done and ready for pick up barely two days later. The turn around time was impressive and I was grateful being its my only form of transportation.Now for the work... you would never know my car was scratched. I have a very unique mint color fiat and I was nervous but it looks absolutely flawless. What really blew me away was the fact the detailed the outside and inside of the vehicle which I didnt expect. I am blown away by the service and professionalism of this location and I recommend anyone looking for high quality work, fair prices and a friendly knowledgeable team go here.I am so glad I chose regency for my work and that they made the whole process simple and stress free!  Thank you!

Got into a fender bender and I honestly just randomly chose Regency because they work with my car insurance. After my experience Im extremely happy that thats the case.The women I dealt with at reception were always courteous and engaged and I was kept up-to-date concerning my repairs. James, who was in charge of my repairs, was absolutely fantastic. The repairs from my wreck look great but he also took the time to help me with a couple of unrelated issues. He did some work on a dent that was from a previous parking lot collision (I swear Im not a terrible driver) and also helped me with my hatchbacks lock which looks to be failing. He didnt get upset or complain about looking at the lock since it wasnt collision related but was genuinely interested and helpful. Hes very knowledgeable and down to earth.I could keep going but for the sake of brevity Ill just say that I highly recommend Regency Collision and everyone that works there.

My 2020 Ford 150 pickup had its tailgate damaged by an unknown individual in the parking lot of a shopping center. Unfortunately I didnt get any repairs to my vehicle. The insurance company considered it a total loss after Regencys estimate. Regencys customer service was exceptional. The receptionist was professional and courteous. In the event if I have another vehicle needing repair, I would definitely return due to the inviting welcoming I received.

Had Scott and Billy look at my car for me after being hit in a wreck.Both were very fast, professional and helped me cover everything needed in this stressful time. I described VERY CLEARLY on the phone that our F-150 bumper was bent-in by MINOR fender bender while stopped at a traffic light. (No damage to the other car whatsoever.) I asked if they could just pull it back in place. I was told they couldnt say until they saw the truck. I said fine, but IF that was all it required, could they do it. Again he said they would need to see it and I would need to make an appt. I did. He looked at it and said I needed new brackets and a new bumper! Clearly, I did not. And then he said we had the wrong guy. Could that not have been told to me on the phone instead of just wasting my time??? Disgusting and disrespectful.

Regency Collision Center on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is the go place to get your car fixed for minor damage to the more major stuff. They work hard to make everything look good and it is hard to believe some of the magic that they perform with the before and after results. The staff here is very friendly and makes everything very easy for the customers. I have been impressed with their quality of work throughout the years.

This a a family run business. They gave me excellent customer service including keeping me informed on how things were going with my car, friendly interactions, and throwing in some extra TLC for my car. The insurance company had them on their list of places to go, so I was suspicious at first. That said, about a week from getting my car back all seems great. I would go back again, even if I need body work without having been in a car accident. Thank you James and family!

I had my car towed to Regency after a wreck and they were extremely accommodating through the whole process. I decided not to repair my car (very old, time for a new one!) and they did not charge me for leaving it at their collision center until I had a buyer that could pick it up. Great customer service and easy to work with... hopefully I won’t need Regency’s services again, but if I need a vehicle repaired I will for sure bring it to Regency!

Unfortunately I needed their help in getting my car fixed after a collision. They were exceptional in keeping me posted as to updates, answering all my questions and concerns, and even better, the car was completed 2 weeks prior to their original estimate! Its in better condition now than it was before! Highly recommend this family owned business!

What a great experience. On the road traveling out of state had some damage to my car on the interstate. Took it to Regency Collision Center and was met with nothing but politeness and smiles. Mike and Vanessa were awesome. Parts were ordered, came in on time and my car was ready a day before they promised it. They arranged my rental car and when I picked my car up it looked perfect. Weve (unfortunately) had a few cars in over the last year or so and every time they are so great to work with. They are kind and courteous, able to work with our schedule and do the communication with the rental car company and the insurance company and get the work done quickly. I personally believe in and have been using and referring my clients and friends to the Regency Collision Center for years. When it comes to writing straight-forward, fair estimates and to getting the job done right, on time and looking good, you can count on Regency. Ive never known anyone at Regency to cut any corners, and Ive never been or had a client or anyone else tell me that they were unhappy with any work Regency did.Years ago, my wifes Chevy Suburban was rear-ended, and I took it to several body shops for written estimates. What I heard about the damage surprised me, and the estimates were different by thousands of dollars, which was amazing. Then, I went to Regency, where I met Pete, the manager, who came out, gave my Suburban a look and wrote me an estimate that was pretty different from the others, and it was much lower than the lowest one Id gotten. When I showed him the other written estimates and asked him about them, he shook his head and laughed. His laugh said it all; it was all I needed to know; Regency got the job; and Ive been happy ever since.Although Pete has retired, Regencys manager, James, runs the shop and does the work the way Pete did. Youll like James, and youll like everyone you meet at Regency. They are all friendly and helpful, and they are determined to make your body shop experience, which can be pretty stressful, as pleasant as it can be.If your vehicle has been involved in an accident or been damaged, take it or have it towed to the Regency Collision Center for repairs. Youll be glad you did.

Had my car taken in to have a fender fixed. They scratched the car in a couple spots while installing new fender. Also damaged front bumper and claimed it was like that already. Body lines are not right. Will have to rework bumper and straighten their handy work

This is the third time Ive used Regency and they continue to impress me. The staff hasnt changed over the number of years that Ive used them and they provide the same trustworthy service. If you are unsatisfied with something, they fix it. In this circumstance, I was very pleased that my car was completed nearly two weeks sooner than expected. They even washed it, even all four tires/wheels and I think they vaccumed inside too, despite the fact that only the bumper and one headlight were being replaced. When I picked the car up, Scott was working to shine up my old headlight to match its brand new partner! That just goes to show how much they care about satisfying their customers! I felt like I drove off the lot with a brand new car!

Worked with Mike and was literally blown away by everything he did. Im won over to the point that I will always go to this shop if at all possible.I live in North Charleston and its a good 20-25 minute drive to go here but well worth it.

Terrible product, terrible service.After having my car for almost 30 days because they did a horrible job painting/repairing it the first time they had to do it again. They called my phone, and without a followup started billing me for the rental car - it took me two days to find this out. If they would have done a competent job the first time, none of this would have happened. Theyd literally daubed paint on rock chips on the hood with a qtip.Avoid this place at all costs - there are plenty other places to go.

Mike needs to learn customer service skills. He has such a nasty attitude! I was calling to see about getting my car looked at again because they did a horrible job and he didnt care to address the issue.I filed a claim with USAA to have my car fixed. My parents recommended Regency and thats the only reason why I went. I should have trusted my gut and the bad reviews I read on the internet. They are spot on! No idea how they have such fantastic reviews otherwise (must be friends and family).So... I called today because my car is making this awful noise. Its WORSE than when I dropped it off to them. I dont want to drive it right now, its that bad. The noise was there before (not as bad as it is right now) and unfortunately, if I had Mikes nasty attitude talk to me or my father the way he did today, when it was first addressed, they wouldnt have gotten the claim money or my business. Nor, did my father relay the message to me of how they wouldnt be able to fix it because I would have gone elsewhere. Mike kept telling me it has to do with something I hit because there is this huge gash in my tire and hubcap. --- Umm, I hit nothing. There is a mark on my hubcap and there is not a huge gash in/on my tire. There is a scrap on the top of my hubcap and thats it. Also when I asked why he asked for more money from my insurance if he did nothing but fix the exterior of it (not $2000 worth!!) he said it was for the rear. Are you serious? The claim was filed with damage to my front left side of my car. Most of the damage was in the front! Why youre messing around and adding more money for the rear is beyond me! There was a small dent on the rear lower bumper and I thought, well, if I have to take it in, I might as well get that taken care of. It was on my bumper! My father told me how you popped it out the same day he talked to you. In fact, he drove it back to my house before it had to be taken in and I saw it popped back out and fixed! Way before you all touched the car for repairs.....SO..... No reason to still be fixing back there for more money from the insurance company! I told Mike there was no reason to be messing with the rear. When I told him that, he said I should have brought it in and told him that instead of my dad with this nasty tone. WHAT THE.... My parents help me, as I am a single parent and when I decided to take my car in, they helped with transportation to get it there, while I WORKED. A concept, Mike needs more respect with. You should have focused more on my front. And the thing is, just because you put a fog light back together and add a semi-alright paint job, doesnt mean your work wasnt shady because it was and is! Not worth the cost thats for sure. And my car is worse off!When I called because the noise is horrible now and it got worse after you all touched it. Mike, told me to take it up with USAA (which I did) if I have a problem with it. REGENCY GOT THEIR MONEY so he has no time to make things right. CROOKS! And Mike is rude! This review is for the other people. RUN! They are rude, shady, and shouldnt have any insurance company work with them!

Lazy. James I had high expectations with Regency and took the time to come specifically to you from a referral. You “can’t paint that” or you simply don’t feel like dealing with it? Sending me to your paint supplier for suggestions when you are the paint/body shop is quite frankly pathetic. Instead of taking the time to have any discussion on posssible solutions yourself shows how little you care about the reputation of your business

I brought my car to Regency after it was involved in a hit and run. Regency was great about communication throughout the entire process. They explained the repairs to me and once the parts needed, arrived, my car was in and out in four days! The repair is flawless and you cant even tell my car was ever hit. Also worth noting, they have a really welcoming waiting area with snacks, drinks, TV, sofa, and a drawing area for kids.
