Bought a Civic here and am really happy with it. Shaun was really nice. Let me take it to my mechanic to get it checked out. My mechanic did not find anything wrong. However, later Shaun heard a sound from the driver axial and found it was bent. Ordered and replaced it the some day. Very impressed. He is also getting a missing cover replaced. Very happy with the work and I really appreciate his honestly. Havent had a sales person that honest.

What started out as a Great overall transaction, quickly became a nightmare trying to get repairs on my car as soon as I got it.Lets note Im am a big turn the cheek guy but after I took a day off work,spend $80 with uber to give them the time they needed to deal with the issues at hand. The car overheated and I had to drop the car off to fix. They had 8 HOURS to find a leak, make some minor repairs and I ended up getting the car back in worse shape then I left it with now a check engine light on. As a business they made thousands off my purchase which is fine but here we are needing minor repairs and customer service.... At the end of the day you have to take car of the customer and they Did not do that.So I would not buy anything from these guys unless the car is brand new with no issues Dont buy here., I wish I had something better to say but I cant.Now they will deal with the consequences of there inequities and poor service.

I bought a vehicle from this place back in September. Ever since then, it has had nothing but costly problem after costly problem. I bought it for $15k, 10 months later, it has cost me another $15k in repairs, spaced out over the course of time that Ive had it. In fact, its been in the shop more than its been in my possession. Everything from blown head gaskets to busted high pressure water pump and plenty more. It has left me stranded on the side of the road multiple times now. I am so beyond frustrated and angry.

I bought my 04 Suburban from here last month. They were AWESOME! Great service. Anything I found that wasnt pictured, described or advertised, they fixed or adjusted. They treated me like a buddy and not just a customer. Best of they came through on all promises. I would definitely buy another car from here, if/when I need another one!

Purchase a car from them in December got it home and the next day the check engine light came on. Haven’t been able to drive it since. Got it to a Mini dealership and it is going to cost me almost as much that I paid for the car. High pressure fuel pump has to be replaced. Oil pan housing and all turbo oil lines are all leaking and have to be replaced. Two bad engine coils. Broken turbo inlet pipe. These are things the dealership should have seen and repaired before selling the vehicle. Wasn’t done and now I’m stuck with it. Will never do business with this dealership again and will advise my friends and family to stay away also.

Sold a vehicle I was buying to someone else and ddnt even have the decency to let me know. couldnt make it down because of bad weather. They dont even have a fax machine to send in paperwork to hold the car. Salesman still hasnt returned my calls for past 3 days.

These guys are first class. I found a car on Car Gurus that my daughter liked. She is 24 and this was her first car purchase on her own. Since I live down South I had to let her go on her own as a learning experience. I will say that she can see one coming a mile down the street, so I had confidence that if things werent right she would leave. However you never know and always need to keep your fingers crossed. She was impressed with the atmosphere and professionalism at the dealership from the start. Her salesman, Shaun, was fabulous and not at all high pressured. The 2013 X3 she bought was very clean and well kept. Having 2 other BMWs before, she knew what to expect. Shaun worked with her and took the time needed to run several options on financing and also helped coordinate insurance for her with the same national carrier I use, at a better rate than my hometown agent. After talking to me about payments and financing on the phone he ran another option again at an even better rate and lower payment. They even ordered her lunch from the deli next door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I recently looked at a 2020 Kia Optima online, on the car fax report there were no accidents, I went to take a look with a buddy of mine who is a mechanic and I am shocked, I don’t know how are the running a business like this, first of all if you can’t be open at 10am don’t put it online I had to wait one hour just to get in, they have one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced, and their cars are absolutely dog **** I don’t know how the DMV is allowing them to have clean records with serious accidents, that KIA optima had a major accident even a child could see it, nonetheless, THEY ARE VERY UNRELIABLE, WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEIR VEHICLES ARE **** Save yourself and stay away from this place!!!

Auction cars flipped for resale. Not properly checked nor inspected. Dealer had fraudulent Maryland inspection done (called inspection station and they said they didnt do inspections)problems with car as soon as leaving out. Owner cursed me out and told me to pick up my piece of junk car and hoped hed never see me again. Would rate lower.

I honestly dont know where all these good reviews come from. I tried getting a new Lease to replace my current. I called someone twice for help, but he didnt even give me a courtesy callback. I called back and some one told me..oh he is on the phone and will call you back and of course no call back r messages r even text was ever recieved. I typically dont write reviews, but this place is worth one.I was sitting at a dealership in Manassas, VA and growing frustrated with how they were handling their business when I decided to look online for what else was available. I had been eyeing a few Chrysler 300s for a while and I came across a 2015 that seemed to be priced well. I left that dealership and headed over to Chantilly Auto Group.When I arrived, I was extremely skeptical. The dealership sat in a business park with several (and I definitely do mean several) other dealerships. It was difficult to tell where one business ended and another began. I wasnt used to anything like this, but decided to test drive the vehicle anyway. After taking the car on the road, I had a few minor concerns. When I went back in the office, I addressed what they were and both Vinny and Shaun assured me they could take care of the issues. There was no hesitation, they immediately said they would take care of all the things I had mentioned. Shaun went on to ask me what I felt comfortable paying, and came within $172 of what I wanted my out the door price to be. Honestly, it seemed too good to be true, but my wife and I had decided not to hand over the money until the work was done, so we gave it a shot. They held the car for us and a week later it was ready to go. We drove back to the dealership and found that every single thing they said they would do, was completed and then some. Instead of replacing one tire that had a small gash in it, they replaced all the tires. They even changed the brakes and rotors, which they had not previously agreed to do. They genuinely wanted to make sure the car was in tip top shape. They made the entire experience very smooth and I ended up with the car I wanted, at the price I needed.Take my advice, give them a try. You wont regret it. Will you feel a bit apprehensive when you get there? Probably. Its a small dealership in a sort of sketchy location, but trust me...these guys keep their word and its hard to beat their prices.

My salesman was Mike and he made sure I was well taken care of with the purchase of my vehicle. I caught a bus from Raleigh NC to Chantilly VA and Mike picked me up from the bus station and made sure I got to the dealership with no issues. I brought my car, in because I was having problems with it . I was immediately greeted by two men, Shaun, and Vinny. They asked me what was wrong? I told them I’m having problems with my breaks. They told me they would look right, into it, and see what’s wrong with it?! After about 10-15 mins, both men came back, and brought me into the garage with them, that’s where they showed me, my back brakes were broken, and so were my calipers. My anxiety, rose super high, because I wasn’t expecting to spend a lot of money today. vinny and Shaun, gave me a quote, I called a few mechanic shops near by, to compare prices. But boy, the other mechanic shops charging me almost $200-250 more, than what chantilly auto group was charging me. Chantilly auto group is not your typical mechanic shop, where they would ccharge you an arm, and a leg. They’re an honest business, and I was grateful that these two men, were able to help me out. I would seriously recommend this place 10/10 times. They’ve made me a life time customer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Shaun, and Vinny, thank you so much, for your help!!! I’ll be recommending you guys to my family, and friends!

Shady! One word to describe. Vehicles look good, but history of the vehicle is cloudy. They try not to disclose much about vehicle issues, and one they have your money.... Your left high and dry. Also, seem to be other shady activities going on there.

Shaun exceeded my expectations. He was able to get me into a high quality vehicle is real low miles at the best rate anyone in VA has offered me. Overall the vehicle was exactly as described unlike other nearby dealerships. Id surely recommend their services.

Upon recommendation from a friend we recently brought our 2000 Toyota Corolla to Chantilly Auto Group for maintenance and repair work. We were very pleased with the prompt and thorough service. Vinny was a pleasure to work with. They did needed repairs of a slow oil leak, and other repairs, for about half the cost of the Dealership – repairs we had been putting off due to the cost. Vinny showed us pictures before the repairs and explained why they were needed. In addition, they detailed to car – thoroughly cleaned the inside and touched up dings, etc. outside! 100% satisfied!

I went in to test drive a couple of vehicles, and did not have a great experience. When I first came in, there was smell of smoking in the shop, the person did not even invite us to sit down, and was not attentive to our conversation at all. The first car had tell-tale signs of water damage: musky interior smells, watery/flow-y marks along seats and plastics, rusted wheel wells. I informed the person, and I could tell his impatience was growing with each of my questions - it felt like I was wasting his time with my business. Though no one was out-right rude and provided all the paperwork I asked for, it wasnt a pleasant experience. I dont think I will be making any purchase from this group.

Very pleasant car buying experience. Mike our salesman was very helpful and friendly. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed buying decision. Mike answered all of our questions let us test drive the car and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy the car. We found some scratches and scuffs on the car that we wanted repaired. Mike had already given us an awesome price on our 2019 Nissan Sentara but he diidnt hesitate to tell us our satisfaction was all he wanted and he told us if we would leave the car with them a few days he would get it to the body shop to fix the scratches. Get the car detailed and have the oil changed. All of this was on a Saturday. By the following Friday the car was ready and we picked the car up. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We drove 80 miles dreading what we would run into at the car dealership. Boy were we surprised!! Mike was wonderful, his partner in crime Jim was wonderful. Great price. No pressure. They did every thing they promised. If you dont believe it give them a try.Thanks again Mike and Jim. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY RUNNNNNNN.I purchased a car (08/27/2019) to which they gave me a clean record. It turned the car was involved in an accident (end of June 2019) and was purchased without being fixed in an auction from Enterprise rent a car. The car distronic radar which calculated the distance and senses the blind spots was attached by a zipline (see photo) and was promised in writing that it would be fixed. I talked to Vinny S at the dealership after he saw my negative reviews and asked that all negative reviews be removed before the car could be fixed. I filed a lawsuit against them and I will update this post accordingly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Vinny kept his words on the general check up on my car during my 1st oil change for my just-bought 2002 Lexus ES300. It was quick and very professional. I appreciate his recommendation to check the Carfax report to find out when was the last time both timing and drive belts were replaced. He even charged me less than his verbal quote for the oil & filter change because I brought my own Synthetic Mobile 1 Extended Protection oil.Thank you Vinny.

BEWARE! Instead of welcoming me when I arrived, he rudely asked if I was worth the time and money to test drive for my appointment. After convincing my worthiness, I walked around the car and noticed nuts on the rims that were missing. I also heard the tires scrape around the wheel wells when turning. Then, I asked if it passed the safety inspection - which failed and told me he will work on getting it to pass AFTER we negotiated. Walking in the room felt like an interview, and none of the 2 other people in there acknowledged a customer. They ignored and walked pass me to text Sean as to conspire the negotiations instead of talking to me directly. People, be careful when dealing with Sean, as he will take things to a personal level and harass you over the phone to get what he wants. I sense a lack of trustworthiness and attention to detail, future customers: be on your toes

Buyers beware!! Brought an Audi S5 from them within a few weeks air bag and parking brake lights come on. Brought the car back and they made me pay for the diagnostic test along with the repair 200$ got the car back and within a few weeks once again same lights came right back on.Not wasting my time with these guys anymore.. These guys are scammers they knew knew the Audi had maintenance issues and didn’t say a thing and tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Don’t buy from these crooks they just goto auctions and sell cars as is. Terrible service do not buy car from here!

I bought the The BMW from Chantilly Auto Group couple months ago The car had existing mechanical problem the salesperson Shawn lie to me gave me warranty the warranty and told me to took the mechanic shop then claim the warranty the warranty will take care, When I took my car to mechanic shop they send the claim to the warranty company they didn’t told me they don’t have any record of the warranty The sales person is a liar all the reviews is are Fake fake .

Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this dealer.. I purchased a vehicle (2005 Mini Cooper 1.6 non supercharged ) from this location and it had the check engine light on and the dash board was having issues with the notification lights turning on.. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I made the sales rep (Shawn) aware of the issue.. He told me that he would fix it and even put it in writing.. I took his word and I have it in writing so I figured ok...I left the vehicle there so it could be resolved. The vehicle was there for a week and I began to feel uneasy about my purchase. I told(Shawn) that if it’s not repaired within the week no problem just refund me the money and I’ll be on my way.. Shawn now directed me to the owner Vinny. Vinny advised me that he will get the vehicle running without any issues. To give him time and to no cost to me. The vehicle was given to me within that week, but the issues continued the check engine light never went away.. it was now time for emissions and was advised that the 4 th cylinder was bad.. I took it back to the dealer and was now being told it’s the coil for the ignition that they changed initially must be bad, so they changed that again. I take the vehicle to my own mechanic and after a couple of days was told that the whole motor was bad because the 4th cylinder is running at low compression. This place does not gurantee it’s work and left me with a vehicle that won’t pass emissions. I never take the time to write a review, but I feel like this so called dealership is a scam and if I could rate this place lower I would. Once again please don’t buy from here it will be the worse thing you do.

Purchased a car in the beginning of this year 2019 at Chantilly Auto they are a liaison for other car dealers selling in the same area of this industrial park. The relation ship is that if the seller of the car has a client and when the client needs finances Chantilly Auto can get that for you they call some who is mobile. This is why I was charged extra from the price that the car was advertised in Car guru. Chantilly Auto did not itemize this cost and me not knowing that this is not part of a normal transaction.

First time I took my car I had a problem with my air compressor it was out and it had messed up my pulley I was goggleing on my phone and i came across these place Chantilly auto group nice service they charge reasonable nice mechanics,I would encourage anyone looking for his or her car to get fixed just go to Chantilly auto group and you will be glad you didThank you Chantilly Auto Group.

Very bad place for business

These guys are on the ball 100%. I drove in on a recommendation from a friend. With a recurring noise from just below the cabin, I was worried that a catastrophic transmission problem was looming, but the guy who went around the block with me immediately identified the problem as a rusted catalytic converter shield. Yes, I thought, the thing had rusted off. I knew he was right. I tried to pay Vinny for the diagnosis, but he refused my money. Worth the extra money if you can get them to take it.Thanks Chantilly auto group!!!!
