The desk assistants in this ophthalmology were incredibly unprofessional and unwelcoming. My mom had bad experience there, as she felt like they were making fun of her english accent, since it is her second language. It was a demeaning experience for her. This was solely the desk assistants, everybody else was helpful.

Extremely rude service at the desk. They were immature and unprofessional. If you want a welcoming experience this is not the place to go.
