Kara is the one who helped me the other day. I walked in wanting to add a new member to my plan and I walked out with not only that, but a new phone ordered for myself (at an amazing price), and a cheaper plan that offers me more than I previously had! When other customers came in while Kara was still helping us, she was able to juggle and provide service to everyone respectfully and amazingly well. I would love to come back here just for her help! I never have a negative experience at the Verizon store in Channahon.

Ask for Matt! We came in right when the store opened at 10:00 am and he greeted us with a smile. Answered all my questions and were in and out quickly with my son’s new phone for his birthday!!

I have never been to the Channahon Verizon Store and work close by. Called at my lunch break and talked with Kara and explained that I wanted to apple watches and didn’t have much time after work to do paper work. I came in after work and Kara had it all ready to go and updated my plan which in long run was cheaper then my plan I originally had. Kara was great to work with and highly recommend this location compared to any store I have been to of Verizon!

Could not believe I sat here for over 20 minutes. I was greeted by a woman behind the desk. Besides that, nothing. For a Saturday afternoon… Where are your employees?! Will not be coming back to this location.

I have had the same phone for 7 years now. Ive dreaded going into a store for a very long time because of awful past experiences. Today I went in and purchased 2 new devices. Bree and Brian helped me. They were both so kind. They were so patient, answered all of my questions, and even had a genuine conversation with me. I would 100 percent go back here for anything and I am so grateful I came here. Usually I leave questioning everything. Today I did not and Im so thankful. Brian and Bree are amazing. I was beyond stressed out about my situation. For one, this location was very busy at the time. Im not sure the womans name who was there, but she was helping multiple people at once and being so kind and patient about it. The woman who helped me before, who is amazing, Bree, came out and started helping me. Not only did she make my day so much better. Im now on a much better data plan, and I feel completely at ease. Honestly, come here for anything phone related. They are honestly amazing. Bree has never let me down so far and I couldnt be anymore grateful.

I would like to compliment on one of your Verizon employees. We (4 phones) were experimenting terrible customer service thru your customer service. Frustrated I called Verizon in channahon il and was blessed when Matt answered the phone. I voiced my concern and he politely said “if you can come in I’ll be happy to help you”. He was beyond courteous and within a few clicks he was able to diffuse our situation. Matt is truly an asset to verizon and hopefully be compensated accordingly.

Both of my phones broke. The closest store to my location was the Verizon store in Channahon, IL. Matt was wonderful he helped me at least with my S21plus. Phone. I am concerned about my phone always workening because I am a senior citizen. Matt even helped me get a better plan. Hourah for Matt!! Need help go to the Channahon store.

I had a problem with my new phone not letting call to get to me on the phone. In 10 mins or so they figured out the problem and had me heading for the door as a happy customer.Thanks a lot guys.

SIM card issue with my s20 SE 5g ultrawideband. Was Fedexed one from Verizon and was bad right out of the back. Followed by 6 hours spent on the phone with Verizon support person trying to activate several different 4g Sims from my previous phones i happened to have saved them all)so I could still use the phone 5g wasnt important to me. That all messed up the phone even more the IMEI dissapeared and on my account page on Verizon showed a shadow version of my last phone as current phone. Like my s20 never existed. I decided to try tcc in town before driving to the Joliet mall Verizon. Glad I did they were so helpful put in a brand new 5g sim, and fixed that other strange imei problem. Since I left the store last week Im getting the best cell signal Ive ever seen on this phone even when it was brand new. Channahon/minooka indoors at my residence I either have 3 5G bars or full 5 bars of 4gLTE

I went to the Verizon store in Channahon for help with my moms phone account being compromised. We spoke to Emmie who helped us out make contact with corporate in order to get things cleared up. My mom was so nervous about her personal information and phone line being compromised with no phone service. Emmie was such wonderful help in getting things back in order. She was very patient & kind. After restoring her phone service, she then helped guide my mom and went above & beyond to assist with resetting her email password given it was where it all started. We cant explain it enough on the wonderful & excellent customer service Emmie provided. She is very valuable to the local Verizon store and appreciated. She should be recognized for her dedicated service to the store and Verizon community. Its why we will be loyal customers at the Channahon (Ridge Road) location!

Go to a Verizon Corporate Store instead of a privately owned store. We had a problem with one of our Verizon phones, contacted Verizon support they told us to go to ANY store that sells Verizon phones to get a New Sim Card for FREE. When Verizon customer service told me this I repeated Any Store for Free, the lady replied Any store that sells Verizon phones will give you a Sim Card for FREE because Verizon does not charge customers for them. We went to this location waited 10 minutes for the girl to ask what we needed, she replied it will be $10.00...for a sim card??? I told her Verizon said we could go to any store that they will not charge us for it, the lady replied we charge $10.00 for them. Off we went to a corporate store, received it for free, they also informed us we should have NOT BEEN CHARGED for a SIM CARD at ANY STORE. Lesson learned..we will not be going back to this location for anything we will drive to a corporate store for better, honest, quality service, not to mention the corporate store was busy but fully staffed, we were taken care of within 5 minutes of walking in and not charged a dime.

We came in because my sister had switched to Verizon cellular service and could not get her new phone to work. She was very courteous, helpful, and professional. It’s obvious she is very, very bright and she was able to solve our problem while also answering the phone and helping two other customers who came in while we were there!

I hate going to Verizon, but my feelings were changed with Justin. I had issues with both my tablet and phone and he spent an hour with me trying to resolve the problems before the usual spiel of upgrade. He spoke in laymans terms and was so helpful. Emmie was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. After 20+ years it became time to switch service providers and since I already knew my phone was not compatible with the Verizon network I knew going in what phone I wanted to upgrade to. She instructed me how to call my current provider and change my passcode to make sure my number would be able to be ported over. She never tried to upsell me on anything and when I mentioned the phone I really wanted she was quick to let me know it could be ordered.The customer service at this location shows you there are still businesses that care about their customers and the service they provide. I was very fortunate for this to be my local store and to have a great experience from their end on my switch from the other company.Thank you Emmie and TCC!
