This company should be shut down from selling on the web for fraud. I cancelled my wiper subscriptions and they still charged my credit card. No response to emails and attempted phone calls.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !

Ordered wiper blades from Car Part through Wal-Mart (on-line); they did not fit my car even though the make and model were correct. Attempted to call and email Car Part for over a week and no one answered my request.

CAR PARTS CLUB DOES NOT REPLY TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS OR ISSUES IN VIOLATION OF THEIR STATED ONLINE POLICY OF 100 PERCENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. CAR PARTS WILL FILL YOUR ORDER BUT THAT IS THE END OF THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MATTER PRODUCT QUALITY, SIZE, FIT, OR DEFECT. THE CAR PARTS PHONE NUMBER LISTED WAS A NON-WORKING NUMBER WHEN I CALLED. WHEN I CONTACTED WALMART CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY COULD NOT REACH CAR PARTS CLUB EITHER.MY SUGGESTION: IF YOU HAVE A CONSUMER RELATED PROBLEM OR ISSUE WITH THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY, FILE AN ONLINE COMPLAINT DIRECTLY WITH THE WALMART CORPORATE OFFICE--NOT YOUR LOCAL WALMART STORE. I TOOK MY COMPLAINT DIRECTLY TO WALMART (THE CORPORATE OFFICE) AND THEY ISSUED A REFUND QUICKLY.

Parts dont fit. Company wont respond for a refund. Wish I read the reviews before buying from company. Walmart needs to remove this company from there site.

These people do not reply and its been since December 27, 2018 since I first emailed them about a broken wiper. I asked about returning the wipers or just the one, even mentioned about a refund in a separate email and still no reply. Even emailed Walmart twice and all that did was sent my email to the company. Worst company ever.

The absolute worse. I ordered wiper blades through walmart from them and they arrived damaged and broken. Contacted this company THREE times and no response. I have called the telephone numbers on the facebook page and on the shipping label..nothing. There is no guarantee that if I pay my money to send these blades back that i will get my money back. They dont have any type of customer service at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have reported them to the BBB

Zero stars terrible customer service. Received defective part and contacted by email with pics a number of times no response!!!Guess i got ripped! Stay away from carpartsclub!
