I was impressed with the service, ended up choosing this place as the result of an accident. I spoke with Jesse and he did a great job returning communication to my questions over time. When I picked up the car it was clean and sharp looking. Great work considering that they replaced a highly scratched and dented door. They even scanned the central pillar to make sure to check structural integrity.

I provided him the claim number and he handled everything. He even had the car rental all set up. I just had to show up when he told me to. They replaced my bumper quickly and it looks great!

Unfortunately, I had need to utilize LaMettrys services (Auto accident).From start to finish, these folks went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help make this difficult situation as easy as it could. Lisa at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful, (and even called me when I left a personal item in the waiting room she remembered seeing me have with me when I arrived) - and Jesse was in almost constant contact with me - keeping me informed of the process, of small things that came up during the repair, and the hows and whys of what they were doing throughout the repair.After getting my car back, I noticed one small issue that still needed to be addressed - I called them up and they were quick to schedule me an appointment and had a loaner car there ready for me when I arrived.Top notch - and very professional folks - from the first phone call to getting my car back looking as good as it did before the accident.

This place is the best. I had PDR work done on the hood of my truck while I waited. Nicole and Tobey were friendly and very professional. They guy that did the dent removal did a perfect job. No evidence there ever was a dent.

I was recently in a minor fender bender with my Tesla Model 3 and as soon as it happened I knew exactly who to call, LaMettry’s of course! Jesse at the Chanhassen location took excellent care of me and was in constant contact with me throughout the process. They did excellent work and returned my Tesla back to its original factory condition (OEM parts, excellent fitment, and perfectly matching paint). On top of this I also bought an aftermarket front splitter that I also had them paint which also turned out awesome as well. All in all I can’t recommend Jesse and the LaMettry’s Chanhassen team enough!

He worked on my classic Mercedes roadster and did a stellar job of restoring a quarter panel that had a small amount of rust. More restoration than most shops want to do. LaMetty’s is easy to work with. Everyone was professional and courteous. They carefully examined my car and gave me an estimate as well as sent the estimate to the insurance company. They checked in with me every few days to let me know how the job was progressing and when I might expect it to be done. They also called the insurance company when needed so I didn’t have to. When I picked up the car it was perfect. Not only that, but it was detailed inside and out and looked fabulous!

First time having service done by Lamettrys and will never go back! After having my rear window replaced, I came to notice my rear seat was stuck in the up position, a wire was not plugged in under the seat, and they left a piece of wood and bungee cord. Safe to say I will never trust Lamettry’s with another one of my vehicles!

What a great company. Mike came to my home within a day of first contacting him. He took all the pictures needed and talked me through the claims process involving my insurance company. I received a timely & fair estimate the next day. I brought my BMW to them on Tuesday 6/30 & it was ready on 7/2. The shop staff was so pleasant & professional. The repairs were perfect! Amazing service the moment I walked in. My request to paint a panel on my BMW motorcycle was immediately met with enthusiasm and attention. Brandon had a painter come out to look at what I was trying to match and had a plan within 10 minutes. The turn around time was much sooner than I expected and the price was very reasonable and even lower than what I had honestly expected given the small part I was having painted. I brought in a 2015 long wheel base Range Rover from not one, but TWO deer impacts. (Hopefully any bad luck of this truck has worked its way out of its system). Brandon did an outstanding job on the truck. As I self-insure myself for collision, I was price sensitive. While body repair is never cheap, Brandon did an outstanding job not only fixing the truck but looking for lower priced alternatives to complete the repair. Highly recommend!!
