I just went to ask the cashier if the pharmacy was closed and she was very rude stating ah it’s Saturday they close at 6. Sorry, I don’t work there and always get prescription after 6. It was a simple question. You shouldn’t work customer service if you don’t know how to be nice. I received a notification after 6 and was anxious to pick up my mothers medications. I was told Walgreen is 3 weeks behind and to order them ahead of time when it said it would’ve been ready yesterday. I wanted to pick it up ASAP and sorry I didn’t check the website hours. Upon reading the review sounds like there’s there been this crabby lady there for quite some time. I’m sorry you’re a miserable lady that needs to make people feel like you do.
I can’t stand passive aggressive shenanigans. I was in the wrong, grabbed my photo order then went up to pay. I was instead rung up by an employee at the photo counter. When she asked if someone handed me my photos, I answered honestly, no, then she says, “Some people have no patience”. Not quite under her breath, just loud enough to start something. She looks old enough to know better, and when I pointed out the two long lines, with the only visible employees, then apologized she kept up with her nastiness. Some people have no patience? Some people have no business working with the public.
Today my prescription wasn’t ready on time and I had to sit and wait. I was a little frustrated but they were very kind and professional. While waiting I began to feel guilty watching these few workers juggle a ton of work. They went in and dug up my meds as fast they could and I appreciated it. I am happy I got to see what they we’re going through and it taught me a good life lesson. Thank you to the staff your doing amazing with what you have to work with.
This pharmacy is horrific. Lost prescriptions and unbelievable wait times. 0 stars. Go elsewhere.
This is a good pharmacy made outstanding because of the efforts of one particular pharmacist. I want to personally acknowledge Preeti who spent a good part of her day resolving a situation that was beyond our control. She’s always warm and friendly and professional but today she was a lifesaver. Thank you Preeti! I hope Walgreens adds a staute of you to their store. I’ll contribute to the cause!
Pharmacy staff is great on the whole, but the wait times when you want to pick up medications or call and talk to someone are crazy long. On hold for more that 45 minutes just to talk with someone there regarding a prescription. Can wait for 30 minutes or more to pick up a prescription. Seems like there should be a way to streamline this process.
Jenny, is so unprofessional everytime I visit this store theres an issue and she has a rude atttuide she needs to learn better customer service skills because she has none and she doesnt even offer me a bag!! Ive been coming to this store for over 8 years and she is one of the worst employees that has ever been employed at this store.
Extremely rude photo department, messed the order up and just blamed it on the person was new and didnt know any better.
Worst pharmacy and customer service EVER! Go elsewhere.....
Went in on the 19th and had a passport photo taken. They said it could be a couple days but to leave my name and number for when its ready. I did and a week later still havent heard from them. Not very good service in my opinion.
This is place has one of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever seen. Couple of months ago I got my kids prescriptions sent to this pharmacy in the morning. I went to pharmacy after 3:00 pm and my order was not ready!!! I asked for help and the staff was extremely slow in responding although they were not busy. Just no body there, are hiding behind the counters. I waited another one hour to get my order. Today Wednesday 03/25/2020 I had another terrible experience: I called this morning for an item to see if it is available before heading to the store and waited for one hour on hold on the phone with no response. when I went there I can hear the phone ringing and staff is available and not answering (no customer at that time except me). I asked for help to see if item is available. They told me to wait for one of the store staff who never showed up. Eventually one of the pharmacy staff told me the item is not available without even looking for it. Her response was so rough. When I went into the isle I can see the item is available, to my surprise. Overall, the staff and especially the pharmacy staff are so so so rude and not helpful at all. I am considering to have my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy. I can feel a hint of racism here.
Their pharmacy’s system wasn’t registering my insurance as valid. The solution to this problem is to call the number on the card and confirm the insurance company’s specifications (ie. dropping or adding certain letters and numbers to the policy number). It’s much simpler for the pharmacy to do this than for me as a policy holder, not to mention it’s a frequent part of their job. However, this employee did not do this, instead rather they insinuated that my insurance was inactive or simply nonexistent. I provided them with my card, which is issue dated 9/2019. She insisted that my card was oId and that this is why I wasn’t registering in the system (it isn’t old and you can find current policies using old insurance cards when necessary). I ended up pulling a ‘Karen’ and calling my mom (who has worked as a pharmacy tech for years) to explain the situation. The employee finally called the insurance company, at the insistence of my mother, and got it relatively quickly figured out. The whole interaction lasted over forty minutes. The only reason I don’t give this interaction a lower rating is that the employee seemed young, perhaps new to the position. Overall she seemed nice (and patient), just ignorant to the complexities of insurance. Secondly, I didn’t handle the situation well. I could have paid for them and then contacted insurance for a refund. However, I have been out of work for the entirety of this pandemic, so the thought of paying over $100 for what should cost $10 was not sitting well with me.Aside from this interaction, the store was clean, there was hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the staff seemed friendly.
Really nice store. Always cleanly and fantastic customer service.Whatever you got going on, Walgreens, your management policies are effective.
Friendly employees. Pharmacy department was helpful. Checking on insurance and prices for me. Allowed me to pick up my wifes prescriptions with a few ID checks. No hassle.
Came to this store to get hand sanitizer the man behind the counter showed me the hand sanitizer and then told me he could not sell it to me because he was holding it for others
Sat on hold for over an hour trying to refill a prescription. Nobody ever answered. The worst part was listening to that god awful voice recording that chimes in every five seconds reminding you that you’re on hold.
Always friendly and helpful. Allyson is the best Pharmacist that you could ever ask for. I like Walgreens, Chanhassen.
Second time today trying to get a prescription filled from the drive up. Left the first time after no movement in 10 minutes. Im going on 30 minutes now. I can only guess the pharmacy is incredibly understaffed.
Went in to find out about western union service they offer. There was one lady addressing one customer. She asked me what I needed. When I said I would like to use the money transfer service, she said “you have to use the kiosk”. There are koisks for western union service and I used them before. These kiosks have a phone you pick up and talk to an agent. I was looking for the kiosk wih a phone and she rudely said “I said you have to use the kiosk” and then hastily hit the monitor at the photo printing station. Then she said something like dont ask me anything, i dont know about... ; most likely referring to how western union works. I was not happy about this interaction and left the facility shortly.
The pharmacy staff is always amazing.
Honestly I wish I could rate it lower it took 15 minutes to pick up pictures and this is not the first time either I had to go ask the front cashier to go get someone to help
Customer for 4 years. Always friendly, always helpful.
Do NOT. I REPEAT, SO NOT go to this wg for photos!!!! They have terrible customer service and there is usually NO ONE there!!! Avoid this at all costs, if there is another closer to you, go there instead. Youve been warned. 😊
Helpful staff and your standard products for a Walgreens
Slow drive-thru
No walls or gree
Sick of constantly waiting for my prescriptions to get filled and not getting notices when they need more time to get a doctor’s permission!
Chaotic. On a Wednesday at 2 pm.How am I supposed to trust a flu shot to be administered from here? I wont. So I left to a competitor down the road.
Friendly staff. Closes very early -10pm.
Pharmacy SUCKS
