Zia Records is a must stop for any vinyl junkies visiting the Phoenix area. But they also have to s of CDs, DVDs, pop art merchandise, books, etc at the Chandler location. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are fair.

This place is really cool! We spent a long time going from aisle to aisle looking at all they had to offer. My sister collects records/movies and I collect Funko Pops, and so we both had a lot to look through. A super neat place to visit!

I absolutely love this place, they have everything, from games old and new, movies, TV shows, cartoons, all old and new. Everything that is old is in good condition. They even have kpop merchandise, records, cds, random toys and books and even Manga style. They have some instruments as well and lots of other quirky type things too.

Zias is a great record store and sells so much more then just records. Books, movies, games, toys, and more. They have a great collection of common and rate items, you may find what youre looking for without even knowing.Theyre still a record store though, and they take great pride and care in that. A must go for people who collect any kind of media

I have been going to Zias for years! I have been away for a few years and just moved back to the area and that was the first place I wanted to go. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about all kinds of things. Always worth the visit!

Girl yelled out from the door that they were closed as I was walking towards the door.... I asked what time they close she said 10 PM. I asked if they would be open the next day she said I don’t know. I was a little confused and you can tell she was annoyed that I was asking questions. It be nice to get an answer as to what their schedule is seeing that their employees don’t even know.

This was my 1st time at this location! I mainly go to the one in Tucson because I live down there, but I decided to check it out when I drove up to Phoenix, and my God I love it there!! First off, this location is massive!! They have a large variety of books, movies, and of course music, which I gotca bunch of each. Plus, the cashier I was talking to was very nice and very helpful. My only issue was I wish they had a large amount of video games in terms of current gen games, but thats honestly a nitpick cuz they still have a large variety. This is my favorite location up in Phoenix, and Ill definitely go up there whenever I have a chance!!

Went to Zia Records just to kill time in the afternoon. Was looking for Rick and Morty merchandise for my nephews birthday. Found some cool Rick and Morty stuff and up until then my experience was great. Until I got to the check out some old dude with a white t-shirt, white hair and glasses, who was in some sort of crazy rush to get me out of the store. I was still looking at the pins glass case and looking to buy a few pins from the case too. Mean while this old dude was kicking me out the door. Now, I like coming here, but Zia come on! Tell the OK, Boomer dude to lighten up. Gees!!! Ill be back. Boomer or not. Love Zias and the cool stuff here and the OTHER friendly employees.

The best Zia location in the valley, the selection is good and more importantly the staff is friendly, I was going to the Mesa location because its closer but the staff is rude, Ill drive the extra 20 min for better selection and service.

I was selling my kpop albums here every once in a while and was always getting reasonable prices for them. This time I brought a $90 bts dvd along with 4 albums (some had photocards) and all they wanted to give me was $30. As soon as the worker told me their “kpop friend” (another worker) priced the albums I knew they were trying to cheat me out of money. The worker also used the excuse of buying albums for less because they sell them for less when they’re used, but they had NCT kihno’s + various other group albums for $20 WITHOUT photocards. If you have anything valuable don’t bring it here anymore. Maybe bring just regular albums without photocards.I should also add that I was originally only offered $20 for everything but once the worker saw my confused face they said they forgot to scan a couple albums and the price then barely went up to $30.

Place is huge and has so many things inside from more up to date music, movies, tv series, old vinyl records, etc. You have to go check it out for yourself. I thought it was pretty awesome and they have a wide selection.

Being a Music Hound my whole life,Zias is like visiting home for me. Go back 10, 20 years and they will have itor order it. Just looking will be enjoyed, you cant help it. Over time Ive noticed that the Cashiers are much younger than I rememberwhich comes with the package. I have come to Zias half of my life now and I am the age difference. If thats not a testimonial,Then God didnt make little.green.apples, and it dont rain inIndianapolis in the summertime.

Huge selection. I was able to call ahead and place some DVDs on hold. The employee was even able to find me cheaper prices on my items. Fun novelty socks and other gift items too.

I love coming to Zia. They almost always have what I am looking for. I say almost only because I am a huge fan of foreign films, but I understand theyre harder to find in the States. They always have a good selection where I can find something for anyone in my family, and we are quite a diverse group.

ZIA is Zia you can hang out in there for hours. Staff are always cool and helpful.

This location of Zia would have received 5 stars . I love checking all the retro albums and they have an excellent selection and Ive found an 80s relic stereo in there thats awesome. The gentalman at the back went above and beyond to get the price right and also had a great knowledge in Turntables..That alone won me ... It was when I checked out that a member of there team was a bit, for less words RUDE.. and helped ruin the experience as a whole... I cant let one seed ruin the whole 🍎 apple... For whatever reason he was not having a good day. I understand that not everyone is always in a perfect mood .. but I am also sure that the behavior he exemplified had an effect on not just myself but several other customers as well. Other than that . My experience was good .Every chain, needs all links ... Or the bike doesnt work.........

Went there to buy used CDs thinking I could get some old school ones, the selection is okay but a lot of racks were half empty, also they were priced almost the same as new ones 8.99-11.99 and up, I over heard someone selling a box of DVD and CDS and the guy behind the counter was saying ok 50. Cents for that one and 25. For those ones quite a mark up I understand that they have overhead but I got a Metalica CD new for 5.00 at a Walmart that they had f double the price

This Zia has turned to trash recently, when trying to trade stuff in for cash they way undervalue everything, I get they need to make money but they low ball and am done giving them my business.

They sell more than just records. The items are a little overpriced, but you wont find better selection in Chandler. The store is very large and much better than the older location.

Everything is so expensive like i went there expecting to spend 2 to 3 dollars on cds each of course and saw that the cheapest one was 7.99 for some rock band i havent even heard of. Also this didnt really affect my experience but the employees dont have a uniform so i mistook like two customers for employees.

Got to love zia and all the great toys they sell. Just like these new beavis and butthead toys ! The store takes you back to your childhood.

I am a huge fan of zias I usually get my games and music or records their. But today they didnt have many video games which was kinda disappointing but overall it was a good experience.

Every Zia Ive been to is a different experience. They all carry the same genres of items, but they differ in their stock. This particular location has many cool collectibles, fun employees, and the set up of the store is organized and spacious. It is my favorite location out of the few Ive been to. If you are in this area, its the type of place you SHOULD stop at.
