I used Peak for purchase and installation of a new Carrier Infinity A/C, furnace and smart thermostat to replace older equipment. I evaluated four contractors before choosing them. I couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism of everyone involved. The system was up and operational in one day and works exactly as promised. I highly recommend Peak.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this business! I submitted a google request at 10pm and the next morning they called and said they could be out at noon. I wasn’t sure if it was a quote or for maintenance but it was my fault because I didn’t ask.They were promptly here at noon and looked at what I had and said it was only for a quote for a new AC. I asked if he knew if service was busy this time of year and he assured me they could have someone out within a day or two for a maintenance inspection.I called the service office and they said they could send someone right away and sure enough the repair guy was here within 10 minutes. He inspected the AC and told me I was low on refrigerant. He quoted me the price and was able to put more refrigerant in and the AC was again blowing cold air. Also, I was able to make a payment right away rather than waiting for a bill in the mail.Another note, the quote for a new AC was almost $1500 less that Centerpoint. I will definitely be calling them in the spring to replace my AC.

Had a AC issue on a hot hot day Sunday, on a rental, the tenant has litle babies so need the AC. I’ve called Peak and no answer so i left a VM. Then i tried other companies and none had availabilities to help. Then Casey called back from Peak and got to the place and check it out and repaired quickly. This was what i needed!...good service when needed...thxs Casey and Peak.

Best heating maintenance service call I have ever had. The service person took about 45 minutes. I could hear the cleaning and checking going on, he also checked the temp coming out of vents in the rooms. I switched Heating companies after 16 years because Peak did not push or even discuss service agreements. The people who installed and maintained my furnace the last 16 years spent far too much time trying to convince me I needed a service agreement, even though I told them every time that I do not believe in service agreements. When I need a new furnace Peak will be my choice for installation and yearly maintenance.

Peak Heating & Cooling recently replaced a furnace and A/C for our home. Working with them was a breeze! The technicians were easy to work with, took care not to bring in debris and removed all evidence of their work. Had a furnace installed by Peak recently and couldnt be happier. Very professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Got the job done right on schedule. Took care of the warranty registration and energy-efficient rebate filing for me. Outstanding customer service beginning to end. And their installed price was nearly a grand less than the first quote I got from another contractor. Peak checks all the boxes as far as Im concerned.

A/C wasnt cooling. Previous owner had used Peak (stickers on eqt) so I called them. First tech was not very responsive to the issue and AC developed problems less than 3 weeks later. Discussed with Perry and Sean C showed up for call back. Previous tech had missed something - it happens. Anyway Sean did an awesome job. Tuned the system up and they were very responsive to my concern and resolving the issue. Only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars was call back but second visit was 5 star visit. They were fair and that matters I think. Highly recommend!

Peak Heating and Cooling, Inc. provided a top-shelf experience from start to finish. I needed to replace my 23 year old heating and cooling system. After getting 3 bids, I choose Peak because Andy K./Sales Representative, actually looked at my existing system to see if it really needed to be replaced regardless of age. He spent an hour with me discussing options after listening to what my issues and needs were. The Carrier system we decided on was exactly what I was looking for based on performance and price. The install took place a week later and Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with. Jason explained the process and time line before they started and took the time to walk me through all the new equipment features, especially the high-efficiency ones. During the 7 hour process they kept my home clean and they kept me informed. Im glad I took the time to shop around and so glad I choose Peak Heating and Cooling – The experience, service and Carrier equipment is second to none.

Our AC was out during the night last night and I called to leave a message for them to set up an appointment for service. That morning they contacted me and were out at the house before noon the next day!!! We got home at 1:30 with the outside temp 86 and the house was nice and cool on the hottest day so far this year. Great service and great price! The folks at Peak really helped us out when our furnace went out. When we opted to replace the entire furnace everyone we contacted couldnt get out for several days for the install. Peak, however, offered to come out and get our old furnace running free of charge until the installers could get out with the new unit. We also compared prices with others in the metro area and Peak was very competitive. The installers that came out were also extremely professional and everything is working great. You wont find a better combination of service and pricing anywhere else!

Kevin was here to do the annual service the air conditioner. He was very thorough and changed capacitors which were week and we choose to have them replaced. He explained everything as he went along and we were greatly satisfied with his work and communication. We would welcome him doing service work in the future.

I chose Peak Heating & Cooling Inc. after researching several furnaces, obtaining furnace installation estimates from several companies, and reading many unbiased reviews/ratings. From start to finish it has been a professional and excellent experience.From the start Andy arrived on time, provided a fair estimate, answered all my questions over a month and was very patient while I did my research. He has been a pleasure to deal with and most helpful.The installers arrived early! Yes, 10 minutes early, Could not believe it. Never happens here. They went to work immediately. I asked them to remove the 2 new raised panel hardcore doors in the laundry room area since I did not want the doors to get damaged in the small/tight furnace area. They were not concerned about it which concerned me but now I understand why. They were comfortable working in such a confined area without damaging a thing. They kept the laundry door closed during installation in order to keep the house warm. They cleaned up in the furnace room and in the garage (temporary workshop) leaving it as clean or cleaner than they found it! They advised forgetting one of the rebates at the office but by the time they were done with the day here they had it! Great guys and service.The invoice they provided on installation was incorrect due to some changes Andy and I agreed on. I called into the office and an assistant checked into the matter immediately. She corrected the invoice and I made payment. Thank you.This team (sales, installers and office support) is nothing short of the best and I am so happy I chose Peak Heating & Cooling for this project. This company is proof that excellent customer service exists! Thank you to each Peak employee involved in making this project a positive experience.

Had an issue with the furnace sending out cool air despite the thermostat set to 70 degrees. House was at 55 and dropping. Called Peak and he gave me a few things it could be and after trying a couple quick fixes per his instruction, we determined someone would need to come out and take a look. They were very transparent with the diagnosis charge and arrived promptly when they said they would. Turned out to be a relatively simple fix and he was on his way. All fixed!

Peek has originally installed air conditioner at my home. Recently I had problem with air conditioner and called them for service. I talked to supervisor(manager). He had total disregard for service call. He wanted to charge almost 4 times more for service call than going rate. He did not care about providing service at all. He was more interested to replace everything than repair it. It would have cost me few thousand instead of little more than 100 dollars that i paid to other comapny to repair it. Dont expect reasonable service from this company. I do not recommend this company.

Sean Colby did an excellent job diagnosing my furnace heating issues and he even showed me the busted control board and potential other issues in the future. He explained to me what my options were, and the pros and cons. His documentation of the work order was spot on. Although my furnace still needs repairing or replacement, knowing the why and my next steps were very helpful. I would highly recommend Peak and Sean for other customers.

We had an A/C unit and Furnace installed on the same day and the installers were very professional. No mess to deal with and they had both units completed within 6 hours. This was to replace so they had to remove the existing units. I would highly recommend this company.

Our boiler damper control started buzzing and was frozen Monday morning, and our Peak Tech was there early afternoon. We were able to get damper operating, but in case it quit again, he sourced a part for us on standby. The damper continued to work, but quit during the night. A call Tues morning got the part ordered and installed early Thursday morning. They always have responded quickly and well.

Our tech (Sean) arrived when I was told he would be here. He was courteous and professional. It did not take him long to figure out our control board for the furnace was defective (power outage). Luckily, he had the replacement board in inventory in his company van. A quick install and we were back in business. As well, he did advise us that our furnace was old and that we probably ought to look into getting it replaced...something we suspected. Great experience all around.

Furnace/AC replacementHad Andy out for a quote. He did a really nice job and noticed some things other contractors did not (rusted out exhaust vent). I had somewhere around 6 bids on this project, this was in the top two for most competitive price. In the end it came down to reviews. Peak Heating and Cooling had hands down the best reviews all around, and they were local to me, so I went with them.They did an excellent job on the furnace and AC replacement. PVC routing and hvac ducting looked very professional, and was well supported. Technicians were very nice and answered all the questions I had for them.They still need to finish my AC this spring, but so far so good. I will try to add some pictures.

I feel like I presented them with a tougher than average job, given the tight space that my furnace had to fit into. They made it look routine. The heat in my Chiropractic Office went out on a -30 windchill day (bad news in an office like hours, we see a LOT of people and want to get them comfortable, not freezing!). I called over and they shifted some scheduling and were on the roof within 20 minutes and had it working again right away! I will be getting a new motor from them so it doesnt happen again. Definitely give them a call if you have a Heating issue in an emergency!

I cannot comment on long-term use of their product, since I just had two furnace units installed, but their customer service has been great. They replaced our furnace very quickly, were extremely courteous and helpful, and clearly understand the value of good customer service. And we received very fair pricing on our units as they beat out two competing bids. So far, I am very happy we chose Peak Heating.

Andy was extremely helpful and accomodating scheduling an installation date for a replacement furnace and A/C system when our existing 24 year old system failed a week before Christmas. He was able to schedule an installation date within 48 hours. Installers Jason and Tyler were exceptional with their service and explanation of the new system. Overall, I am very satisfied with Peak Heating and Cooling.

We had just purchased a house in June and the air conditioner went out. Without knowing any HVAC companies in the area, a friend had recommended Peak, and we were so glad they did. We soon learned that the air conditioner had been previously inspected/serviced by another company without a proper diagnosis, but the tech that came out from Peak was super thorough and spent at least 2 hours (mostly outside in the rain!) thoroughly diagnosing the issue. We were expecting a huge bill, but were pleasantly faced with just their normal service-call rate (which is extremely reasonable). In the end, they presented us with all of our options to fix and we decided to replace the whole condenser and A-coil. The installers were out to our house within a couple of days and were extremely pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond our expectation to make sure the install was exactly what we were expecting, all of our questions were answered, and that we were happy with our overall experience. Highly recommend.

After hours response was very prompt. We had a minor issue with our air conditioning unit and I was able to get a callback from after hours support in less than half an hour as well as several helpful suggestions from a different technician via email. It was by no means an emergency situation but it was appreciated on a muggy night.

Peak was the last company I called and Im SO glad I did. Jesse was wonderful to work with. He provided a quote with many different options and price levels for us to choose from. We were able to go with a top of the line system including add-ons like a humidifier, air purifier and adding a supply in our basement, as well as ductwork for less than what other companies were going to charge for a mid-range system. The end result is even better than I hoped for. I realized the humidifier wasnt working a day after the install was complete and left a message after hours.
