Security lady loves waking paying (reserved spot) customers up. 10/4/2021 12:01am I was woken up because I had my reserved spot receipt displayed on my windshield just like every other reserved spot driver. Pretty sure she singled me out because Im a hotshot. I drive a Ram 3500 and my ticket was more visible than any ticket that a semi driver would display in their window. Kinda funny how she didnt see the ticket even though its eye level and stares you right in the face if youre looking at the front of my truck. Called me a liar after I got dressed, hopped out of the truck pointed it out to her, saying that the ticket wasnt there before. First Flying J/Pilot where security will wake you up just to be petty and then call you a liar. Not cool. Especially when I paid to stay here. Added some pictures from when I got up in the morning. She straight up lied to me and said that she woke up all the other semi drivers and had them move their receipts as well.

There is plenty of parking and the people are very nice. It is very clean but they really could use a restaurant even if its a fast food restaurant. I dont think they understand that they are losing money on space that could easily be rented. I tried the chicken fried steak and it didnt taste right. Subway would be better.

The Good: The staff her was wonderful to us. Sweet and friendly. This place is way cleaner than most truck stops that Ive been and very comfortable inside.The Bad: There is no restaurant inside other than the pj fresh food and they do close down the food part early (6pm yesterday) except for wings and pizza. Ill be honest, the pizza didnt taste good it was soggy. I ate 1 slice of pizza and some wings and was sick after.

Great selection of all kinds of things one might need for their vehicle or a road trip in general. Great place to stop on a trip put of town to stock up and they have a really great rewards program also. Side note: if your on a really, REALLY long trip and you need a shower this is the place to take one.

This is the cleanest, most well kept, Flying J that we have ever visited! After striking up a conversation with the manager, it was obvious that she truly seemed to take pride in her store. So refreshing to be able to grab good food and know that there was a clean, hot water, shower available before we settled down for the night. Great place!

The store is clean the staff is friendly smells good this is the best flying j I have been to in a very very long time Im an over the road truck driver and Im a diva a shower smell good the coffee area is clean will stop its only 8:51 in the morning parking was easy theyre out cleaning the fuel Island buffing and cleaning clean clean they got it here and they got my vote.

On my particular visit I had a longer than usual wait for a shower. Entire place is very clean and appears well maintained inside and out. Decent amount of parking. Well lit exterior.Inside the store is well stocked and the PJ Fresh selection of hot food is quite extensive.

One the cleanest flying js..the employees are so happy and helpful.. good job I give you a 10

DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA! Horrible and dont care! Served up some cold nasty brisket pizza had me sick all night long!

I was there today around 5:15am 06/22/2021 I was standing waiting to get some warm food, Britany the manager came trash talking to me about drivers being rude all night and I was just another one, at this point I was in shock and just told her I dk and dnt care I was just trying to get some food because I just food my medicine, I ask her for her manager and told she was the fkn manager, I couldn’t believe it! Then just just walked away leaving me standing there and she just stared screaming to me to call corporate if I wanted to, that was wrong and Im sorry for PILOT to have employees like that.

The employees were the nicest I have spoken with on my trip so far! They were very welcoming and kind and the facility is very clean and overall this Flying J has a good vibe 😎 thanks for wonderful customer service

Nice newer pilot. Julianna was great. They have the PJ Fresh available for the health conciousness. For the drivers the showers are big and clean with hot water. Theres a Arbys in the pilot as well..

The staff here is great!! Very welcoming place. Pj fresh awesome.. they serve the plates full. Small parking lot for big trucks, but its about a mile and a half away from the interstate so still got some spots.

Employees think theyre mask police, yet they wont restock reciept paper at gas pumps, thereby causing customers to come inside for reciept..., (EXPOSURE)now your inside, NOW THEYRE ORDERING YOU (general public)TO MASK🥱. Ill take my buisness elsewhere. I am a Pilotcar, and many others who stage in this lot will walk to shell for shopping while we wait.

Should have reviewed this a long time ago.The place is pretty clean for the area of town....especially at night. The Arbys they had was shut down a long time ago and nothing has taken its place since.Its a shame, because Arbys was damn good and I believe got good business, but now youre stuck with trucker food 🥴

Stopped in for fuel, every lane had a truck BUT NO ONE WAS FUELING. Yes everyone on break while blocking the fuel lanes.

Everything is always clean. The restrooms are always very clean. The workers are always very nice and always ask if you need help. They always have ready to eat food like pizza, corn dogs, just the normal fried food you would find at a convenience store. But they do have the best breakfast with a huge selection of eggs bacon ham sausage biscuits and gravy just anything you can think of.

Do FlyingJ is close. Hell of a truck stop the place is full of trucks but they refuse to open.

Nice little place a little distance from the freeway. Been here two nights in a row and had no problem finding a parking spot.Showers are big with ok pressure.Had pizza yesterday and it was great.New favorite place in this neck of the woods!

User beware, our card was skimmed when we tried using pump 7.$151 charge and a visit to the bank later, we learned this was where our information was stolen from.

Most of the the employees including manager who assisted me do not wear their mask.

I have spent a considerable amount of time here sleeping in the parking lot in my car. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have the best broccoli and cheese soup. Coffee is always fresh. Store is clean and stocked. Showers are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are ALWAYS clean 24/7. I stayed there so long I felt like I owed them rent. They never complained.

The resturant serves fatty meat and rips truck drivers off. In many ways they suck,that is the meat off 2 ham and cheese that cost 15.00 for both

Self checkout is a good option that I would like to see more of.

Always friendly staff.Only downside is they got rid of the Arbys. They have their own food but would prefer a nice restaurant to sit and eat and relax in.

This is by far the best Truck Stop Ive been to. Very clean bathrooms. Good, Hot food choices, plenty of parking and a nice friendly staff.

Heavy traffic place but usually in good shape. Manager is friendly and is quick to help with anything you need. The worst thing about this place is the sketchy location, just glad that syringe I stepped on in the parking lot didnt go thru my boot but they were real quick to get someone out there with a broom

Not a huge Flying J fan but this location is a hidden gem. It’s not right off the exit like most, you have to actually make an effort to find it, but it’s worth it. The food is good, showers are clean with good pressure and all of the staff I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. The only downside is the parking lot (both times I’ve stayed here in the past month) about 10 spots are taken up by tree trimmers, I mean come on, find somewhere else to park and leave the truck stop for actual trucks

Very clean truck stop. Parking lot clean. Not that many spots. Easy in and out. Food is good but pricey.

The store is clean and well organized. Hot breakfast available with many options. Nice restrooms and convenient location.

Inside store is clean and early mornings the staff is very welcoming. Coffee and breakfast is ready. The only bad thing is the diesel pumps keypad are pretty bad, its hard to type in info without hitting other numbers and letters. Needs fixing.

Its a clean store and the parking lot was clean too. Five stars for that. But one of the cashier had a nasty attitude 😠😠 😠 lucky for her I didnt entertain the situation. I didnt realize that she could get a attitude just by me asking to purchase (BLACK&MILE) and Im 41 years old with Proper Id.

Really good stop for travelers. A little of the highway, but never to busy and really clean bathrooms, good selection of food and drinks and food has prices. Easy to get in and out of despite being about 1/2 Mile off of freeway

Pipes had a leak at my house so I used this place for the shower but I Loved the place it was very clean shower room is relaxing and great staff would definitely go back

Get into the desk for shower, got problem with my last fuel receive in Dallas.. but a super nice cool girl call it Julianna was so helpful to me, calling Dallas to make then fax my receive to this location. By away we need girls like her at all 48 states..

I went in here and bought a bacon biscuit. $3.84 For a bacon biscuit that ridiculous. I’ll never stop here again.

Good hot food, great customer service in the daytime, made me feel welcomed. Medium sized parking lot, but if you want to find parking come before 7pm.

Not a bad stop definitely off in the cut a little from the highway slept pretty good but ok there was a 👮 car at the entrance from the time I came in until the time I left parked in the same location not sure if this was the construction that took place earlier or if this is an everyday event but I arose and there he was🚓 🚓🚓

Got stuck here on 34Hr reset and this was the cleanest truck stop Ive ever seen, inside and out. The employees work around the clock to keep it this way. Saw a gentleman in a yellow rain suit with a flashlight at night in the pouring rain picking up trash. Never caught his name but that man deserves a raise!

Its an ok place to stop for a quick snack or an arbys sandwich.. its better than the other convenience stores in the area. Wide variety and selection, hot food to grab on the run throughout most of day.

The Flying Js at Sheldon Rd. and Market St. is a convenient place to stop when traveling. Here, you can get fuel, have a meal, utilize the clean restrooms, purchase snacks, drinks, fruit and even Cinnabon and Dots. They have multiple options for dining. There is a large dining area in the attached Arbys. The facility is clean, well lit, well maintained, so it is a great place to visit day or night.

Definitely the best gas station in that area. Very clean!

The Pilot itself was clean, affordable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The Arby’s restaurant on the other hand was the complete opposite. The lady with the tats was impatient while I was ordering, then threw my very expensive (and incorrect) food on the counter. I’m just saying, if you don’t like interacting with people, you can pick up dog poop in people’s yards.

Store is clean, they have lots of unique things here to buy. Spent too much time looking around...lol

The store was clean, well stocked with a nice ph fresh selection of food. The parking lot is not big but is pretty easy to park in. Only issue is that it is a bit off of the interstate.

Excellent food not so good on service

The managers cannot seem to get on the same page with their promotions. Too much hassle... Better deals at Murphys USA, just a little farther down the road.. And they DONT CARE if I use my mobile coupon on top of their promotions! Geez.. The manufacturer reimburses you, so WHY DO YOU CARE? Just losing a regular/local customer is all youve accomplished.. Note to store mgr: you need to focus on customers & loss of regular business, instead of your own AGENDA. Your loss!!
