I got a call from these guys last week. I definitely wasnt expecting to buy anything, but these guys sold me! Im sure glad that i didnt read these terrible reviews first, because these are some of the best drill bits that ive ever bought. They also have a lifetime guarantee! No regrets.

This company calls me every week. I have asked nicely and now i am rude to them. Horrible sales people and bait and switch tactics. Beware this company.

Do not do business with these shysters, If theres a company looking to take advantage of people its this one. Terrible sales practices and customer service is non existent.

I purchased hammer drill bits promised to be high quality (better than Hilti. When they showed up, the bits appeared to be from Harbor Freight. Very low quality and struggled to drill a single 1/4 x 2 hole. The repeat phone calls to sell more now are ridiculous. I have asked to be removed from the call list at least 15 times, yet today... I received another call both on my work line and my personal line. This company comes across to me as a pest, similar to a rat. I do not suggest purchasing anything from Ace Industrial Supply. These tactics are not appropriate or necessary to make a sale.

They call me every week. And every week I tell them to take me off their call list. One caller even told me to chill. This business is without any morals or any resemblance of business professionalism. Honestly, I don’t even think they really sell anything.

Great customer service and friendly salesman. was Cold called on a bunch of stuff and ended up taking the guy up on some bits. Figured I’d give it a try since I didn’t have to pay till after I got to see it. Well worth the money!!! Will continue doing business with these guys.

Ace wont let me return the cheap quality supplies I purchased from them. The day the stuff arrived I started calling to get it returned. They have an extremely rude customer service lady, who likes to over talk you. It has been 19 days and 6 calls to them. They give you the excuse that it takes 3 to 4 days for them to email you the return shipping information. They never email the info. They offer to cut the price if you will keep it. They tell you calls may be recorded so I told them I was recording them. They told me that I cannot record them, they dont approve of the recording of them. The salesman just says send it back and you cannot without their paperwork according to customer service. This place is a scam. I should have read the reviews first.... stay far away from them.

Terrible customer service. I got cold called and ask to try a pump. What I received was totally different than what I was told I would be getting. I called multiple times for a return shipping label that they keep saying that will send. I keep getting phone calls and mailed invoices but no return shipping label. Every time I talk to them I go over the same thing. All I want is a return shipping label. They will not provide me with one. Company is a big scam!!!

I may have not been too happy with some of the people I worked with their & that I didn’t last long because I wasn’t good at selling tools 🛠, I honestly will say that I enjoyed working there I actually do miss it & some of the workers there 👌 I hope everyone is doing well.

If I️ could give them negative stars I️ would. The salesman is pushy!!! I️ tell him I️ don’t want his business and he tries to change the deal he was originally pushing. He doesn’t know what no is. Do not use this so called supplier!!!

Cold Call from these folks this morning. A person called Keith harassed the Office manager with six calls within two hours.I took the next call.This sales person stated he will keep calling until we make a purchase? What.... Bad news and place them on your do not call list. BB has 162 negative reports.

These people will not stop calling us. We politely asked them to take us off the call list and the gentleman on the phone called us profanities and hung up. Avoid at all costs!!!
