I had a fabulous experience with Craft Kitchen & Bath when I had two bathrooms remodeled in August 2021. An estimate was provided within 24 hours, the salesman was communicative and responsive, and the designers were knowledgeable and very helpful. The work crew showed up as scheduled and put in full days, and their supervisor stopped by the job site on a regular basis and answered my questions. I will definitely use Craft again for my next home project!

After visiting the showroom, I checked out the reviews on this page. Major red flag when I saw a review written by Frank Aksoy 9 months ago. Frank works for Craft and this isnt the first review he has written about Craft Kitchen and Bath where he represents himself as a customer. Craft did a complete remodel of a kitchen. Craft did a continuation of the existing floor and they installed new tile.They installed cabinets and countertops and they did the plumbing and the plumbing .They did an excellent job. They put in insulation as well. They worked with the permits and they did the design as well.It was finished in 2 weeks 1 day.Craft was great during the whole process. They were very responsive during the whole process and also let me know if the workers were running a little late due to traffic. The kitchen is beautiful, the quality is great and I even have a little more room than before because they were able to make use of space that I had not been able to use before. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Craft and had the best experience. From day one, Craft was a huge part of our kitchen remodel. They came to our home, worked closely with their contractor, and visited several times throughout the process. When deciding on cabinet style, we found our representative to be knowledgable, helpful, and amazingly in tune to our project. When choosing our cabinet color, they came right to our house with samples, saving us the trip out with our three kids. Everything was managed so well, it truly helped make the entire process less stressful for us!

Overall, our kitchen remodel was a disappointing experience, with the end result being OK. The quality of the initial install was poor and most of the cabinets were damaged by the contractor during installation. Fortunately, most of the damage is out of plain sight, so the kitchen still looks good to anyone who looks around, but I personally expect a bit more care to be taken. They did use a touch up pen and stick to make most of the damage less obvious.As mentioned in other reviews, Michael was helpful during the design phase, but things went downhill from there. A number of other issues were resolved as part of the punch list process (broken baseboard was replaced and the patching of some hardwood flooring was redone).The work was completed in the time expected without any unexpected additional cost.

We are very pleased with Craft Kitchen & Bath to remodel of two bathrooms in our home. Words cant describe how our bathrooms were transformed. Our bathrooms are now very stylish and include all the design elements we were hoping for, such as a linear drain and a flat shower entry. Kate, Craftss designer, communicated with us throughout the project and the remodeling was completed on schedule. Throughout the time they worked in our home, they were very organized with initial demolition and construction materials. She is a great designer and always explained what she was doing and what she would be doing next. Crafts contract was clear and there were no unexpected costs.We will definitely call on Craft Kitchen & Bath for our future remodeling needs!

Kate Aksoy was our excellent project manager. She visited the project site regularly and made sure everything was done as discussed. The work crew consisted of Kevin and Alex. They did a great job and they moved quickly and quietly and the job was completed on time. The quality was excellent and we were very pleased with the work. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything and took the job debris away with them.We had interviewed several bathroom remodel companies and Craft was the most responsive to our ideas and we were able to come to a good contract with them. We would definitely recommend Craft to anyone who has a bathroom to remodel. And we will happily consult with Craft again for any other future bathroom remodeling.

After interviewing several places, I found myself most satisfied with the team at Craft Kitchen and Bath Shop in Chantilly. I worked with Frank on a full bathroom remodel, and he designed us the bathroom of our dreams! The team was very professional, communicative and understanding. I very much recommend this team if you are considering a renovation!

We had a great experience using Craft. The design team was led by Kate and she did outstanding work getting us started on the right foot. We had a master bathroom remodeled and expected some challenges along the way. The work took longer than projected and we had some errors with product that had to be corrected but the overall work was outstanding. I expected some of that as someone who has worked in the industry in the past. Frank and his team stood by us every step of the way and that is very important. Mistakes are going to happen and we were happy we chose Craft so that when those items came up we were able to get them taken care of promptly. Master bath looks amazing and Frank wanted us to know that they have a 1 year warranty and if there is any issues to just call or email him and hell get it taken care of. That is great customer service and I would highly recommend. We will use them in the future for other bathroom remodels. One suggestion is to have a finisher once the project is completed. The team that did the majority of work was great but Ive always found that a person dedicated to details at the end is a nice touch and most times those details arent the strengths of the team doing the major aspects of the job.

Craft did a terrific job redoing my hallway bathroom and I was impressed with the efficiency, communication and quality of the work..First, Michael came over to give me an estimate and that weekend we met him at Craft’s showroom in Chantilly to pick out all the fixtures. Craft said it would take about a month to do the job, and it did.The workers took out all the old fixtures and tiles and Brendan from Craft came over and hauled everything away in Craft’s truck. Ron, the project manager, was always just a text away to answer any questions. He was very helpful suggesting the colors for the grout and also the handles for the vanity.Craft did a good covering all the floors to help minimize all the dust. One suggestion to Craft, at the end of each week, vacuum up all the dust that accumulates on the coverings because over a month’s time, a lot of dust collects.Once the bathroom was stripped bare, Jose, a meticulous craftsman and a very nice man, put in all the new fixtures, tiles, toilet, lights, and also put a fresh coat of paint on the bathroom. It looks fabulous.A week after the work was done, there was a very small leak coming from the toilet tank and Craft immediately responded and Jose came over and fixed it. Overall, a very good experience, and I will be using Craft for future work.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Craft Kitchen & Bath and could not be happier. From our first visit to completion, we so pleased with everyone we dealt with. I was never passed from designer to a job manager. He provided me with multiple options for my kitchen design in the initial phase. He practiced measure twice, cut once and was flexible when I decided to make a change on the size of a cabinet after we signed the contract (but before cabinets were ordered).My experience was positive and I would recommend Craft to anyone! We would highly recommend this place. Everyone was helpful, extremely knowledgeable in their field and also they are patient they answers all questions prior to during and even after renovation. They are really very proffesional about design. Their design sensibilities and judgment when it come to making decision on the kitchen and bathroom design. As a briefly i do not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!!!

This company remodeled our kitchen. They did such a poor job that I cannot comment on all of them. They brought the wrong color cabinets which we had to return and wait an extra month for the new cabinets. They did such a poor job in installing the cabinets because now a year later the doors are lose and misaligned. We have to tighten the screws each month ourselves. Also, many open cracks were left visible on the walls after the project. The company was also dishonest with the pricing for the recess lighting. They charged me $90 dollars per light totaling to around $1000. I saw the same lights at Lowes for $18. They should have told us to purchase the lights ourselves. There is a lifetime warranty with the kitchen remolding, but when we called about the cabinets, the appointment took two weeks to confirm. Even after the appointment the cabinets have returned to being loose. I would not recommend this company to any of my neighbors, friends or anybody else.Later, I remodeled my basement kitchen and wet bar with Luxury Stone Craft. They did an excellent job and am very happy with their work. I recommend them to anyone.

We just had our master bathroom completely remodeled by Nate and his crew at Craft Kitchen and Bath in Chantilly. We are so pleased with our beautiful new bathroom and we highly recommend Craft and Nate Ayala, the Designer, and his crew. We got several quotes from both private contractors and remodeling companies and found Craft to have the most expertise and to be very reasonable considering the magnitude of the job and the quality craftsmanship we were looking for in our remodeling project. The crew cleaned up everything before they left each evening and all trash was hauled away each day. The project went very smoothly and was completed in about 2 weeks. We worked with Craft to do a complete renovation of our condo. It had not been updated since 70s and needed a full gut job. This included flooring, ceiling, walls, all appliances, bathrooms and kitchen. This was our first renovation. Overall, we found the process to be very easy. We were able to quickly make an appointment for a walk through and later that same day got custom design options, which were creative and well designed. Craft has a really nice showroom where we were able to go in and choose exactly what materials we wanted. The one thing I liked about working with Craft is that they never tried to make us extend outside of our budget. While they would show us other options, there was never pressure to upgrade to anything we didnt want to. The actual process took a little over two months. There were some hiccups along the way with permits and working with our condo building, but the overall results are beautiful. We have a custom kitchen, gorgeous flooring, and a place that we are happy to show off. If there was one thing I wish we had more of, it was communication along the way on what the status of the project was. We didnt necessarily need those details, but would have liked to stay more informed.

Craft in Chantilly, VA, made our master bathroom project affordable, easy and timely. We needed to replace the tile, cabinets, counter tops and fixtures (basically everything) in the master bathroom and the choices were overwhelming. Kate at Craft, helped us choose the right colors and textures to update the style and the result was spectacular (and was finished earlier than expected.) Kate was with us all along the way, we love our new master bathroom and thank Craft for their quality expertise, service and products.

A +++ We found the experience working with Craft Kitchen & Bath excellent. We decided to update our 30 years old master bath. We drew up preliminary plans and had five excellent rated companies price the work. Craft was slightly lower in price than the others but equally as important they made some excellent suggestions which actually allowed the project to move forward. The work was fully permitted through Fairfax County. The project included removing and re-framing two exterior windows, whirlpool tub, vanities and other cabinets, vessel sinks, electronic faucets, large shower with three shower heads and controls, glass shower wall and door, wall concealed tank toilet, marble counter top with marble floor and walls.Because of our first experience, we now plan for Craft to remodel our second bathroom.The workers who did all the various construction were excellent, very knowledgeable and good craftsmen. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding work. Our remodel was complicated because walls had to be removed and new ones installed. Our designer, Noelia, and manager Frank, provided us with a great design with options. They provided several graphic displays of the master bath to review. A detailed estimate was provided so there were no surprises. Both she and Frank were responsive to any concerns we had during construction. Additionally, Frank was quick to respond in addressing any issue, concern or request we had throughout the entire process.The caliber of workmanship is exceptional. They were on time every day and were very respect of our space. They covered the floors and put up barriers to reduce the amount of dust outside construction area. My wife and I are extremely pleased.

I had high hope for using Craft for a needed bath remodel -- bath tub was leaking and wanted to reconfigure into a walk-in shower, etc. First impression of Craft not good! They suggested a same-day available time of 3:30 pm on 08/30/15. With my flexibility on that day at that time I agreed and left work early. While waiting for the estimator, I get a call from him at 3:36pm telling me that he could not make it to my home until 5pm. Gave me the excuse of doing paperwork with another customer. (Not my concern.) But 5pm not good, I got to pick-up kids @ 5pm. Then suggested 9am the next day. Not good, Ive got to make up the hours for taking off from work early for this no-show. They picked the time, then called after the appointment time to postpone with no earlier warning. Yes, I checked both the cell and home phones for a voice mail -- they did not call to postpone until after the appointment time. Not comfortable potentially doing business with the first interaction being a late-notice, postponement/cancel. They demonstrably did not seem to value my time.

This was my first experience with taking on a project of re-doing my kitchen countertops and back splash. After shopping around, I decided on Craft Kitchen and Bath. They were excellent. They have a variety of things to choose from and they will gently guide you in your choices and decisions. Frank Aksoy was patient and very accommodating with me and my decisions. They were also flexible with my schedule to accommodate completing the work. I am so pleased with my new kitchen, I will certainly use them again for other projects. Craft completely remodeled my entire kitchen last year. The workers arrived each day on time, worked a full day and cleaned up each evening. The manager Fuat is terrific to work with. Hes very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and went over every detail with me carefully and the time line went exactly as he described. They offer a terrific selection of products for any project. If I had any question/issue whatever, he immediately contacted me or even came right out to my house! I enjoyed working with him so much that I just had them remodel all my bathrooms!

My husband and I could not recommend a better remodeling company than Craft. Simply put, they are the best. We decided to conduct a massive renovation in the summer of 2018 during the last two months of my pregnancy. We spent months researching contractors, only to conclude that Craft is the most affordable and reliable with the most quality work product. Frank, Michael, and the crew (John and Alex) were beyond phenomenal. Craft renovated our kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and master bathroom. The project took one month longer than anticipated to complete, due in part to changes we requested as well as some delays on Craft’s end. With that said, the entire project was completed in two months and on budget. That is an unbelievable! We have heard horror stories from friends who are still under renovation many months after promised deadlines from other companies. Craft accommodated every change we requested and with beautiful execution. The onsite crew was professional, kind, communicative, and thorough. They executed the plan skillfully and perfectly. We did experience some communication delays with the project managers and had to follow up a few times to get some projects completed. Ultimately, Craft responded to everything in accordance with our wishes. Misunderstandings and unmet expectations can occur with any service provider. What matters most is how they respond to you when those situations do arise. Craft treated us professionally with every change request and they always accommodated us. In other words, they treated us like valued customers (even if we were the ones being difficult). We could not say enough about Craft and their team. We would 100% hire them again in the future.

We were given a written itemized quote several months ago. We went to their showroom to select our materials for a bathroom remodeling. We eliminated a few items and chose tile that was supposed to only be minimally more expensive. Their new quote went from $9,100 to over $14,000. Needless to say we were upset. The manager was supposed to review both quotes and get back to us. He never did. I highly recommend you be aware of their practices.

I had looked online for the Belwith Keeler pulls I needed for my custom wood nightstands. I was happy to find that Craft Kitchen & Bath was the local dealer. Great Customer Service from Michael. Didnt take long for the pulls to arrive.

Doesnt uphold warranty . we have grout missing in floor tiles, and an cracked wall tile in master bathroom. Even after repeated calls/emails for over an year, they have still not fixed it.Frank Akshoy, Even after contacting you numerous times over the last year - you have not arranged a date/time for repair.

Mike Vonal, who was our designer, was extremely engaging from his initial visit to our home all the way through project completion. He provided fantastic design considerations, pricing options, and patiently worked with us on cabinet type selections and other details. Not once was he pushy - which was a rare trait amongst other remodeling companies we considered. Alex, who was the main contractor on the job, was nothing short of amazing. The workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in what he does was evident in the outcome. We did hit a few hiccups with scheduling and getting work completed on a tight timeline we had, but the Craft team came through and delivered. Craft remodeled our kitchen in our high rise condo. We mainly dealt with Fuat, Noelia, and Tugay for design, planning, and project management. Edi and his crew did the hands-on work. They are all very nice people and are very easy to work with. The entire team does very good work and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the customer happy. When challenges came up (as they always do) they addressed them quickly. They were also very accommodating with the minor changes we asked for.We highly recommend Craft and wont hesitate to contact them for our next remodeling project.

Hired craft to build new basement bathroom and from the beginning it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. After rough in the plumbing for toilet they placed it too close to the wall and I couldnt even sit down. They had to dig up concrete a second time to replace toilet. After they called themselves finished the bathroom looks like a sloppy remodel. The shower backs up into the toilet and the toilet doesnt flush. They claim to be plumbers but after repeated requests to produce license they tell me that I should have asked from the beginning. Turns out they dropped construction debris in drain and it will cost me 5k to replace pipe which will not snake. Its impossible to communicate with he construction day workers they hire, and the owner perpetuates a lie that he is a plumber. Avoid at all costs; buyer beware.

Our master bathroom was in dire need of a remodel - no major issues but the design was extremely outdated and not functional for two people. We worked with Noelia to create the new bathroom design and she was extremely helpful in finding a design that fit our bathroom well to achieve both the functionality and aesthetics that we desired. The costs were exactly as I had budgeted and their team tried to stay within our budget while building a truly luxurious bathroom - we have received so many comments that our master bath is like visiting a spa. Prior to working on our bathroom, she had the lead contractor confirm that the design would work and there were no issues before building. Of course, sometimes you have an issue from design to build but Rodolpho worked with his team to work around any needed changes. When we expressed some minor concerns prior to sign off, Fuat was very responsive if something wasnt to our liking and they fixed all final issues. I mention this not because this is an issue but because in any remodeling project, things will not play out perfectly - they addressed everything. We are very happy and when we needed some help a few months after project completion, Fuat came over within a couple of days and made sure everything worked out well. We highly recommend the entire team.

I bought kitchen tiles and backsplash for my kitchen remodel (outside contractor not Craft Kitchen and Bath) and I am happy with the customer service.

The kitchen is everything we could have hoped for.
