All stores are closing, guess there is no offspring to pass it on to but everything left is discounted. Too bad I missed all the Xbox one x’s.

Its a nice store, we always find what we wantThe area is nice too. Parking is pretty good. Most employees have been very nice, expect one was really rude. Overall worth checking out this location.

As a previous employee I only buy my toys at TRU. People are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Pricing is wonderful with price match!

Love Toys-R-Us and so sad that a piece of my childhood is going out of business. Always loved coming here as a kid and as an adult. Will miss the physical toy stores thanks to all the technology ruining the good old feelings of actually getting the toy and opening it same day instead of having to wait for it to be shipped to the house.

This is my third edit, I bumped this up another star because I truly enjoy talking to the managers and their general staff. They are friendly and the ones that specialize in their respective departments are very informative and go out of their way to grab products from the back or top shelf storage. Clean and friendly store!

I had previously given a 1 star to these store after having some trouble with associates on the phone when trying to exchange a product. I called them again and the supervisor answered the phone. He was very nice and polite and promptly solved my problem. Went back to the store and got the exchange and all was good. Now my daughter is enjoying her new toy thanks to the employees of these store.

Very cool grabbed a bunch of Xmas gifts baby toys some candy . Presents are great to get from here for little ones and even big kids. Giant chocolate and candy for the older people too. Will be back.

I am so sad that Toysrus is closing! They always have everything I am looking for and they have amazing exclusives for Lego! So sad they wont be able to provide their amazing service anymore! They are liquidating their stores already so you can go in to get a discount before they close soon!

The people that work here are awesome. Always willing to help and they go above and beyond. They really are Rock Stars, knowledgeable and looks like they all really enjoy being there.

I have the worst experience here. The toy was under the $14.99 tag but we paid $59.99. So we moved to a customer service counter from a register right after our purchase. I explained what happened and what hanging price tag said, but they said we cannot refund because of the liquidation sales rules. Also they said it’s hanging under the wrong tag. However more than 5 of the same toy were under that tag. I explained that, too, but they said “prices are changing everyday, we don’t know where the right tags are. Customers are moving toys. So it’s not our fault”. It means they don’t do their job at all. Also what kind of costumer moves whole toys under the wrong tag? For what?They also said “it often happens. A lot of customer say the same thing but we cannot refund it”. Don’t they mislead the customers on purpose? It was so wrong. My last toysrus memory is the worst and it won’t change forever.

I wish there was an option for NO stars... I was charged $12.99 for something that was labeled $3.99. After mentioning it to an employee that was on the floor named Jamie, she was so rude about it. I just wanted to let them know that the sign was wrong & to get a refund. She had the worst attitude ever. My boyfriend noticed how she was talking to me & they got into an argument in front of other associates & even customers!! I work in retail & this is not how a customer should feel, angry humiliated/embarrassed & completely unsatisfied. I spoke with the manager & they didnt even apologized. I just wanted to get out of there!!! Never going back! Such a shame Jamie had to ruin our trips back to this Toys R Us just because of her poor customer service.

Toys and more you guessed it, toys. They were limiting the new Lego Disney Mini Figures which was great, dont want to run out too fast. They almost have a larger Lego section than the Lego Stores themselves.

My family and I had an unfortunate experience. We went to store 5682 in Chandler, Arizona on 07/30/13. We were followed and harassed by several staff members. We are Black Americans and shouldnt have to deal with this behavior there were others in the store but others were not followed. I am a Registered Nurse and I or my family have no reason to shoplift. I probably make more money than all your staff. I hoped that you notify them an educate them on racial profiling, this type of behavior shouldnt tolerated. Therefore I will not shop there again and will pass the word on this unfortunate event. I asked to see a manager and nothing was done.

Depressing to see them close down. No great deals when I went.*UPDATE*They are closed and we stopped back in right before they did. We got some great deals this time. Such a bummer to see them close up shop.

Pretty badly in need of a facelift. The facilities are gross and aging. We found a handful of boxed product that was too damaged to purchase. Prices were consistently higher than Amazon. At least they offered price matching.

Toys R Us -This is an interesting toy store - was fun to shop here, but always feel like items were moderately overpriced.At the same time come a we are disappointed to see them closing...

We went because of the announcement that Toys RUs is going out of business. There were a few items marked as clearance but they still were not a great deal. The shelves were all full and lots of people but no one had shopping carts full of items. I guess everyone is waiting for the big liquidation sale to start. Their regular prices were about twice what a person would pay on Amazon. There were a lot of staff walking around with price scanners but I never witnessed a salesperson asking a customer if they were finding everything, as happens in other stores. Just a lot of indifference on their part.

I love toys r us. Its always so wonderful coming here.

I am going to miss Toys R Us. I could always wander the isles for hours looking at all the newest toys, and picking the perfect gifts.

Great location for all your toy needs. the store is well laid out and has everything under the sun. The scanned and compare some to amazon and found the prices to be very similar - shipping.

We have shopped here numerous times and I have never been disappointed. Ive called them many times and never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes. They have been super friendly and helpful every time.

Went in the store. Didnt buy anything. Very spacious. Not a lot of inventory.

I was happy with all. Clean, tons to select from, awesome Lego section, customer service was awesome.

I love it here they always have everything I need her and right now I called and a mean lady was giving me her attitude all because I asked if they have the new power Rangers

I wish they had a more structured layout. Like breaking it down by toy type of theme. They sort of have it, but it is not very intuitive.

I will miss you. I was a shopper. Not just because you went out of business. Im a Toys R US person.

Like all Toys R Us this store has a great selection of toys and good, chain pricing. However, the bike section was poorly maintained, the staff could barely tell us which bikes were in stock, on sale and the bikes were in poor shape. Same for other sections, many items were out of stock or not in place.

Horrible customer service. They were snooty, they unwillingly assisted me, they spoke down to me. I litterally put the items I was looking at down and walked out. Id rather spend my money else where. I will never return to this location.

Worst store ever manager Brigitte went to return a gift received for Christmas and they did not have one at store but had one one line.Manger Brigitte told me she would give me credit for 14.99 but game one was 24.99 and she would place order for me but I would have to pay the difference so I question her was rude a very disrespectful. Called Scottsdale store spoke to a manager there . Had to drive to Scottsdale but they order my item off line and returned my item with no additional cost to me called Chandler back and asked manager Brigitte why did I have to dive all the way to Scottsdale for replacement at no cost??? She hung up on me save your time go to Scottsdale store dont shop Chandler toys r us.

Do not buy any TABLET from Toysrus. We bought a tablet for our son for Christmas12-25-2015. Today is 1-21-2016 It is an InnoTab Max by Vtech. Vtech web sight for your kid is not working. That means that you can not set up a profile for your kid to have the tables set up for there age. The manager at this store told us that they do not except returns on tables after 15 days. What a joke. Every where else you get 30-90 days some places even give you 1 year. But 15 days is all you get from Toysrus. Do not buy from a company that will not stand behind what they sell. We will never buy from Toysrus again. Get you stuff from a company that cares about what they sell you. Unlike Toysrus that will not stand behind the products they sell..

Im giving this location 2 stars based on inventory. Staff is friendly and the Store is clean, but the inventory is terrible. Im a Marvel Toy collector and they always disappoint. Im always forced to go to EBay or Amazon for my collectibles. I recently went to a Toys R Us in Vegas and couldnt believe their stock, they had EVERYTHING!

The registers are always super slow. Takes an average of 4 minutes per person to check out. Its not the people, its the technical aspects. The software keeps freezing on the card pad.

Almost empty. As of Friday they had mostly bigger items, no carseats.

Called the store and looked online and both said the store closes at 10 p.m. Drove an hour to go to the stupid store and they were closed when I got here at 9:40. Even the door says theyre open until 10 p.m. Thanks for wasting my entire evening!

Friendly employees, large store and lots to chose from, but some of the toys and boxes will be damaged. Thats the only bad part.

Every time I call and ask about stock on a particular item they rudely say we dont have it so when I call the Scottsdale store (which is great) they have to tell me about chandlers stock and that they do actually have the item in question in stock. Pretty pathetic if you ask me, it doesnt take too long to check.

They are going out of business but even with their prices cut they come out to be more expensive than other places.

An older store, higher prices than other places, hard to get service. Its usually not worth the drive for us unless we have a gift card.
