On November 23, 2019, we purchased a Luxe Tuscan Spa from Sunset Spas and since then we have had issues, which for whatever reason have taken months to resolve and repair leaving us without a spa while you try to figure it out.Last October, our spa was reported to the warranty company to repair the jets that were not turning. We reported it in the beginning of October. After several calls to them to arrange service, they sent a repairman out to fix it and were unable to fix it. They said they would have to pick it up and take it to the warehouse. They picked it up January 28, 2021 (2 months after reporting the inoperable condition of the jets) and returned it almost another month later on February 22, 2021. This meant that between October and February, we either did not have a spa or it was not working correctly.Once again on July 29, 2021, I called the warranty service company, AZ Spa Movers & Repair to report that a majority of our spa’s jets are not working again. I have now called them July 29th, August 6th and August 11. Jessie at AZ Spa Movers stated she had left messages with “Pete” and she assured me that Pete would get back in touch with me.Nearly 3 weeks have gone by without the courtesy of a return call.I DO NOT recommend you go to them for a spa.

Had a wonderful experience owning a Vita Spa and purchasing it from Sunrise Spas. Pete, Forrest, and Brandon have been very helpful from the start from answering all my questions related to spa ownership and maintenance before, during and after the whole process was done. Have had the spa for 10 months now without any issues at all. I highly recommend you stop by their showroom or reach out. Their staff is very personable and knowledgable with anything related to hot tub operation.

Been working with Kris. We have wet tested now for several weeks and have found the product line that is carried is the best. The jets on the mid line tubs are the strongest and the water quality is amazing! Start here if you want the best hot tub for the money.

Sunrise Spas has been fantastic with customer service too - (as new spa owners weve had a few questions regarding our new spa and theyve always helped us with any questions weve had even after our purchase).
