Awesome! Yea, it is a parts store, there are a bunch in this area, but these guys are tops. I have been turning wrenches for the better part of 25 years, so I have a level of expectation when dealing with a parts person (I had one ask if I wanted the inboard or outboard brake pads for a Civic ???) These guys are leagues above!

Wish I can give them a ZERO star. Last weekend, I went there to get a 5/8th fittings for a hose and guy there didnt even bother to check if they had any and said flat out they dont have it. NAPA dont have any PLASTIC HOSE FITTINGS?So I went to NAPA near Main St Fairfax which I normally go to since its more closer to my work, and guess what, THEY GOT TONS of all different size fittings and shapes and sale person even had a fitting diameter measure tool. Dont even go the Willard Road. Seems like just lazy people who dont want to help customers with little things.

Good selection and prices. I was in and out in a few minutes. I was looking for a replacement gas cap for my vehicle and they had one on hand. They knew what I needed and exactly where to find it.

Guys are actually knowledgeable about cars and will talk to you about your problems. Sometimes its a dollar or two more expensive but its totally worth the expertise, service, and quality.

I specifically called ahead and asked if they sell Ford Certified auto parts and they said yes. When I got there, they tried to sell me some knock off air filter. By that time, all the other auto parts store were closed and I had to drop off my vehicle to be serviced. Since the air filter needed to be changed, the Ford dealership charged my $20 in parts and $40 in labor. If NAPA would have had the air filter like they said, I could have changed it out myself in about 30 seconds saving me $40. I will never go here again!
