Greg and Ricky were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous during the install of our shower glass and door. They even fixed our door while they were there!The tile installer hadn’t provided a good way to properly anchor the door hinges, so Gilbert Glass sent Daniel and Travis out a second time after we had 2x6’s installed and worked with our handyman to ensure the door was anchored properly. They were also very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.Scheduling was easy to work with and our order arrived earlier than promised.The shower glass and door is gorgeous and the customer service was beyond our expectations! I highly recommend this company.

Over the past couple years Ive had Gilbert glass replace a few window panes in the house that had gone bad, also replaced several window balances. Gilbert glass is very reasonable on pricing. In fact, the first time they came out and sent me a proposal, I thought they forgot a couple windows. I was expecting it to be more. Everybody Ive interacted with here has been nice, professional, very helpful.Completely recommend.

They just installed two shower doors and put glass in our kitchen cabinets in our new home. Couldnt be more pleased with the service, pricing, turnaround time, and quality! The installer, who also came out a couple weeks ago to measure, was very friendly and I felt safe having him do work in our home. We recently sold our home. An inspection report noted some issues with 5 windows which we were required to replace. Gilbert Glass gave us various options (I didnt think we had any other than replace the windows) to comply with the report and recommended the most economical and efficient one. The closing was short but the parts were ordered and installed within the time frame we had, a huge relief. The people who did the work were respectful of our space, meticulous in their work and after they cleaned up, other than windows we could see out of, you would not have known they had been there. My back sliding glass door was broken and defently needed a new one I looked all around at other glass shops and they were all so expensive and they would not be able to fit me into The schedule for at least a week. I called Gilbert glass and spoke with Brandon and he was able to fit me into the schedule the next day they were even able to work with my work schedule. We just needed a double pane window replaced- a very small job. The quote was just what we expected and very fair-- the measure was able to be done without having to take time out of work which was a huge plus for us. The installer was on time and had the new window in within minutes of when he arrived. I was very satisfied with the service I received from this company- and the window looks perfect!

I want to commend Gilbert Glass for their service. I dont even have my new door in yet, because, well, I measured wrong. But, the guys who came out to replace my window, one that was shattered intentionally, they realized I measured wrong and still offered to clean the track in the door and help me get my screen sliding again. They just did it to help out. They said I could choose a different vendor once they find out the cost of my special order, but why would I? Kindness goes a long way.

Called them for a shower enclosure, after they did my first one. They told me the next install date was in 2 weeks and they would measure the following Monday. They didnt show on Monday, I called Tuesday morning and they sent a guy out who had nothing with him and was unprepared. He measured and today should have been my install date. They called to say my quote was valid???, and in order to measure they would have to come and final measure and order the glass. WHAT!!! They have not even ordered my glass on my scheduled install date and they have to measure again because the guy they sent quit and they are unsure of his measurements. What kind of business are they running. Needless to say I will find someone else!! Beware they are unprofessional at best in my situation.

The woman who answered the phone was very nasty. I refused to go here. I had a few questions and she was extremely rude to me. When I spoke to the owner he was nicer but tried to make excuses for the womans attitude at first. I took my business elsewhere because of the way she spoke me.

I am in the process of moving to Arizona. I had just purchased a town home and needed to have a shower enclosure done. I had hired a gentleman and contracted to have him begin changes. He went to Gilbert Glass as it was a local establishment. My intention was having a single sheet of glass with no door a walk in opening.....Gilbert Glass came and measured and installed the glass taking half down from me and the other half at completion.Six months later when I arrived in Arizona to see how the changes were doing and getting closer to my re location, I saw the glass and noted to my contractor that the glass was not large enough. He stated that there was a certain code needed for an opening stated by the Glass Company. I said I was sure this was not going to work but needed to return home. Finally coming back to Az and showering in the shower, my first instincts were correct and I called the Glass Company.They told me the computers were down and thy would call me back. I waited 4 days and re called and was told by the gentleman I spoke to, You waited long enough to call us....now you are complaining it is only a few days???This is the nasty tone on how I have been treated...They will neither respond to me or fix the issue.They are not willing to respond

With every master bath remodels comes the time to replace the shower doors. What I assumed would be a straight forward replacement proved to be anything but simple. The first estimate recieved from another company indicated he didn’t have the necessary skills to complete the job. He didn’t know how to work around an angle problem without tearing out part of the newly placed tiles. I got a second opinion from Gilbert Glass. When I explained to Gilbert’s Seth and Ryan what I was trying to accomplish and the “angle problem “ they thought outside the box and came up with a solution that allowed me to achieve the esthetic look my wife and I wanted. When installation time came around they spent the necessary time to get things right. And again it wasn’t an easy/standard installation, but with their attention to detail the shower door and walls now look great. Thank you very much Gilbert Glass and Seth and Ryan.

We went in for a glass peice for a snake terrarium. We got home, and it was a mm too big. Went back in and they cut us a new peice, same day, free of charge in about 10 minutes. Great place!

Had a 10AM appointment and it’s now 12:30 and they’re a NO SHOW.So I called to get an update and was told they’re previous job is not going as planned.I guess they weren’t too concerned letting me know about that. So I’m supposed to wait until they’re ready.To me that’s very unprofessional.
