As arranged today, Justin came by to fix our CV. A couple of weeks ago, the inlets on one side of the house did not have enough volts to turn on the main unit. There had to be a loose wire or broken wire somewhere, but I couldnt it. Central Vacuum Experts to the rescue. Justin got in the crawl space, repaired the broken connection, tested the inlets and measured the suction. Expert, professional service. Huzzahs to CVEs!!!! Thank you.

My central vacuum with the hide-a-hose is AWESOME. We have 2 dogs and I vacuum every other day.... having the central vacuum means no doggie smell to clean out of my vacuum every time I vacuum. The hide-a-hose feature means the hose hides inside the walls so you don’t have to “hook” it up or store it somewhere... just pull it out of wall, turn on and go! The people at Central Vacuum Experts are very helpful, quick to respond and always go a bit extra. I can not recommend them enough!! They are old school customer service.

We moved into our new Raleigh home last summer. Central Vacuum Exports sold us a great central vac system and were terrific With the installation, training and follow up. The system is wonderful - much better vacuum than my old canisters and uprights, and the kick plate vacuum under the counters in strategic areas is a dream! Just sweep to that spot, pickup the plate and it sucks in the whatever is on the floor without needing to pull out the vacuum. We have very long hoses in 3 spots on main floor and 2 upstairs, and it reaches every spot on the floor without an issue. They did a great job planning this. This team has also been very available for any questions or support we need. I highly recommend them and I’m sure they’d love to come in and help plan and budget for your new - or existing- home!

With so many service providers doing the minimum, Central Vacuum Experts went way beyond expectations. They came the same day, did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my system and charged less than I expected. I will only use them going forward and couldnt be happier!

When our home was built, the builders roughed in a central vac system by installing the outlets and vertical pipes down to the crawl space. We wanted to have our system finished, to include horizontal connecting piping in the crawl space and extending into the garage. We already had a separate circuit for the vacuum and low voltage wires run to each outlet. Jason was able to provide a quote after exchanging emails and speaking over the phone for the system completion. We decided to go with a different vacuum, but Jason worked with us and was open to completing the install (without supplying the vacuum). Jeremy was prompt and professional, and completed the install in just a few hours. All piping was supplied, as well as the outlet covers/receivers, and Jeremy mounted the vacuum and connected all piping. Before he left, he tested out the system with me and gave me a few pointers on how to use it. We have been using the system for over a month now, and could not be more happy with it! We have had no issues with the install, and everything works great. Thank you Jason and Jeremy, and the Central Vac Experts team, we highly recommend!

Justin came out and helped fix our central vacuum that had been installed many years ago by another company. There was a loose wire somewhere, and the wiring in my house is a real birds nest. Justin was very diligent and efficient, and eventually found the problem! now the vacuum works just like new. Very personable and professional. Im very pleased with the result and now I know exactly who to call if I ever have any problems again.
