THIS STORE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.The number is disconnected. I’ve twice tried to remove it from Google maps. For that can be done, presumably in admin needs to reive website and home delivery services. There are 2-3 other nearby BBW storefronts, and somewhere approaching 0% of the population needs to access I Google Maps description of a store front in order to find the website in order online. Information should be removed so that maps can be updated. Until you that happens, bbw will continue to provide misleading and false information to my community about the physical store in Ch.

We were welcomed when walking in the store and had a great time looking around at everything. This store is my favorite place to visit when I come to University mall. It smells good and has tons of good deals around. They always have so many testers so you can really try stuff out before you buy it. Its great. I love it!!

Had tons of hard to find items here :) the online store was sold out of the halloween scents had no issue finding all of them here!

Had a wonderful experience today. The staff were super friendly especially Kathleen. She went above and beyond to wrap a gift for me even with a short line forming behind me. Little things like like this makes for great customer service. Thank you Kathleen for being so kind and welcoming.
