Immediately found my brand of wine. Never been in this store before. Check out clerk was helpful. He informed me of their rewards program. They still require mask for fully vaccinated, same as other retail stores. Not crowded on a Wed about 11am. Only two other customers. Prices are pretty good for my wine. Ill be back!

I feel like a kid in a candy store when I co.e here. It has an amazing selection of wines, beer and everything in between. The prices are amazing and the service impeccable.

Recently moved to a new location without sacrificing the quality and quantity of offerings.Always consistent service and helpful advice from the staff.Well stocked on unique offerings that you typically cannot find in supermarkets. Craft beer variety and access is amazing. The wine selections are also amazing. Also has a pretty legitimate line up of non-alcohol craft beer.Great rewards program and plenty of parking.

They were fantastic and so knowledgeable about their high end wines ; which I purchased 2 bottles and a decanter, to give as gifts ! I’ll be back 👍🏽😁

First visit after reloc. Easy to find. Theyre next to dominos now. Went for the beer section. Summer time. Gotta have some beer with brats. Will continue to go here if they continue to sell 24 bottles in a case. Those 18 beers per case have lost my business. You know who you are. Cough. See ya soon.

Great store. Name your wine or beer style and there are more choices than you can imagine. Browsing is fun. And the Concierge Service is special.

When I went to the register to make a payment I asked if I can use debit. The cashier named Ashley told me that I can use debit but when I swipe my card they charge me as credit. I asked her to make sure that this was debit and she told me that this is all that can happen because I’ve already swiped my card and went through. Ashley Then became very irritated and very confrontational when I asked her to be sure about the chatger.I’ve been asked to speak to a manager and she replied with I am the manager but I will call another manager for you. When the next manager came Davon Rudely came up to me and asked me what I need and was very agitated. I try to explain what happened but he continues to cut me off and said that he was busy. Once I was getting ready to leave we stepped outside and I was trying to explain myself but he continued to cut me off and tell me that I he didn’t want to disrupt his customers about what I need to talk about. I then told him that I am a customer and he replied to me that no you’re not you’re just a Instacart Shopping you’re not a customer, which I am because technically I shop at the store when I’m not working for Instacart. I have warned him that I will be calling corporate to report to disrespect And lack of customer service and he Replied with be my guess do you want the phone number I’ve been told him no I will find the phone number online. I would never come to the store again for personal use because of the customer service and how rude they treated me as a customer in as a shopper.

Rude guy up front yelled at me as I walked in because I tried avoiding 2 other carts. Apparently I walked near a checkout kiosk. Not a great way to welcome you and look for repeat business. Thankfully there was a nice gentleman who provided great help. If only they welcomed you when you enter rather than being confrontational. Will make me look elsewhere.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. U want to like this place because it carries a few products that others dont however the employees are more focused on each other than the customer. On my last trip as I placed my items on the counter the associate blurted out oh shes actually open over there also seeing as how I didnt have a basket or cart I just simply left my items on the conveyor belt...what a mistake once it was my term to be checked out no hello, no thank you in fact no eye contact just a cold your total is and your change is abd a rush off. I wish that this store had self checkout. I purchased some gummy candies for the kids that said one dollar off well I didnt have my glasses on and thought they were one dollar and because they were just simply over priced I returned them same cashier just moments later just a total unpleasant experience that I think I will no longer shop there and go without the product.

Last weekend was my first visit to the new location, didnt have time to explore the whole place but the beer section was nicely laid out and the whole store was nice, bright and welcoming. Unfortunately cant recall her name but the girl who answered my question/checked me out was very sweet and made the experience that much better.

Imagine a library but with just wine (and beer), that’s total wine. They have a large selection, each wines has notes/details on its specific taste, and the staff is always happy to help and knowledgeable

Ive recently been enlightened to the idea of sugar free/low carb and sulfite-free wines. Perfect for a LOW CARB diet! The staff helped me to locate a few options in their stock. Frey is my new favorite! No sulfites and Lless than 0.15 carbs per (5 oz) serving making it KETO FRIENDLY! The location I visited carried one red and one white variety of Frey. Is love to see them stock more. Id like to try more of Freys wines.

It is what it is. I cant say too much about the wine side of things, although of course theres plenty of selection. Im there for the beer, and while theres plenty of selection, I often dont find what Im looking for. But the three stars is for having to check the dates on beer; all too often its past its sell by date (best by date), which is bad news for IPAs in particular. I have decided to only buy beer direct from local breweries in the future.

My go-to place for beer kegs, many options available in-store but you can order specials which take about a week. Great wine selection. Recently moved from around the corner to a larger, nicer location. Very friendly staff. They also offer wine tasting and wine educational classes.

The best place to find just about any beer or wine you could ask for!

Nice, new location. Great selection of wine and employees who can answer your questions. One issue is that their stemware and accessories section has been severely cut back. Other than that, its a solid place to find whatever wine or beer youre looking for.

The parking spaces are so tight, and traffic moving on the main travel road are quite aggressive. There are no walking hashes or crosswalks, cart returns are quite far apart. The interior of the store and employees are excellent. There needs to be more smaller carts.

Total wine has a great selection I go there primarily for beer. I went to the store yesterday and purchased a variety of beer and suffered some losses which I contributed to the packaging that was used. I return to the store today and explain what happened and customer service was extremely helpful they replaced my product that have been broken at no charge. In particular one of the beers I bought was a new release by Dogfish Head that cost $37 for a four pack. I was very happy that Total wine took care of me and the staff was respectful and polite. They will continue to get my business and be my go-to beer store. Additionally, I find their prices for beer to be the best other than Costco but Costcos selection is not very good.

The store is busily trying to move to a new location. Check it out when they do their soft open. It will be right around the corner near Giant. Same great staff will be there.

Great selection of beer and wine. The staff on the floor are helpful and friendly when asked any questions.The only miss for five stars at this location is at the registers. For some reason, the cashiers always give so-so service. Mainly not particularly friendly and just scan items. Normally I wouldnt care, but it is a contrast to the rest of the employees in the store. This has been consistent on all of my visits, but not so bad enough to stop going to this Total Wine.

Total Wine is great for all your vintage needs. I prefer the store in Sterling as I find it less cluttered around the entrance and it features a better layout. I suspect thats in part because its a newer store. Nonetheless, theres not a better place in Fairfax to find a was variety of wines, even if I disagree completely with the owners political leanings.

They put their best foot forward with the new decor. Very modern. As usual lots of selection. Prices ok to high. There is a keg room and a cigar room and a class room. I will go back. I hope they remodel all of them this way.

Total Wine-Chantilly has very friendly and knowledgeable staff who never fail to meet my expectations. The selection of both wine and beer is out of this world. The only downside of that is some beers do not get turned-over/replaced to ensure the freshest taste possible. Great store overall!

Best beer and wine selection of any Total Wine store in Northern Virginia. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Those are two reasons I chose them to cater beverages for my wedding. I have also attended special tastings and painting events there.

Great store however I reduced my rating based on the fact that they only had one sulfite free winery option with two varietals only.

The 3 star rating is strictly for the unwelcoming feel of this store headed by the snooty wine sampler gate keeper who may or may not acknowledge you. They really could use a greeter here. Otherwise, this is your basic TW&M with the usual mind boggling selection of adult beverages at a decent price.

Wine classes on interesting topics that are a good value for the money - the price includes wine and a nice spread of snacks! Also, I have had really great experiences with the customer service provided by the talent team at this location; when I had an issue with one of the classes, Chenay quickly and courteously went above and beyond to make things right.

As always, they have a very robust selection of beers and wines available. The prices are pretty good. The staff are friendly and will ask if you need help finding something or if you need a recommendation. I dont come here very often, but when I do its a pretty good experience.

Had a large collection of excellent local MD/VA beers and other American beers. Staff were incredibly helpful when asking for a certain brewery. I really enjoy going there every week or so to get a mix six: a custom six pack from their large arrangement of individual beers.

From inexpensive to extravagant this place has a huge selection of wine. While visiting the chataeux in Bordeaux I found they all knew Total Wine. They are the biggest purchasers of wine futures.So if you want wine this place most likely has what you are looking for.A little more expensive than Costco wines.

Hands down the best beer and wine selection in the area. Love getting my loved ones tasting beers (6 pack variety) here for special occasions, which always goes over well and is enjoyed over time!

Very large selection of beer & wine. Bought 9 cases of beer and other items for a work function. They were able to have it ready for me within 2 hours. When I arrived it was all ready on a dolly, and they reviewed everything with me. Needed to exchange 2 items, needed 1 more case of beer, and was overcharged for a case (hence only 4 stars). They were extremely nice about everything, and loaded it all into my car. Our summertime event would not have been such an easy success without the help of this store!

Amazing selection of wine and beer. Of all the locations of Total Wine Ive been to, this one is the largest.If you cant make it out here, Wegmans near 28 / Stone Road is a nice backup.

Great location, easy access. So much to choose from and the staff has been helpful whenever theyve been asked to help. For the most part the prices are cheaper, or at least on par, for most of the stock.
