Terrible customer service. We were not given a receipt at the time of purchase; when trying to make a return the merchant refused to waive the re-stocking fee even though no receipt or return policy information were provided at time of purchase.Update: The company lied to my credit card company multiple times, insisting that a receipt and the return policy were provided at the time of purchase. Similarly, the business development manager who said hed contact me to make things right, never reached out. Dishonesty never wins the long game.

We had a very good experience at GROF USA. Our kitchen faucet broke and, on a Sunday, we were able to order a new Kohler faucet. We had questions about the measurements that were not provided online. Maria Guerrero was great, she gave us all the information we needed and arranged for the faucet to be delivered just a few days later with a very professional and courteous home delivery.If you need a place for kitchen or bath fixtures, I would recommend them.

First time visiting this new store and I coudlnt belive how well put is everything, the staff is very helpfull and the amount of different opctions are absolutly amazing!I really liked the sink selection and how the showroom is built, it shows the level of comitment the store have for their clientsKeep it up guys!Pd: the art and designed is very creative and thaughtfull!!!
