Got good value for my trade ins
I have always had good service at this GameStop. The store is clean and stocked, and if I have walked in with a question I always walk out with an answer. I have also called the store on occasion and the service over the phone has been great.
DeShawn and Matt are the best customer service representatives. Super helpful and knowledgeable.
I went into the store intending to trade in a couple games and get one particular used game...I walked out with 3 games in hand and a smile on my face. This fella Ronald was working that evening, and he has gotta he one of the nicest, funniest, most engaging GS employees I’ve ever encountered. He was helpful without being annoying, gave great advice without being pushy, and helped me take advantage of the best offers GS had going right then. I even bought warranties on my games, which I never do, because he was so compelling and likable. Best dude ever. Thanks Ronald!
12/17/19 UPDATE: The gang here remains spectacular and Niko is always a help, too! The staff at this store is the best Ive ever encountered. Emmy, Victoria and Brad always ALWAYS have a smile on their faces and a willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer. I dont shop at any other location. Thank you all!
Great customer service!
I like this place so I bought some stock. I really like the stock.
They didnt have anything. No consoles barely any games.
Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful.
The store manager and the assistant store manager are always polite and genuinely care about all their customers. The staff is knowledgable and have a great attitude. As a local branch it’s awesome, wish the prices were better sometimes but that’s a corporate decision. The location can get busy at peak times on certain days but they manage it well.
More games than you can shake a stick at, but can be pricey.
Not a bad place for quick games,Just always check your case if the CD is actually inside. You may end up driving 30min to home and then needing to get back just because you’ve picked up an empty cover :)But good folks are working there and their customer level of service is impeccable.
Ron was super helpful over the phone during the covod-19 pandemic. Friendly and professional. Helped me find the right product with honest input.
Great staff was helpful and friendly.
Bradley and his crew here are simply the best! I get my action figure AND game fixes all in one place. Always friendly, always remembers what I like, and always willing to bend over backwards to help me find what Im looking for.
The staff here are amazing, and they are super helpful. They dont rest until youve found what youre looking for. Its always clean, and I love the setup and aesthetic of this store more than others for some reason. Great place!
Always have a great experience when I go in there. The staff are always very knowledgeable and very helpful and love to talk about your games and your interests. Also, they are usually very knowledgeable if they do not have an item then they will find it somewhere else for you at another store. They also recommend other stores that may be able to help me out with what Im looking for in the local area. Since most GameStops and what they carry are usually exactly alike, it is customer service like this that makes the difference.
Very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as super knowledgeable. He also aided customers above and beyond. Only downside is not everything is priced.
People who hate their job working here should really get a life and do something else. As I entered the door, this new guy said, Can I help you? in a very unwelcoming way, as I was browsing around. I was there to buy something for my son and I was just going through the price and latest releases. The guy was overweight, losing hair and his breath smelled like the 12 he had last was still digesting. I can understand that he probably has a lot of issues in his personal life, that is why he is miserable but the management could do better. That person was very rude. Hire someone else. There are tons of people out there who have a passion for gaming and working at a gaming store. GameStop should really keep their image in mind and get rid of negative people. You have just lost a customer. I will never go their again. I know someone else will replace that guy but because of that one little incident, I have such a negative attitude towards gamestop. Everytime I pass by that area, there is one place I forbid myself to enter again, GameStop.
The store manager sells bogus digital codes and does not want to own up to his mistake. He simply says our system is good, go deal with manufacturer. He asks customers to get out of the store when he does not have any logical explanation for bogus items he sells.AVOID THIS STORE AND THE RACIST STORE MANAGERGameStop find a legitimate way to do business rather than hire some low life scum to run your stores and swindle customers......
Average Gamestop store, though could use some cleaning. Customer is top notch though i did get swindled into purchasing one more game i technically didnt need right then and there, but was going to get it eventually. Salesman was very persuasive.
My lady ended her 3 years with Verizon Wireless and decided to get rid of her iPhone 8. This Gamestop location was friendly and professional with helping my lady trade in her iPhone 8. Despite it was only worker here and other customers, we were done within 20 mins.
Good selection of games/consoles/accessories. Just dont trade anything in or youll feel like youve been violated.
Good shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recommend.
Bought some socks and had a nice conversation with a couple employees👌
Nice little store with good selections of games and one employee helped us explaining about other important things.
Small store. Did not have the Sim game we needed. Service could have been better.
First off, I want to put a disclaimer that I myself work at another GameStop, so if anything I feel that gives me more insight. I went in to purchase a game that was pre-ordered. The manager, Nicholas, not only tried to involve me in matters I wasnt a part of but also attempted to get me to hand over private information. I repeatedly stated I am not involved, please do not involve me, this is very unprofessional, etc. I stated all this about 2-3 times over and over. I was in shock because I had never been so disrespected by a manager, whom Id seen prior to this. I later contacted the regional for this store and told him what had occurred. All I got was that it was handled internally and that his emotions got the best of him. Excuses. No manager should ever treat someone the way I was. No one should ever raise their voice and demand personal information from a customer, especially when I am not involved in whatever that situation was. I never got an apology. I am beyond baffled. I even got some of the managers agression towards me on film because of how uncomfortable I felt. (This is a one party state) I felt nothing was done. So I am here, writing this. I have never seen something covered up the way this was. Nor have I ever seen a regional take the side of a manager who disrespected a customer for no reason. To put in perspective, I am a 54 blonde and this manager is triple my size and taller. If that manager was being aggressive and asking for personal info, what are you supposed to do besides say please stop? Not to mention the fact that he did this to me in front of other customers in line. I felt when on the phone with the regional, he kept attempting to defend the manager but then went on to say after that he agrees it shouldnt have happened. All in all, I know I cant go into that GameStop alone and I definitely cannot expect an apology or reprimands to be made if something completely out of line like this happens. If you go to the store, be cautious, and be aware if you see the manager. He has a temper and has no respect for customers. I just hope no one ever has to experience the kind of disrespect I dealt with as a customer.
Great management and staff. They go the extra mile, and I swing by whenever nearby due to the friendly atmosphere.
Nice folk, great prices on game titles.
Staff is super friendly and they are knowledgeable of what they are selling
Helpful staff, even recommend other stores to find older item they dont carry any more at GameStop.
Customer survice good games for low prices
Very informing and they went above and beyond
Good ppl
Went in to go sell black ops 3 for a trade for another game. The salesman told me they could not take it because there was a sticker on it. It did not have the plastic but it had the sticker. The person said it may have been stolen from walmart and I would have to come back tomorrow. This was my first time trading into gamestop as I have previously gone to best buy. The reason I kept on the sticker is BECAUSE IT MAKES IT LOOK NEW! If I want to sell on ebay or craigslist it looks newer. It gives you that feeling like you are opening something for the first time. So the salesperson takes off the sticker and says I can come back tomorrow. Now game stop is not close. Around 20-25 minutes away and best buy is even further. Why would I come back after being called a thief in front of other people waiting in line. If I knew it wouldve been such a hassle I wouldve bought in my best buy receipt to prove my purchase. I contacted customer service at game stop and they gave me no indication they wanted to reconcile with wasting my time and money. But its all great. I dont mind at all being sent to a competitor like best buy or amazon. I have never come across an issue at best buy doing a trade in. Please go to best buy instead or buy off of amazon dont waste your time with bad customer service!
The dude here that was helping me out was extremely cool, knowledgeable, and tried up selling like a boss, protection, next upcoming release according to my preferences (which i did end up pre-ordering and getting $3 protection. youre welcome gamestop for the donation) however, i was the last one in line on the midnight release. like literally the last person in line to finalize. the clock strikes 12 right when im about to finalize and the person in front of me walks away, and home boy tells me i have to wait for EVERYONE to get a copy of they new game and i have to watch until they are all threw. a fairly painless and entertaining process for me to watch all the jabronis im about to own get a head start on your man. im sure many of whom ended up rage quitting anyways.but im giving 5 stars because at least the dude was cool to talk to, and the servers werent even up when i got home to play the game. oh and there was another guy standing outside with everyone who finalized and walked in with one of the groups but couldnt get a game because he never even knew he had to finalize, and to be honest, i dont think i was even told. im just lucky i got there early enough to find out but id didnt matter anyways.so note to gamestop, maybe im not going to down-grade star count for a particular store when its company policy and process that could maybe be reevaluated for pre-releases.
Staff is super polite, with maybe one exception. Store is clean and organized about as well as a gamestop can be.
Had a great time with grandson looking for games for him!!!!!!
Staff very knowledgeable
I pre-order ordered a gold copy of Madden football...when I went to pick it up today the girl said I had 48 hours to pick it up, and then they gave my copy away. I asked her why did they not tell me this when they called to tell me it was ready or when I put the down payment on it? She says it was on my receipt really!!!!!? Very poor customer service and very disappointing.
Staff there is always cheerful, friendly, and helpful.
Denied my request for Battletoads
Staff is helpful.
Friendly people with desire to help.
Great service!!!!!!!
