John Kim was the sale representative that I worked with and he was great. He made sure we got the best value from the beginning.When schedule of the install was performed as schedule. The crew showed up and was very professional. They completed 3 days of work in 2 days since they were able to get more than enough crew members to come out the first day. The install was very nice. The lines were straight along with the wood and vinyl being installed very close to the walls. The crew left and clean up very well after themselves.Overall, it was an excellent job. I plan to use K&K for my next floor installs and I have already recommended to my neighbors. Thank you K&K Floors for a wonderful service and product.

K&K did an excellent job installing new floors in my house. Mr. Cho arrived when scheduled for measurements and provided a fair quote quickly. On the day of install the crew arrived and took great precautions to ensure other parts of my house would not be effected by dust, etc. that comes with tearing out carpet and installing hardwood. During the install they ran in to an unexpected issue but they were quick to resolve the problem. During the entire process Mr Cho was in regular contact and addressed any issues immediately. The entire process was great. No pushy sales tactics. No price gouging. On time as promised. Great communication.

We worked with Seth over the winter to purchase LVP for our basement. He was professional, straightforward, honest, and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. Javi and Juan (the installers) were polite, on-time, and respectful of our home inside and out. They worked tirelessly from morning until late evening and were very hard-working and attentive to detail. Did a thorough job of tearing out old carpet and removing old tile and very thorough with cleanup afterwards. We are happy overall with the end product. Most importantly, we were a bit worried about the color of the stain for the stairs as we chose to have the stairs re-done as well, however the crew at KnK matched the stain color of the stairs with our floors brilliantly. Would use again and would definitely recommend to others.

We have hired K&K several times over the last 13 years. In the past they have installed wood floors in our upper hall and master bedroom and recently replaced carpet in two bedrooms and a rec room. Staff is extremly polite and efficient. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

Price was @ 20% lower than the national chains best and final offer; they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt ask for, they had a wide selection of materials, they did four rooms in a single day, working late to make sure everything was finished in one session, they were very conscientious about dust and construction trash, leaving the site clean, and the floors are beautiful and well-done. I couldnt have asked for better. If you need floors, definitely get a bid from these guys.

K+Ks estimate was more than a thousand dollars lower than the next lowestquote we got. They worked with our fairly tight schedule between closing and move in. The guys who showed up to do the work were excellent, they did a top notch job even with my nonstop questions. They installed some vinyl laminate flooring and it looks terrific. Excellent workmanship. I worked with Seth who was very responsive and helpful. The pricing from this company is the most competitive Ive seen. Ive used them 2 times now and my parents twice also. Cant go wrong. Took 2 days to completely redo the main floor and clean up afterwards. Great job.One tip - make sure to review the mill swatches and ask questions/do research on the wood types you select. We are very happy with our floors, however the hickory wood swatch only showed the light colored floor boards and not the darker shades. (This is not something K&K is responsible for - the mills provide the swatches.) If we didnt like the outcome I could see this being an issue, so good luck - it will go well!

K&K removed carpet in two rooms and replaced with engineered hardwood. The also repaired some hardwood from the original installation by the home builder a few years ago. All in all, they did what they said theyd do, exactly how they said they would and got it done quite quickly. Im very pleased with the work and highly recommend them .

John was great. Came out for the measurements and was in and out in minutes. The quote was exceptible and met him at the store to look over samples. Once the paperwork was done he did his best to get the work scheduled within a week of starting the process.

Both the salesman (Joe) and the installer (Orelli) were excellent, and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Two examples: Joe came by after we signed to show us samples (we had chosen from the web site) and that really surprised us. The web site doesnt really show the colors well. We kept out choice, but had a much better understanding. Orelli -- the installer -- is a woodworking wizard, and never stops moving. He changed some items to better suit our preferences, and did top notch work.

We worked with Seth at K&K floor to replace the carpets in our bedrooms. From start to finish, they were professional, accommodating, timely and competitively priced. Highly recommend!

Were were dealing with a sub-standard contractor for a large home remodeling project. Out of frustration, we reached out to K&K to take over the flooring portion. We were blown away with the speed and quality that K&K provided. They sent two teams over rather than the one we understood they would, and with both teams on site they were able to install the upstairs and the main floor in one day. The floors look beautiful, and we would recommend K&K without any reservations whatsoever.

Update on November 1 2020 - the company reached out to me regarding the previous review. When they reached out to me I was able to share what exactly happened. The few reasons why I didnt report the incident immediately was becaise I was worried that my house will be left unfinished for weeks. And I was very scared the 1st night I saw all the mess. I was so shocked and lost that I didnt even know what to do. I literally froze in my living room and cried. After communicating with the peraon in-charge recently, they promised to refund me for the cleaning of the house. I would recommend kk floors to others and most likely will use their services in the near future. I have already recommended kk floors to my neighbors as they were pleased how quickly the project was completed. However, I would communicate everything in detail prior to the project starting. Because the company contacted me and tried their best to make this whole situation better for me, I am changing from 2 stars 🌟 to 5 stars 🌟

Wonderfully fair prices and great patience as he dealt with me (a neophyte in remodeling my house to sale).The real star was Jose` Santana, the lead carpet installer. He installed the carpet by himself due to a manpower shortage. He arrived early and stayed until every piece of furniture and new carpet was moved and installed. He exudes customer service and displayed an amazing attitude of work ethic and doing the right thing at all times. That is priceless!

K&K installed vinyl flooring in our basement. We had a great experience from estimate all the way through completion of the job. Very professional, thorough estimate process. The install crew was on time and finished earlier than promised. We are very happy with the new flooring.

We had a very good experience working with K&K Hardwood. They replaced old carpet and laid hardwood in our upstairs, two bedrooms, a master bedroom a hallway and steps. They were extremely professional and polite. We got a little lucky because two installation crews did the work in just one day. They moved all the heavy furniture. We had to move all the incidental stuff prior to their work day but that is a good thing, a spring cleaning if you will. There was very little dust and no damage to the paint or walls. They needed a work space to cut the pieces to fit. They bring in all the hardwood a couple of days before the work begins. They were very hard workers and did a wonderful job. It has been a month since the work was completed and somebody remarks everyday how nice it all looks. Get a lot of bids before you commit to a contractor. If you choose K&K I think you will make a good choice.

K&K flooring came to quote a project for the replacement of the flooring in our upstairs. We had a flooring guy from another company lay beautiful hardwoods and he laid them incorrectly so we’re seeking to have them redone, which is why I sought out K&K.In order to meet the K&K sales guy I had to leave work half a day early, which was still their latest time available for an estimate, and the sales guy was 45 minutes late anyway.I said that I needed the quote in 24 hours because we were using their quote and a few others as an estimate in a claim. We would also make a decision on a flooring company to redo our floors in the next few months. The sales guy said I would be first to get my quote on Saturday.Well K&K never sent a quote in time or one at all. My trust in this company is gone, the fact they can’t even send a quote in time, who knows what other issues they bring with then. Wouldn’t hire this company.

Very pleased and satisfied with K&K Hardwood Floor. I worked with Mike the sales manager. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with his estimate appointment (if hes running late he will call you) and accurate and fair with the estimate itself. He helped me pick out the perfect floor that matched what I had downstairs 100% and rather than trying to make me buy the 2.25 boards, thankfully he said I should go with the 3.25 ones for just a little more The cost to go with the 3.25 over 2.25 was negligible. I really appreciated that. Other stores were trying to convince me to go with the 2.25 inch boards because thats what they had in stock.No hardwood floor company is going to have all good or all bad reviews. But I am so glad I went with K&K Hardwood. The best part of it all was that I dont feel like I had to pay a premium to get premium service. K&Ks price is very reasonable and fair. They might even have one of the lowest, if not lowest price in the region but dont let that be the reason you pick K&K. They really do good work. Im one happy customer.

Just had hardwood floors installed in our living room yesterday, and the entire experience was great!! First, after getting several quotes, K&K was the most reasonable. Also, when going into the store to select floor samples, they stayed after hours while we were still deciding. The two guys, Areli and Jesus, who installed our floors were clearly very experienced, professional, patient, detail-oriented, and very nice! They did a wonderful job with the installation and recommending products to keep the floors clean. Also, Mike continued to follow up and make sure that everything was going as planned. Couldn’t be happier with our experience at K&K!!!

I have used K&K twice in the last 10 years. They did an excellent job installing hardwood floors in both of my houses. They are on time, very efficient, courteous, and thorough. I will definitely use them again if I need hardwood floors installed.

Hire these guys! We considered three companies to install LVP. K&K was over the top in customer service, going above and beyond. They were responsive, on time and professional; the other two companies; not so much. Two quick samples: when we needed K&K paper work for insurance, I sent them the request Wed evening, they had it back to me Thur AM. When installing the floor, the team fixed/replaced a baseboard in a closet that was previously broken. They werent even going to mention it--wow. The team really took pride in their workmanship.

K and k originally worked really hard to accommodate us with timing and scheduling, and I was pleased until it was time for the actual job. The crew showed up late or not at all. My husband took the day off work to meet them and they never showed up. We had to chase down five different people to find out there was an internal miss communication.They left our tub damaged from filling their buckets and my bathroom floor with the glue they used for the floors all over it. Other things I can understand like they didnt have enough wood for the job and they had to wait an extra 4 hrs for it to be delivered to finish the job. They tried to help where they could moving furniture and finishing quickly as possible considering. And didnt charge us for extra leveling because of missed day.Now after living with the product for a few months I have to say Im even less impressed. We got an engineered hardwood, not a bottom of the line product, and one we were told was a hardy product and it dents if you drop a pencil on it. This honestly happened today.

I am beyond pleased with the work KK Hardwood Flooring did for us this past week!! We had gotten several quotes on pulling up carpet on stairs and replacing with hardwood leading to the basement. James came to our home and was very professional. We liked the fact that the job was clearly stated in the contract and very affordable. Another huge plus for us was the fact that the stairs and risers were stained and painted in the warehouse so the installation only took a few hours and we could walk on it immediately! Not to mention the color matched the existing flooring perfectly. The installer did an amazing job!! His work was immaculate and so precise!! I am so glad we went with KK Hardwood Flooring and will definitely be using them in the future for our all our flooring needs.
