First time at Tractor Supply in Chanute. I made my order on line while still at work so I could go pick it up quickly when I get off work. Got to the store and gave them my info and an associate came out with 1/3 of my order. I asked where the rest was and he said I couldnt find it in that color. I asked where it might be and he pointed to an end cap and walked off. Needless to say I was not impressed.

I like the store but some of the poultry is way too crowded. Need to be fewer per tank for health reasons.

They actually have helpful staff, Dean, who find what you need and then check you out. Unlike Walmart, this store calls an extra checker SO NOBODY HAS TO WAIT TO PAY THEM MONEY. TS has good brands of pet food and treats plus Carharrt, (made in America), socks. This is a pleasant shopping experience. I did not find thermal underwear though....

Great for most of your farming needs. As well as your pets. Even if you only have a chicken or two. BTW they sell those too. And if they dont have something your looking for they can sometimes order it anyhow. I love this place.

So glad we have a Tractor Supply store here in Chanute. It is pretty exciting to see what they have new each time we go. So many things to look at and fair prices for good quality items.The ladies clothes, boots and hats are so cute. And they have everything you need for your dog or pet. The dog wash station is so handy since they provide soap, towels and even an apron for you to use so you wont get to wet! It is super convenient when it is cold weather.

Very helpful! The young man carried out my dog igloo and loaded it in my truck on a very cold icy morning! Wonderful service! Great prices!

This is my go to place for dog food, toys, treats, clothes and anything pet related! They even have a dog wash! Its not just a farm and feed store, they carry many home decor items, tools, chainsaws, leaf blowers ect. If you havent stopped in, you definately should check them out

My issue wasnt so much with the store its the hiring of younger people that havent ever seen a tractor or a dirt road. I called and spoke to a young man who insisted they had what I was inquiring about. I drove 35 miles to realize this young man had no clue and to top it off had lied to me on the phone. Sometimes new and shiny isnt worth it. Ill keep shopping at orschelins.

Everytime we go to Tractor Supply we always find what we are looking for! This last venture was to find hamster food. We not only found a good quality food but also some treats. Their dog wash station is also very convenient & easy to use!

Only 2 people working and the lady running the register was the only one who spoke to me. No one asked if I found everything or offered to assist. I was stopped 5 feet from the man and he did move a cart out of the aisle. I was in the farm supply looking for a part for my tractor. I guess Orscheln gets that business. I spent $50+ on feed in 50# bags. The Brakes on the cart didnt work in the slopped lot so I parked it against the back tire on my truck and carried the feed 15 feet to load it. I have been seeing a doctor for my back. When I moved the cart it rolled to the fence on the far end of the lot. If anyone thinks I put it in the store WRONG I am not that nice. Do unto others. If things are not improved my next visit will be my last visit.

Ok I had to have some special bolts for a job I am doing so I had to drive n to get them anyway I have visited the store several times now they dont have everything but they have a good selection of popular items

The people working there took the time to help us even if it was 5 minutes until closing time, they didnt rush us to leave either.
