A great place to get a basic screening however the customer service is lacking. The technician is curt, irritable and impatient with customers including the elderly. A little compassion and patience goes a long way. I would consider going to another center.

I have had Costco hearing aids for nearly two years. They occasionally need cleaning and I have gone to several different Costco’s for a cleaning without any issue. This Costco is not like the other good experiences I have had. The staff is very rude and refuse to help with cleanings. They have also insulted my audiologist’s decisions on how to test my hearing without taking the time to assess what has been performed by her. I’ve come to this Costco a couple of times and usually end up feeling angry, frustrated with the lack of help and time wasted because I have to go to another Costco.Other Costco hearing aid centers are wonderful and I would highly recommend. Stay away from this one until the staff is replaced.

I have been a client of Chantilly Costco hearing aid center for over 11-12 years. I have always got the Excellent service from everybody who has worked. Currently the two guys who help me, Mathew and Yu Huin(i hope I am spelling it correctly) are always get me hearing good.Highly recommend.
