Cheri was fabulous -- a true expert! She straightened my bent frame, and then straightened my nose pieces and tightened my screws. All for no charge! I was scared I myself would break the frame. She saved my day.

Been coming here since I was a child, and the service here has just become dog awful. I came here multiple times to get cosmetic colored contacts, and wasnt able too 3 times in a row, and couldnt even try on trails just look at them... the employees tell me something different every time. Thanks for nothing.Follow up, I decided to go to Eden prairie, right after Chan denied me again, and was able to try on multiple colors if I wanted, and was able to order 3 months worth without changing a thing.

I dont know what happened to Deb who used to work there, and she went above and beyond for customer service. I stuck with this optician despite her absence and I have been let down twice. I have ordered contacts IN STORE, paid for them, received an email receipt, only to never receive the contacts. When I call or physically stop in to the store to check on the order, in BOTH instances, an employee is unable to even check their system to see where the order is or even if it was placed. Ive lost my patience and Im finished with Target Optical Chanhassen.

Debra was great! I was in area for business, ripped a contact lense with no backups. Was able to fax her my prescription and get trial pair to get me thru my trip. Big THANK YOU!

I stopped in to get my glasses cleaned, and ended up getting both pairs adjusted and got in to see the doctor right away. Even though I wasn’t buying anything, Jeremy was the absolute best. With his adjustments I felt like I had brand new glasses and could see again!
