Waiting over an hour to pick up a basic amoxicillin prescription in their express pickup is not acceptable. Their entire pharmacy has one person running the drive through, Covid vaccine and express pickup. This is at least the third time I am running into this situation.Last time I waited in my car and one of their pharmacists through a bag of medication in my car without even confirming my name. I thought they were nice enough to bring my prescription to my car but turned out it was someone else’s. I had to go back in to inform them it wasn’t mine.Very unprofessional!
I came for a NAAT covid test for travel, was promised results WITHIN 24 hours. 26 hours later and still waiting. $1200 flight about to be trash thanks to a garbage pharmacy that cant fulfill its promises.Edit: The results NEVER CAME go to cvs instead!!! Cvs had my results in time to get on my flight. I repeat GO TO CVS WALGREENS AINT IT.
Had an amazing experience here getting my covid-19 vaccine. Want to give a shout out especially to the pharmacy staff. Victor helped me up front and was very nice and welcoming. Keila was the pharmacist who gave me my shot. She was so gentle, sweet and injected the vaccine so perfectly that I barely felt anything. I’m terrible with needles and have to say that this was by far the best experience I’ve had with a shot!! Thank you so much and will be using this Walgreens for my pharmacy needs moving forward!
This is the absolute worse pharmacy to go to if in need of speaking with competent professionals. They prioritize patients based on who they know and fill orders when they feel like it. They have misplaced prescriptions and dropped orders that were previously in the system to be filled. If you are need of a prescription, I highly recommend you choose another location before patronizing this Chantilly location. This problem is due to lack of experience of staff and pharmacist inability to manage and her biased decisions to fill a prescription for someone over another.

Its really unfortunate this Walgreens will not dispose of unused medication like narcotics and other pain pills. if youre going to sell medication you should also be responsible for disposing it properly.
I do not understand the poor ratings, at all. The Pharmacy personnel are professional, prompt, helpful and so polite! Light years ahead in customer service than other pharmacies in the area. I would rate them higher than five stars, if possible! So happy I left another nearby pharmacy with rotten customer service; I just wish I had switched earlier! Right before Covid, after a major surgery (using walker) a very kind employee rushed over to see what I needed, and ran all over the store for me collecting my items, to save me the steps. She volunteered! :)
Pharmacy staff is very rude. They hung up on my husband when he called to ask a question.

We had a great experience in this store and it was all about SAMRA. she was so helpful and kind, helped me and my wife to find and get whatever we wanted, i wish Walgreen hire more Samra for the other stores
The refused to use my good rx card. I overpaid by $40, it’s been over a week and I have yet to get my refund. The whole pharmacy is just the worst.
This rating is for the pharmacy specifically. Meds are never ready when they say they’ll be. I’ve had them tell me “it’s ready in 15 mins” and then 1 hour later it’s still not ready. It happens every time, whether I call ahead or not. Terrible.
I am very thankful and appreciative of this Walgreens Pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacy manger, Carlen. They are very friendly, insightful, knowledgeable, and provide the best customer service. I had recently moved out of the area, tried other pharmacies in the area, and had very bad experience. I will drive extra miles to see Carlen and her staff.
I am so thankful for this pharmacy team! They have helped me through a tough insurance issues that has taken days to resolve(and are still fighting with). They have gone above and beyond to help resolve such a frustrating process! I am so thankful for there patients with me, all of the help and hospitality they have given to me.
This pharmacy is terrible with filling prescriptions sent electronically from doctors. They’ll “delay 1 day” if they’re short on stock, but they won’t actually fill it until you show up, making you come back and stand in line for another 10-15 minutes after they finally fill it. Has happened enough times that I’m consulting my doctor about changing to a new one.
Very good pharmacy! Very helpful in explaining things and give you warnings when needed. Staff is also very friendly.
The pharmacy is useless. They’ll leave you waiting for refills for weeks and not contact you. I’ve been waiting for a refill for 2 weeks, so have spoken to the pharmacists twice, and they aren’t bothering following up with my doctor to get my refills. Garbage pharmacy. The store is good though.
Mahdi who was the store manager at the time. He wont let me exchange for the item that I bought in hurry and lost my receipt. I didnt ask for refund. I just want to exchange for the right item. Never come back.
Pharmacy team is amazing. They know me by name, service is fast, & they always do their best regardless of any circumstance. Furthermore, they work so hard to get the job done while providing A+ Customer service. Its a shame that people give the pharmacy staff not enough credit for the job they do. They are very diligent, show good work ethic, & they get the job done! Looking down comments that were made by @Priyadarshini Mohan, @Eleanor Crump & @Mary StJean are just those type of people that DO NOT UNDERSTAND how difficult & stressful it is working in a pharmacy. Its clear that the people Ive mentioned are those types of people that like to be given everything in a silver platter & are SPOILED by nature. Id like to conclude this review once again applauding the pharmacy staff for their amazing hard work & dedication to their profession. Keep doing what youre doing! Never let anyone disgrace you!
Worst service I have ever received in my life I believe the mans name was Brad rude, no personality and you can tell he hates his job. Really disappointing Ill be shopping at CVS for now on.
At this difficult times with the pandemic, is the only place I can find Lysol, Paper towels, toilet paper and also the staff are friendly

Do not order or buy invitations or cards from this location. The service and product you will get are simply horrible. Last night, my family and I ordered 60 invitation cards that were supposed to be printed on card stock. The service we received from Susan, the Walgreens associate that was working is the worst we have ever experienced in the area. She is rude, uncourteous, dismissive and overall should not be working in any form of customer service role. As she printed the invitations, I noticed that she was printing them on glossy photo paper. I immediately told her that they were supposed to be printed on card stock. We had ordered 100 invitations from Walgreens last March for my in-laws 50th wedding celebration so I had experience with purchasing invitations from Walgreens. The invitations that Susan was printing were all wrong. They were on glossy paper and they were rolled up and looked really bad. I told her that they were not being printed accurately. She told me to go home and put them under a heavy object and they would flatten out. She was obviously in a rush because it was 9:30 at night and she didnt want to bother fixing her error as it would get in the way of her leaving at closing. Despite my better judgement, I paid for the invitations, brought them home, put them under a heavy object for over 12 hours, and of course, they are still rolled up. Ive never even seen pictures that are rolled up like this much less invitations. I called to speak with her and tell her that we needed them fixed and printed on card stock. She told me she was going to look up my order, put me on hold, transferred me to another department, they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I then called her back and was able to finally get ahold of her after several minutes of waiting. She told me that she had to now go over and look at my order. When I asked her what she was doing over the past 10 minutes when she said she was looking up my order, she got irate with me and said she had to help 3 other customers. Then she informed me that she was contacting her manager who was offsite to see if she could fix the invitations and hung up on me. This is simply really bad customer service overall. These are card invitations not pictures and should be printed on card stock not glossy photo paper. We pushed the single page card button when we began our order. Another night we were in Walgreens looking at the card invitation machine and asked Susan for help, she told us to ask the teenagers we were with because teenagers know everything now. She didnt want to help then either so were really not surprised about this mess with the printed invitations now. The worst part is her horrible demeanor. When you ask questions, Susan becomes irate and defensive and does not help or provide any means of customer service at all. Her manager needs to speak with her right away so that others do not have to experience this from her. At this point, we need 60 party invitations to mail tomorrow and we do not have them. As stated in the beginning of this review, do not order invitations from this store. There are 2 CVS stores right down the street that provide much better service and products.
Bad customer service. The elderly lady working at the register was making racist comments at the customer she was serving.I would not give this store any of my business ever again.
Poor poor customer service. I really dont appreciate being rushed to finish my credit card transaction. I was with my three kids and my one of my kids had to go to the bathroom. I told the cashier to just cancel my transaction because my kid had to use the bathroom. She just said hurry and finish. I said you want my kid to pee in her pants? Then she looked at me with disgust. Terrible. Just terrible.
I cannot even start to explain the difficultly I am having to fill a prescription (which I have had since a child) at this pharmacy.The Pharmacy manager has not explained why things are difficult and came across extremely prejudice. He is constantly referring to the DEA and questioning me as if I were a criminal for having such a large prescription for my medication.I am so offended, upset, and disgusted by this behavior.
