We use to bring our trucks to them but we moved to Ashburn. They are definitely fair on price and did us well. We have a fleet of 5 vac trucks and 3 pickups. They even tried to fix the problem with our pickup before tossing a new part on it. A+ service.

I have been a customer of the shop for 4 years and a family member for 9 years. We are very happy with Carr Fleet. They are honest people and give reasonable repair costs for what you need. They do not call you to tell you about getting a bunch of repairs that you dont need. And the repair problem is taken care of the first time. I have never had to take back the car for the same issue. One time, my SAAB was making very strange noise. I towed the car in. Carr Fleet checked the SAAB and found nothing wrong. They did not bill me for anything! With that kind of honesty, they will have me as a customer for life. I give them a 5 star and highly recommend the shop for your repair needs.

Fair. Thats the best I can hope for in an auto repair shop, and they are. Tell it like it is, heres what you need or dont need, and heres the price. Prices match whats expected, and simple repairs are little to no cost. Ill continue to go here, not because its the cheapest, but because I know they arent up-selling me.

This is the best place to get your vehicle work done, the price is affordable and the staff is the best to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I came here to replace my wifes brakes on her car and it was done in 20 min, I also sought their services for a leaky and severely rusted fuel line, that only took 2 hours. For the time and money you cannot beat it.

Carr Fleet & Automotive recently installed brakes on my 2013 Kia Optima. The price was reasonable, the service was friendly, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They called to tell me that my car was complete before the designated time. I was able to get my car serviced all while still at work. I highly recommend Carr Fleet and their staff.

We have 3 cars which have for the past 15 years that are being serviced for oil change, brake pads, tire change, alignment and inspection. We received great customer service, work gets completed the same day and car maintainence gets fixed .I never had to go back for the same car issue. Great shop, they did brake job on my BMW and gave me several options to choose from. I went with Centric High Carbon rotors andCentric Posi Quiet pads, very happy as the dusting is much less that the OE brakes and braking feels better that OE brakes.
