There were a few things that could have been better. Communication - we werent notified when the sod was delivered. It was delivered curbside and it happens to be bulk trash pick up week in my neighborhood...with all the trash pirates we were nervous it would get stolen (which the remailder was but luckily after they installed the sod the next norning). Also, the sod was extremely dry when it was delivered...the soil was cracking. Installation - their website says not to overlap when installing, but thats exactly how they installed it in our yard. Hopefully it doesnt end up being too bumpy.

The guy that answered the phone was really helpful. Didnt try to up or over sell me. When it was time to pick up the sod was there and waiting for me. They loaded it into the truck and I was on my way. Great work.

Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Delivery driver never called when sod was delivered and received incorrect amount but Nick corrected the order promptly in the morning. Would recommend again.

Very Happy with Customer service. Landscaper laying the sod today.... Jamie, was extremely helpful with getting this ordered. Answered all my questions and gave me very helpful tips. She got it all set up for my landscaper to pick up the product and made it super easy.

1st visit was decent, 2nd was great. 3rd time I visited I received a bunch of garbage sod. Grass was already dying, falling apart and missing giant areas of dirt backing. When I reported it to the lady I got major attitude, basically called a liar and said I would have to wait 4 days for them to replace it....no thanks Ill go somewhere else

I purchased 600sq ft of Tifway sod exactly 4 years ago and have been pleased with the grass ever since. In that time, Ive referenced their website for water and fertilizer tips, and Ive even been able to email them for help. Most recently, I sent an email and Jimmy was very prompt in his replies and helpful. I had some areas in the grass that over time with the dogs urinating on it, had died and become sort of matted. I decided to cut out those areas and start over. Jimmy recommended I call the office to get some sod so I did that this morning. They said they would have 1 roll waiting for me. I pulled in, tried to pay but they insisted it was on the house. And this is why I will use them again in the future, along with continuing to refer them to friends & family as Ive done in the past. Thank you for the sale, and the ongoing service, much appreciated!

This dude I guess just treats people however he wants to. Poor old lady was waiting to park in the handicap spot but couldnt, nor could she park at the very least, next to it. Have some class dude. After seeing the look on that struggling old womans face, I will never call your business.

My experience with Evergreen Turf in Chandler, AZ was amazing. I could not have asked for better quality and could not have asked for better guidance and customer service. My lawn is outstanding ... it looks so beautiful that many have asked if it was artificial. Great compliment when friends walk into the back yard, onto the grass and the first thing they do is reach down to touch to see if it is real ❤️ give them a call, you will be very glad you did!!!

We had a great experience with Evergreen Turf. We had our backyard landscaped professionally, but installed the sod ourselves. I ordered the sod and they called the day before to confirm delivery. Evergreen delivered the sod and it arrived on time. Took a couple hours to install with no complications. Really after that, I just watered it a bunch for three days as per their recommendation, then set the sprinklers to automatically come on twice a day. No other maintenance really. Mowed it three weeks later and it looks beautiful. Super easy process. Quality of life definitely went up now with our new backyard and grass!

The finishing touch to our extensive backyard remodel was the installation of Tiffgrand grass by Evergreen turf. The yard is 5,700 sq. feet of golf course like tiff grass and it is beautiful. The professional crew was able to complete the installation in one day. We were given all the instructions we needed to water our sod to make sure it took. As it turns out, we had a few sections that did not hold and Evergreen came out within a week to completely replace every spec of grass that did not take, no questions asked and no additional charges. We followed their instructions and stayed off the lawn for three full weeks. Much of the seams are already disappearing and tomorrow is the day for its first mowing. I will post a picture of my lawn when done. I highly recommend Evergreen for a high quality product and fantastic customer service.

Bunch of stuff blew out the back of a truck had your name on it license plate TURF. Tried to follow but just got a middle finger.

We have used Evergreen Turf to purchase sod for 2 properties and each time the ordering process was very simple, the product was delivered on time, and the sod was healthy. I have shopped around and with other companies I couldnt determine the time the sod would be delivered, which is very important. The most recent order with Evergreen Turf was just this weekend and our driver Chad did me a huge favor in the placement of my pallets. It was like Christmas walking out into my yard at 5am and seeing the sod perfectly positioned and ready to go. Thanks Chad! My only constructive criticism would be the inability to order in batches of less that 100 sq ft. I really could have used an extra 10 sq feet as a buffer for scrap, but I wasnt willing to bump up my whole order by 100 sq. ft. In the end, it all worked out.... but it was really close :-)

Came here to pick up sod we were told would be here in the morning. The gentleman that we spoke with said no problem it will be here. He never sated we needed to make a reservation in addition to us telling him that we would be there first thing in the morning. I drive an hour to get here. When I walked in this morning they said that that we never made a reservation and they sold the sod that they told us that they had for us because we did not make a reservation. We were never asked to make a reservation and we were specifically told that it would be here in the morning it would be no problem. After speaking with the gentleman he now states we need to make a reservation two days in advance. Perhaps his own rules confused him. He also said since we only needed 200sqft he sold it. I understand it is a small quantity. That is why we called in advance. We made arrangements with no ambiguity telling him we would be here first thing in the morning when they opened. The implication of that statement implies a reservation made on my part. The definition of reservation is to keep back or set aside, esp for future use or contingency; withhold. I could not physically reserve the sod so that would require action on their part. Failing to understand that stating a time and quantity is in fact requesting a reservation. Telling me that said product would be here is an acknowledgment of a reservation. No customer service and they need to purchase a dictionary! I do not recommend doing business with these individuals.

These guys left wrap, pallets and scrap sawd all over. When asked to pick it up they said they had a company that did that laughed and drove off.

Company is a fraud! Nice website but product and service is the worst! Do yourself a favor and find a different sod company, you will likely have brown grass for months like I did and with no correction from this company! Worst ever, so many headaches from them...do NOT order from them!!!
