Always a good experience visiting this store. The staff are helpful and friendly. We ordered a birthday ice cream cake, which was completed to perfection.

Went to Ben and Jerry’s just now. The place was full of people eating ice cream obviously without a mask the girl behind the counter said we could not order without a mask! Are you serious???? We have had Covid and are also fully vaccinated. Keep in mind there is no mask order in place for North Carolina. We will never go to another B and J and will also stop buying it in our grocery store. You have lost a faithful customer

The place organizes flavors accordingly to allergies, with flavors with nuts on one side and flavors without nuts in the other. Great ice cream and great service as well.

I enjoy Ben and Jerrys New York Chocolate Fudge more than any other ice cream . The chocolate taste is great and the walnuts add crunch and flavor. The chunks of chocolates especially the white ones are a waste in this recipe. I often wished they would add roasted hazelnut instead. Not sure what the flavor would be like. Yummy I hope. Has anyone tried it with Hazelnuts?

The customer service was horrible. I ordered a milkshake and it was like water. For 7plus dollars I wanted a thick American milkshake When I said something the server looked at me like I was crasy

Can’t go wrong

This is a very standard Ben & Jerrys. The store was clean and the staff was nice. However, they could not make shakes because they were out of milk. This seems like something that should not happen, particularly on a Saturday night. Ended up getting just a plain ice cream, which was nice, but not the shake I came in for.

I’m sure the ice cream/shakes will be great, however, the service absolutely sucks — he employees couldn’t even smile, they acted like it was an inconvenience to serve a group of 7 people (2 children ages 7 and 9). I would never allow the two employees working this morning to work in a service business!

I always go here on a Saturday night to get some good ice cream with the great service that is provided. Recommend if you ever on Franklin Street.

My favorite ice cream shop located easy walking distance on Franklin St. fantastic location. I like the superbly great flavor selection of ice cream and shakes. The service was quick; easy to get in and out when you are in a hurry.

Great selection of ice cream and large scoops given. The reason Im giving 3 stars is because they two girls that are working here are on their phones constantly and its a little unsanitary. Not the friendliest staff but when ice cream is involved.. youre happy.. and thats all that matters.

Delicious ice cream and a huge selection! They have a lot of dairy free ice creams which are out of this world. Must try Pistachio and Chocolate Therapy! Portions kinda small, but worth it!

Ben & Jerrys is a classic! Their flavor selection is unmatched, the daily deals and the discounts via the UNC General Alumni Association and UConnection/Hooked apps really help college students to include ice cream in their daily lives.

Very disappointed with the serving size at this location. I ordered two scoops of chocolate ice cream on a sugar cone and felt cheated by the size of the scoops with an associated price of $5.00. Im not sure if the employee was poorly trained or just new, but after years of being a loyal Ben and Jerrys costumer, I will probably never patronize this shop again considering the fact that I can purchase a half gallon of Breyers Ice Cream for $5.00.

I went they didnt have banana or waffle cones, then I asked for a hot fudge core sundae and she didnt tell me until AFTER she put the ice cream in the cup that they didnt have any hot fudge. Extremely disappointed and the service wasnt anything near good.
