Love to shop at this place Unfortunately they didnt have the Converse that my wife was looking for no big deal be back next week

Terrible customer service. While I was shopping I was treated as an inconvenience, When I came back the next day to exchange an item I was treated as a ghost. Literally. It was five minutes until close and she locked the doors, waited for the guests in line to finish being rang up, opened the door to let them out and still didn’t acknowledge me standing right outside the door with the receipt in my hand and the items from the day before until I asked her if I could exchange them for a different size, (I’m sure I’m not the only one that does this considering the fact that they don’t have a changing room). This is where she didn’t even pretend to have not seen me and says no we’re closed. I attempted to ask what time they opened yeah the door was slammed in my face and locked again.Needless to say I will be returning these and not exchanging them tomorrow as well as asking for an area managers email because with an attitude like this I’m 100% sure the manager is aware and just doesn’t care.Maybes she didn’t like my face or the fact I was spending money in her place of business, I’m not sure... I just know She was extremely disrespectful and if that was my employee she would be fired. (Coming from s GM of 10+ years.

I should have found this place sooner. Its mostly clearance stuff stacked around the edge of the wall. They do have some new ones as well but when I was there they were doing 40 percent off clearance shoes and we got an awesome pair of shoes for my toddler who wears size 9 for 15 bucks and she loved the design. I got myself some all black high tops for like 60 bucks. The only problem youll have is people there a very rude. Its similar to like a I Payless during a buy one get one sale, manners are left outside the door before entering. Must be a maricopa influence, its a city that is full of selfish acting people. So just be prepared to get bumped into, and no one saying excuse me as they rush right by ya. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Just the customers are rude, staff cant do anything about that

Got a great deal and very helpful customer service

I bought the wrong size shoes and worse, color for my daughter, but as soon as I walked in the staff was there greeting me and asked what they could help me with. I Informed him my problem, and right away he made it simple to do without any hassle, stated just go grab the shoes you want. He did the exchange, gave me my new shoes, and off I went, well I got the wrong shoes again, walked back, embarrassed, and told him what happened. He laughed said go grab “the right” shoes and come back and I will swap them for you. Yes, I now have the right size shoes and color, thanks converse.

30% off clearance and we always find something. Great store.

They should train or let their employees know about their policies more or at least get and idea of it so people would understand it better

Expectations: basic shoes that can be used in a lot of different ways and are well made.There is nothing like a good pair of converse all stars. You can hike in them, lawn work, go to school, casual around town, nice dress; they really are pretty universal and hold up really well.

This was my first visit to the outlets and this converse location. I had such a stellar experience that I had to share. I have never saved so much money on all-stars, EVER. Their prices are LOW but they were having a sale today so I saved an additional 40% off. I got a unique pair for myself and a traditional black-and-white pair for my boyfriend and paid $64.64 out the door! His traditional chucks were only $36– I’ve paid more at famous footwear and thought I was getting a bargain after being ripped off by the mall all of those years. I will never buy chucks anywhere else! This store was clean, organized, and FULL of shoes (the selection really is amazing!)!

The deals were great. The staff!!!... The STAFF!!!... They are unbelievably helpful, considerate, kind, friendly, good hearted people. Its so memorable because rarely in this fast paced life do you find service like this. So thank you all!!! See you in payday.

Amazing nice service at this converse. I shop a lot and used to work at retail stores so I know a thing or 2 about customers service. These ladies/guys are very nice and fast. I love how neat the place is and makes it easy to find a shoe. I couldnt find my size on their clearance section which was 30% on already reduce items, but I ask them and they found it in their backroom so dont be afraid to ask if you cant find you size.

Great store.. the sale was worth buying shoes for everyone in the family.. two for me and 3 others under 80.. great buy.. will keep this store on radar for the annual sale. Surprised we were the only patrons.

Very helpful staff.

I had the worst experience yesterday at the store. I spent over 150 dollars and the cashier Sam did not bother to greet us,she was in a bad mood poor customer service. When I approached her and told her that she should have little more customer service skills it made things worse she did not bother to knowledge us. I told her she was in the wrong work field she said I agree with you. She did not thank us for our purchase. I brought that to her attention and she said that she did not felt necessary for her to thank me for the purchase I had made. I then asked for her manager which was Jon made things worse no help he did not bother to apologize for the cashiers attitude he treated us the same way as her. As I was walking out he was cussing and talking about me. I then went back to request the store number to speak to someone above him he had the nerve to give me the Nike store number. I am really disappointed in the customer service we received at the store yesterday. I really wish Converse store would really look out more on who they are hiring.

Would be great if all employees greeted all customer the same way especially not knowing not knowing how much a customer is there to spend! Also it’s really annoying when the manager follows you around as if you came there to steal the only reason this place has lots of reviews is because they’re offering discounts for good reviews

If you like crazy colors and fun designs like I do. Their clearance section is FULL of them. So its a great place to get some funky new kicks. The place is kindof understaffed and a but unorganized.
