I made an appointment on Friday morning 9am. And when I arrived, I was told that no appointment has been taken and also asked me who answered my phone. Besides, he said I arrived at 9:05 which is later than 9am. Excuse me? I arrived on 9:02am and it is a raining day, and the several people were chatting in the back, no one came to talk to me even they saw me.Extremely poor customer service.Your business doesn’t deserve me spend even a cent on it.I don’t recommend anyone come here unless you like to waste your time and money.

I had a service engine light issue on my truck that I had been trying to fix myself in hopes to save some money! I unfortunately never figured it out. I dropped off my truck at south riding automotive and within a few hours they had diagnosed the problem! I picked up my truck the next day and my truck had been fixed and inspected, and I could get back to my daily routine. I am so thankful for south riding automotive and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of automotive work! 😎

Rick is one of the most honest mechanics I have dealt with and is extremely fair. I do not expect a man to work for free and his pricing is more than fair. Highly recommended.

Goodbye other auto repair shops in and around South Riding and Chantilly, Virginia! South Riding Automotive (SRA) and owner Rick, are superior in every way — cost, technical skills, honesty...and COST again!At the suggestion of a neighbor, today I went to SRA. Without telling SRA/Rick what I’d paid elsewhere yesterday for a brake job (needed to pass inspection ) — $600 at Hogan & Sons, South Riding — Rick quoted $375 for the exact same job and the same (or better) pads and rotors.AND Hogan screwed up the job, which SRA pointed out to me at NO cost. I had to take the car back to Hogan today, and sit there again for hours. But I don’t really mind, because this is my last trip to Hogan & Sons.

Thank you South Riding Automotive for getting me in and out for my safety inspection, I had my daughter with me and yall took that into consideration, I will be back and will tell others about the excellent service I received.

I never see any auto body shop like this .this is a worst shop .dont go for car repairs.inspections and emissions because they will break parts and they wont pass inspections and emissions. if you repair parts any other store and back to this store for re inspection again they will fail and will ask you to come 3 or 4 times and wont give any appointments.

Helpful technicians and reasonable prices

Love these guys, have been using them for over 5 years -- Iived in the area for 17 years -- and they are my favorite mechanics. I wont name any names but I have tried five others before settling on Rick and his team. No, they dont always know right off the bat what the issue is but they go the extra distance to figure it out and explain it all in laymans terms. And they dont overcharge unlike some of the others in the area that insist that you need to replace everything. Ive owned several cars over the years, mostly foreign and many with signicant mileage so theyve done a great job keeping them safely on the road. Never had a problem with them breaking down. Am very happy and will continue to use their services. Definitely recommend!
