The pharmacist at 814 Sheldon Rd are so rude and not customer friendly. They need to be made to take customer service training classes to learn how to treat customers respectfully. A few bad pharmacist influence the ones who could be good at their job.

This store should be closed down! RUDE is an understatement!!!!! Paying customers should never have to deal with rude people that hate their jobs like they do at cvs on Sheldon rd in Channelview Tx! Save your money & time & go somewhere else.

Never had problems here but got here right at around 6:50am at the parking lot seen the empoylee get in the store. And was 7:30 already amd still didnt open tje door of the store. People were waiting amd nothing no one opened the doors.and it shows they open at 7 so still waited pass 7:30 7:45 just decided to leave. Went to walgreens

Me and my husband stopped here to grab a few items and my husband needed to use the restroom. The lady there kept telling him that it was only for customers when WE WERE A PAYING CUSTOMER! We had to rush because she wouldnt let him use the restroom and then when we got in line to pay she looked at him and said well were about to close. IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A CVS AND SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! We couldnt believe that she behaved that way especially when he stood there telling her I AM A CUSTOMER, I AM A CUSTOMER! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

They need to implamant more sign language translation,when my mom and I were going to get her prescription.We saw this pour old women who was speaking sign language and nobody knew how to understand sign language and nobody bothered to try to translate so the women left without her prescription. 😞

Waited in drive-thru line for over 15 minutes. Second time this has happened to me. Staff should ask people to go park to wait for prescriptions that aren’t ready.

I only put a star because it needs a review. Dont go to this Pharmacy unless its the only one you need to go to. Most of the staff at the pharmacy dont care at all. They act like they dont care about you & that your medicine isnt of importance. Ive gone there multiple times for inhalers & epipens which are medicines I need to carry on a daily.. They dont even try to fill them asap. If anything the CVS on EAST FWY is the one to go too. I havent gone there but twice & they filled my medicines for me over the phone and they had them ready within 30 minutes!! So please save time & money going to a pharmacy that actually cares (:

This female pharmacy tech who I spoke with on the phone this evening at about 7:20 pm was SO rude and snobbish even disrespectful. She had no idea who I was, but as a customer, she couldnt show any courtesy at all. She acted like I was a bother, and said the pharmacist was too busy to speak with me so therefore my concerns werent as important. She was in such a rush to get me off the phone. This behavior and attitude is not going to get her very far.

The pharmacy has always been helpful/respectful, the cashiers in the front are nice as well. The store just needs some deep cleaning, and someone to keep the isles clean and organized better. & remodel the restrooms and clean them as well, those have always been disgusting anytime Ive had to use them.

Got out of the hospital dropped off my prescriptions,said to be ready in 40 minutes three hours later not ready still waiting. Dont expect anything better than a slow dirty CVS in the hood .

No one in the front there was a customer and myself pressed the button for customer service to come to front he still took over ten minutes to come out of office and didn’t speak great way to handle your customers and I believe he was the manager and the cashier I could tell was new and no help from the manager last time I’ll come here

This iteration of CVS, located in channelview, was a little disorganized when compared to its sister locales. However, this was likely due to the remodeling that they are working on at the moment. Aside front that, pretty normal, expected experience.

Very bad service today I went to do the COVID test they gave me the appointment at 10:50 there were 2 cars ahead of my step an hour and they had not even attended to the first person and from what you could see neither people were inside. So I wonder what the pharmacy staff do.

Bad service today, the cashier was very rude, her name is Jenalin, she charged me a few things with discount coupons and then I wanted to pay others and she told me that I had to re-train on the line and there were already several people, the people behind me They were surprised and the client who was behind me when the cashier charged him apologized because he said he did not know why the cashier behaved like this and I pass it to him to charge him, there is always only one cashier and few are attentive, also in the pharmacy are always in a bad mood and they treat you as if they were giving you the medicine. My opinion is that there is very bad customer service. They should choose their staff very well. 😠

In this store they STOLE ......... my bad experience was 1-20-18 I went to buy a prepaid card, I gave the teller 2 out of 100 I told her this I want on the card, the teller called MADASYN EDWARDS took the 2 bills out of 100 in that supposedly. The computer broke down. It took a few minutes for it to work, since it worked, I gave him a few more things that he was going to buy that night, he tells me that it is $ 26.31 more than that she already had the $ 200 that she had already given her to put on the card I paid her $ 30 to finish, in total I gave her $ 230 dollars, which was what she had collected from my check. I mean, that $ 230 was the only thing that I brought . She returns me $ 4 exchange dollars. My mistake was not checking the receipt. When I go home I start to activate the card and she tells me that my balance is $ 100 dollars. I grab the receipt and notice that the cashier only He put $ 100 dollar I go to the store and talk to the manager that night called CAROLYN HOLCOMO. and she tells me that if the money is If there is in the boxes it will come out. I start to count the boxes and there was nothing extra in the boxes. My money does not appear. See how much I gave the cashier, I told them that I would not leave without my money. We are talking about $ 100 dollars not 10 or 20 dollars. They told the police that it did not help at all. Well, they give me a number to call and that after speaking and making the report they will investigate thoroughly that because they are very strict and that nothing can be lost and that they have more hidden cameras and blah blah blaaaaa total I speak on Monday to assert the report and they tell me that they are going to investigate and they will call me back in 1 to 2 days. well the 2 days pass and nothing will come back. To mark Thursday they have me waiting a long time and they hang me up. I dial again and they have me waiting for a while and they tell me to call me that day until they gave me a claim #. the day is over and nadaaaaa on Friday I dial again and apologize and that they will tell their district manager to call me and it will be on this day .. I speak in the afternoon with the manager of the cvs A RUDE MAN. She calls RANDAL. She tells me that there is no evidence that the cameras have already been checked and that the cameras are not able to see how much I give to the cashier aaaaa and that it is my word against hers. And I told her that in the cameras has to go out when I gave him the 2 bills of 100 and he says that he cant see THEN WHAT ARE THOSE CAMERAS FOR IF THEY ARE IN DECORATION well the old man hangs up on me and thats how another day passed without being called and Im still waiting the call. AND ASIII EASILY IN THE CVS THEY STEAL $ 100 DOLLARS
