Great Target location. Its huge and has everything you expect at Target. It is clean and well stocked, and the associates are very friendly. They have a small grocery section that is expensive, but good for picking up something extra when visiting for something else. The clothes and baby sections are great and always worth checking out when shopping.

Target displays merchandise that my friends and family are always asking advice about where to find so I send them to Target. I explain that it looks just like their favorite department store only it is easier to traverse. Target is my never fail shopping adventure.

Nice location, just across from the Costco. Very clean, and organized. Good grocery section for everything you cant get at Costco. Staff was friendly, and lines were kept short. Thats a big plus for me.

Has the nicest Starbucks that I have ever seen in a Target. The electronics department was also very nice; its carpeted and all of the displays are spread out with a lot of space. It looked like a Best Buy. The rest of the store did not look as nice. Shelves were partially empty and the clothes were in a disarray. Maybe the Charlottesville Target that I usually shop at is exceptionally clean and just makes others look bad.

Please consider implementing 10 items or less checkout lines, especially for self checkout. I had five items and to wait while 3out of 4 registers were occupied by people with full carts. Especially with clothing items--they have to be removed from the hanger, scanned, and then folded before putting them in the bag. I asked an employee about it and she said we tried it but it didnt work. Seriously? Works great in the grocery store. She gave me a non answer.

Online inventory is inaccurate. It took multiple orders from multiple stores and trying orders for alternate products to get what I needed. This negates the convenience of in-store pickup and same-day delivery.

Horrible experience! Go in go to the tech department no one is manning the station. I wait around thinking theyll pop up anytime but nope. So I call the store because I dont see any employees within eyesight. I tell her there is no one at the tech counter and Im trying to buy a game.. She ask me to identify a number Im telling her I dont see a number is it located on the case or on the barcode sticker? She says its under product details on the website and I reiterate that Im in the store in the tech section.... she says oh and proceeds to hang up. Customer service is becoming a rarity nowadays.

Target is always easy place for returning any stuff. No lines, no detailed questions etc. I always prefer shopping Target!!!

HUGE PRICE MARK UP! I found a comforter for sale on the shelve for $149.99. I looked it up on the website and it was only $50. So there was a $100 markup. When I showed the cashier the Target website price, she said that the particular Target doesn’t do price matching. Some other bedding items I found were marked up by 30-40$.Seemed like there was more plus size women’s clothing than regular sized women’s clothing. Large wine selection and unlike the Target in Reston, this one actually has a good amount of kombucha and a bigger grocery section.On the bright side, it has a very big book selection! :) Renovations are over.

Target is my therapy place, I can go there for shopping awesome collection of clothing, jewelery, kitchen, cosmetics and even home decore. I am fan of their clothing brand universal thread, love their denim and tops. Some of my favorite earrings are from Universal thread as well. My husband got just the kind of Levis shorts he wanted and my daughter love their clothing section. Also, the services like curb side pick up, in store pick up, ship to home or store options are so convenient!!

The stores are always clean and tidy. The associates are friendly and engaging.

We love this Target. We have relied on the curbside pickup for months now. It saves us so much time! With young kids, Target curbside pickup is a godsend. No need to wait until the next day - you can order whatever you need and pick it up within two hours, same day. You can also place multiple orders if you forget something, and then pick them all up at the same time. Have always loved Target, but they have their curbside pickup system doesn to a science. So grateful for the employees hard work through COVID.

The rug we bought is not very good. Stays wrinkled and looks pretty bad. Pick-up service was great - short wait and very polite and energetic store associate. Bought several rugs and one is bad. Do I return all of them since they seem to be low on stock and I need a full layout ? How about curbside returns ? I

Target stores are great! Clean, well lit, and well staffed, with great products for the money. Our family members have been Target fans for almost 20 years. I would strongly recommend Target for most people. The only reason that I give them an 8 out of 10 instead of a 10 out of 10 is that I often visit Target with a specific item in mind that Im not able to find in the store at the time of my visit. This issue can be easily resolved by shopping Target.com and ordering the item ahead of time for in-store pickup. Im just not always that organized...

I love Target. They always have decent prices, nice store layout and wide aisles. I always get all my staple items (like laundry detergent, house cleaners, etc) there. Its the perfect middle ground between the typical discount store and a fancy department store.

I was looking to purchase some Halloween themed dog treats, I had 4 bags, the items would not ring up because they are seasonal items. Expiration date on the treats was 2022. The manager Marsha refused to sell the treats to me and instead told me that she would throw all 4 bags in the trash.Very disappointed in customer service and more so disgusted in how wasteful Target is! There was no need to throw perfectly good pet treats away! DO BETTER TARGET!!!!

On 14 April, I purchased the store required limit of 3 sport card packs and a pack of frozen snickers. After I rang up the 3 sport card packs and snickers in clear view of a station attendant on a self-service line, she reminded me of the 3 pack limit and then moved to inspect my bag. After I showed her the contents of the bag she apologized, but I critiqued her for making a rush to judgement and encouraged her to pay more attention next time before she making another accusation. The reason Im drawing attention to this is two-fold. 1) Ive never received this treatment at other Target locations in Springfield or Fairlakes, VA and 2) if I were the Chantilly Crossing location I would use my critique as opportunity to train your staffers to be more careful in making a rush to judgment.

The item that I needed was in stock. No stock in any other store in the area, and it was available for Curbside Pickup. Many of the cleaning supplies are not available for curbside pickup. NOTE: If you have at risk people, they will need clearing supplies, so why make the most at risk people come into the store to get the items they need. Again, that said, it was nice to have found it for Curbside Pickup. The woman that helped me was heading back in to the store and I was able to catch her attention, she got my info right then (couldnt scan the pickup barcode through the car window, would be nice if there was a large print code that they could read and enter.) and she brought my items out the car, placed them in the hatch I had open, she was wearing a mask, and it was fast and safe. Thank you.

Do not buy contract phones at TargetYou have to deal with a “tech” who does not work for Target. Target has no idea of their hours, making a return within the 14 day window virtually impossible. When I finally found a Tech in a store the return was extremely complicated and the process took one hour. Buying phones at Target is not recommended.

Go to this store and walk around, you’ll understand. From food to the bedding everything is stocked accordingly in its place and merchandise pushed to the front of the rack

I waited a few hours before the Chantilly Target store open for a special one of a kind release item and was helped by Manny at the electronics booth. He did not have the item on hand when the store open but was very helpful when he did see the item and was able to provide to me knowing that I waited all morning. This is the type of employee that should be rewarded for their loyalty to their customer, for their honestly, and integrity. Great manners, attitude, and only reason I will shop at target are for employees like this.

Theyre doing renovations, which isnt bad in it of itself, but its been weeks and weeks of chaos. They keep moving things around and half of its in random boxes, so the employees cant even help. Went in today to grab 5 quick items but after a frustrating time circling and waiting had to leave with nothing. Once its done it will probably be nice but avoid for the next few months.

Store associate Jeremy was a little overzealous in turning customers away from the store during the first hour from 8-9. Told several ppl that they needed to wait out in the rain for 15 minutes (couldnt wait just inside the door) when the store was not busy..and was asking themwhat their specific medical condition was(!!!) He came across extremely rude to me. I qualify as at-risk but didnt feel comfortable telling this stranger medical information.

This location is close to home, but I really love their Order Pickup feature so convenient and easy to use. You just order from your app, add your cartwheel coupons, and pick it up from Guest Services. For new mothers and busy fathers it’s a blessing in disguise, and super helpful.

My cashier sonu was helping multiple people and was amazing. He was super friendly and solved any issues. The lady in the dressing room was also polite and friendly. It was a memorable experience.

What an awful pick up experience. No one was at the desk, so I assumed I had to get in the Customer Service desk line. The two people went out and helped all the other people who had lined up at the unmanned desk. No one was apologetic or would help me, although Id made it to the front of the line I was in. So I had to wait another 20 minutes to get help. Never again will I shop at any Target. Horrible guest experience.

The tech representative spent time with me discussing the different plans and rates for phones. Helped me realize I am paying too much with Sprint. This is one of Targets better locations in the area. The customer service is normally pretty good. However, the lines can get pretty long at checkout so you might find yourself waiting awhile to get out of there.

Found everything I needed. Bonus was the GREAT customer service I received at checkout. He was friendly, funny and didnt look upset he had to ring up my VERY large purchase of groceries! He defused my crazy stressful day! Great job hiring him Target.

Overall good experience at this store. Has everything I need when I need it, plus a Starbucks where the Barista, Kam, offers excellent customer service! The only bad thing is the manager Gladys, she’s a rude lady who made me leave the Starbucks because I was talking to the barista. Maybe she needs an attitude adjustment

This Target at least gets some credit because they have working lights in their parking lot and their store isnt complete chaos *cough Reston*. Now, I know Targets arent known for their restrooms..but the level of filth in their womens restrooms take them from a 5 star to a 2 for general lack of care. Like really?

A smaller target of the ones in and around NoVA with very helpful staff and a clean store. They have a wide selection of merchandise in all the major categories one would expect at a target. They also have a 8-10 aisle grocery section that is pretty well stocked.

One of the better Target stores that Ive ever visited. All of the sales associates stop what theyre doing to guide you. This is probably a Target policy, but Ive never felt that they were put off by having to do so. Closest store to my house, went there for a few items. During check out, before I paid, a spoon rest I was purchasing fell and broke. The employee still charged me for the item and even took it and threw it away.

My favorite target to shop at!Why? Because everything is well organized and easy to find. I will take the drive just to shop here and there is a target probably 5mins from my house, but I prefer the chantilly location!

A Target worker at the Checkout who was wearing a turban (A person of Sikh Religion from India) made some comments that was insulting to me. I definitely will not tolerate such incidents.

If youre looking to refill a SodaStream canisters this is NOT the place to go. The first time I tried, they sold me empty canisters (which I accepted, not knowing that they must be sealed with blue plastic to be legit). This last time, the customer service rep said she was out, but then had to contact multiple areas of the store to figure out if that was true. Otherwise, its a big enough store, with a good enough selection, but Id consider trying a different location.

Quality products, Good customer service with great return policy... I love Target 🎯.
