Super helpful staff and really great customer service all around at this store. I have a RARE phone as it turns out and its almost impossible to find a case for it. I ordered several online but when I needed one in a pinch cause my other one broke this Cricket staff helped me find what I needed even though Im not a cricket customer. Honestly better customer service than the folks at my home Metro store. Way to go thanks so much for the attention today and also for the great rugged case.

They are always helpful. I keep returning to cricket because of the service and better plan options. I just never get the same service with other carriers and I cant tell any difference in the phone service.

The new girls were great and very helpful. Even though one of them seemed to be learning she was still quick, efficient, and up beat. My dad just got a stylo 5 for free cuz he switched from metro too so thats pretty sweet

This store charges 3 percent tax on whatever you buy from there store than the traditional sales tax 8.25 which is understandable..So 11.25 sales tax which is illegal, so they break it up to make it look legit..Any other dealer just charges 8.25...I questioned it and the lady got mad..lol..Do your homework, go to another location save you some money

Well I thought my bill was 40$ but my receipt says 39.77,total 42.77..so why do they advertise a 40$ monthly plan..I might dig deeper
