Khan was incredibly patient, helpful and kind throughout the process of finding the perfect mattress. I found the store to be clean, covid-considerate, and the associates alert and polite and very responsive. Credit application was fast and easy and they took care to protect my personal information. I will update again once delivery has occurred.

This place is great. Gus used bedmatch to present us with a bunch of computer recommended options and then Walked us through each one. This man knows his mattresses and is full of useful tips for all things bed. Combine that with great pricing and 0% financing and I now have a new bed on the way. Oh and they will match their price if you find it elsewhere cheaper which means you don’t have to worry about shipping around super hard. I’d recommend this place and Gus to anyone.

Gus was the salesperson who helped us and guided through the store; He was so informative of their products, gives you an idea of what you are paying for. I had a back pain from 5 year old mattress and the new one from online didn’t help. So I decided to be back to physical store testing possible options before making the final decision. Our experience started out great but ended poorly. When we first went in Gus was great, he was patient and really helped us out but for some reason when we returned to pick up the mattress that we already paid for, he was extremely rude and told us that new customers come first. We returned the Aireloom mattress after 40 days and although we paid for delivery this time (which was stated clearly in the contract), the process of exchanging for a ProBreeze Tempurpedic with Gus was quick and painless. I cannot remember a time when exchanging such a big purchase was so easy and went so smoothly.ORIG: Gus was very helpful and the bedMatch along with his expertise helped us choose a bed at an affordable price that we really believe will be perfect. The store manager he represents himself as Ali is extremely rude. My wife and I went to the store with the intention of buying a mattress. There was a Labor day sale advertised on signs outside of the building. We purposefully waited for this sale to make the purchase and was aware of the regular going rate (another Sale price) for the mattress of interest as we had visited another Mattress Warehouse a month prior. Ali claimed the Labor day sale price was the same as the price we had seen about a month ago, which was interesting to begin with. My wife and I noticed that there was a second price tag underneath the advertised sale price. Ali quickly pulled it out, said it was for the wrong mattress and ripped it apart. So we move over to another mattress, Ali follows close by, pulls out the Labor day sale price underneath that and rips is into shreds as well claiming that it was also for the mattress. So we get suspicious at this point. We move over to another mattress and low and behold there was another hidden price tag. I remove and compare the description, it was not for the wrong mattress and had the actual Labor day sale price on it. As I am looking at it, Ali gets completely agitated snatches it out of my hand starts ripping it apart and yells the price tag is my property and continues to yell while telling us to leave. Needless to say we had no interest of spending our money there. We left and headed to a Mattress Warehouse in Falls Church who honored the Labor Day sale and made our purchase the same day.

The manager of this store, Ali, did a great job of getting us we we needed and what we wanted. We initially had some communications problems (a previous post), but Ali straightened it out and we are very happy with the deal we got and Alis response and action to make things right. I would recommend Ali and this store to anyone shipping for bedding.

Went looking for a new mattress and had an amazing experience! I was greeted promptly by the store manager Ali. He was very knowledgeable and helped in choosing the perfect mattress for my son. First he let my son lay on this bed/machine that found the perfect firmness for his bad back. A list was then made for all the best options of mattresses for my son. Ali explained all the pros and cons of each bed as my son tested them out. Ali worked within our budget and we snagged a great deal on a serta mattress and adjustable base. Delivery was free and he added in a free pillow! Will be coming back if we ever need another bed!

The General Manager Ali cares a great deal and came over my place on a pouring rainy Tuesday night at 9:30 PM ish to help me install the bed system on his own time after closing the store since the delivery company who was in charge of my installation dished me.

This review has to do more with the customer service. I dont know about the beds but I didnt buy from here because of the sales person that works here. He was aggressive and made some inappropriate comments. He started us off on the analyzer which seems like a good tool. Then he showed us to different beds. My boyfriend was wearing hunting gear (cameo sleeveless top and pants) He asked my boyfriend if he was in the service. He said, no and the salesman replied, oh stolen valor? Anyone in the military service knows hunting gear looks nothing like fatigues. He also asked if were married and we said not yet. He said, oh living in sin eh? I have a good sense of humor but this was the wrong setting for that. It was the first place that we stopped at and I wanted to look around to make sure I was doing my due diligence. Once I mentioned that, he said, why would you go any where else when you could buy a bed here? You are here already I said that I wanted to look around and thats all. I was being honest with him. I wasnt sold on the price because it didnt come with the box spring or home shipping. He was also trying to sell the mattress protector and the pillows. It was a stereotypical sales interaction, the more time that passed, the more he pushed us to make a decision. I was firm that I didnt want to decide at the moment. We were in there for 45 minutes and at the end, he gave a slightly lower discount and free shipping. When I mentioned another place I wanted to stop at he bashed them, saying, you dont want to buy there, they sell used mattresses. As soon as I heard him trash talk and said some inappropriate personal comments, I knew I didnt want to buy from him. I know he needs to make a living but theres a different way of doing business where both people are happy. On the way out he asked, how was your experience here? was there something I did wrong? I am not interested in your guilt-trip tactics. I went to the other store, got exactly what I wanted with free shipping included, a lower priced mattress, a free mattress protector and excellent and hilarious customer service.

The zipper to my king size mattress cover broke off and I procrastinated on getting a new cover for a year. I finally got a chance to walk in the store and was quickly greeted by a nice, young man. I dont write many reviews, but wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Ali a couple of weeks ago. I came in looking for a mattress for my elderly parents. Ali was knowledgeable and showed us a couple of mattresses. Everything was fine, up until he asked us for our contact information to enter in the system. I thought that he just wanted that so when we came back with our parents, he would already have the information. But when he asked us for a $20 deposit, I refused because I was not ready to buy. Ali assured me that if I decided not to purchase a mattress, the deposit would be refunded back to me. It seemed such a hassle to me so I insisted on not putting down a deposit. Ali got upset and threw his pen down on the table right in front of me and told me that he had to delete my information now because he couldnt save the information without a deposit. Very unprofessional! Needless to say, I left and went to the Mattress Warehouse down the street (off of Lee Jackson Highway) and bought a mattress with Kumar, who was very patient with my elderly parents, respectful, and professional.
