In store service is good. Ive ordered 2 things online that were canceled as out of stock but one of them is still up. Thats a little frustrating.
Jared doesnt just have the finest jewelry, they also have the greatest care. They took better care of my 23 yr old pinky ring that didnt come from them than the extreme care to the levian ring that came from them. I am still overwhelmed with gratitude!

Well where to begin. We used an electronic gift card for an online order and then when we returned it we couldnt get a gift card back. We have to wait up to 7-10 days to get the $100 which will in turn make her miss the sale that they are having online. Its not that hard to get a gift card or call and set up another electronic gift card right there. Instead corporate America screws the consumer, they can take your money right away but they take their sweet time to return it. I understand the pandemic is a factor but that should make them want to make things easier for the customers but I guess not.

The already inconvenient requirement for jewelry inspections to maintain warranty status has been made even WORSE in 2020 due to Jareds new by appointment only policy. When I arrived for my appointment to pick up three pieces left for rhodium coating, I found that they had overbooked my time slot. It took almost twenty minutes just to execute a simple heres your jewelry back transaction, and I had the sense that they were doing me a favor just letting me in the door to get my own property back. They do claim to have a vague warranty extension policy in place due to COVID, but as far as I can tell its only in writing on a piece of 8x11 paper taped to their front door.

My husband came to this Jared as he wanted to purchase my ring from a “reputable” company. He purchased a Leo diamond. I do not suggest purchasing anything from them. If you do not get your ring inspected every 6 months (we tried, but we did not get here every 6 months in the last few years), they will then void your warranty. Super disappointed! My Leo Diamond now has a “chip” in it and now they are telling me it is out of warranty.Go somewhere else! Super disappointed!
Came in to buy my daughter some simple earings, somthing that would not break our bank. As we walk through the door, the employee goes here for some diamons!? .. already sounding pushy. We asked about our previously opened card with them, the employee started checking them system. I think her I just 2anted to know if it was opened. Told us it was closed but just needed to be (I cant remember the word she used) after her asking us a few income questions and then followed by asking for our social, I quickly questioned, Are you running our credit again? She used that one word again, and I asked again, Are you running out credit? Well yes of course she was, I stopped her and told her No, Bf didnt want to open a Credit card again.... Well we can run your credit! Lol Super Pushy! (Again) I processed to a No, but you can show us some simple earnings for the baby please, Let me tell you, her mood and face switched so quick! She did try to still keep Customer Service and friendly tone however she was no longer intrested in helping us and Proceeded to tell us to look online.Well screw that Ill take my buisness to a different company.Buisness is Buisness& a purchase is a purchaseNo matter how big or smallTHE SMALL CAN ADD UP!

BUYER BEWARE If I could give this a zero star I would, absolutely incompetent people who work here over priced items and they are terrible at sizing I was conned and they sold me a FAKE diamond that came in the ring that they sized and then slipped through the door so convenient without letting me inside!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

My husband and I have been loyal Jareds customers for the last 13 years. My husband purchased my wedding rings at the Jareds located in Scottsdale, and we were both very upset to hear that that location was closed recently. So, when I noticed that my diamond was loose, I took it to the Chandler location. When I first walked in, I was given a snotty and irritated look by a brunette associate who was busy chatting with another co-worker about food. I stood and waited for help for awhile before she finally came over. She was extremely unfriendly as was the blonde associate that came over to assist (I didnt get either of their names). They both treated me and my mother, who happened to be with me, like we were not worth their time. Fast forward two months later and my diamond, that was supposedly fixed, is loose again. I was so upset over how they treated me that I refused to go back. So my husband will be taking my ring in for me this time. Hopefully he will have a better experience and they wont treat him like dirt, and my ring will come back actually fixed. We have spent a lot of money with Jareds over the years and have never had a problem until going to this location. I hope these ladies find a different job that does not include working with the public.
All this location cares about is making more money off you. Brought my jewelry in to be inspected after only having it 6 months, and all they wanted to talk about was me upgrading my jewelry. They even tried to charge me $50 for 2 earring backs so they wouldn’t fall out when they are supposed to be free. I will never go back here, I take my stuff to a location in another state and have an amazing experience there. Don’t waste your time here.
It took about 10 minutes to get some one to help me, but once they did they were extremely help full and didnt try to push me into buying something I didnt want. I understand they were busy because it was the day before Christmas.
I found a cute pinky ring, and they were able to size it in the same day. Cant wait to go back to buy more jewelry.

My fiancé and I went to Jared for my engagement ring. From the moment we entered the store, we had nothing less than 5 star service. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were very fair. I couldnt be happier with my ring. We also found the perfect wedding band for my fiancé. We have been back a few times to shop and either purchase or add to my wish list and every time have had the same great customer service. I highly recommend this jeweler! Ill never go anywhere else.

TL;DR: Had a ring resized here, and it started cracking after a mere two months. In addition, the customer service was god awful (except for the nice blonde lady - sorry I dont have her name)!!Let me preface this by saying I have never bought any nice jewelry. Not once. Well, I ordered a ring online (from Jared), but it didnt fit my fiance, so I went to this location to have it resized.1st visit - I was greeted in a timely manner by a gentleman with pepper hair. He seemed polite and professional. I explained my issue, and he advised that I bring my fiance back with me to make sure we get the right size. Seems appropriate. Again, Ive never done this before, so I didnt think to bring my fiance with me. That was all fine except for the fact that he kept pressuring me to purchase additional insurance/warranty/etc. I told him no once, but he persisted. I was annoyed, but understood that sometimes you have to do that as a salesperson. I just dont appreciate feeling like they see me as prey because I am a young woman who is alone. When I say no, I mean it. But I digress.2nd visit - Brought my fiance with me this time, and we were greeted by a nice blonde lady. I explained the situation, and the first thing she does is check the size of the ring (DUH! why didnt pepper guy do this?!). Turns out that I actually ordered the right size, but the ring that was sent was incorrect. (Yay for actually knowing my fiances size!). We measured my fiances finger to ensure we were getting it right. The lady explained everything nicely and assured us this would not weaken the ring. Overall, I was very satisfied with this visit.3rd visit - greeted immediately by same blonde lady. picked up ring. all was well.TWO MONTHS LATER, my fiance noticed the ring was cracking4th visit - wasnt greeted at the door, but they were busy, so I walked over to the repair center. The nice, previously-mentioned blonde lady was behind the desk. I was able to drop off the ring for repair with no problems. The repair was free of charge as the damage occurred within 6 months.5th visit (today) - I go to pick up the ring. I was not greeted at the door, so I walked over to the repair center, just as I did for the last visit. There was an employee in the room to the left of the repair center (Im guessing he was just grabbing a quick drink of water). We meet eyes, I smile, he smiles back, and continues walking. A few minutes later, I decide to look around for an available employee. Lo and behold, water guy is chatting it up with the pepper-headed male I saw on my first visit. I wait. And wait. And wait. Trust me, Im making it VERY obvious that I am looking for assistance. A little passive-aggressive on my part, but Im the customer, so they should do better. I finally decided to walk over to the two gentlemen, who were having casual conversation.Me (somewhat angrily, but still smiling): Hi, can either of you help me? Im just here to pick up a ring.Water guy: oh! yes of coursePepper guy: were you standing over there?Me: yesPepper guy: well we usually cant see you over there. Next time you come in, just wait at the front. That is usually where people gather.Me: Ok, well last time I came in, someone was sitting behind the desk at the repair center, so I thought you might have specific people for that.*Water guy is silently trying to find my ring*Pepper guy: Well when youre standing over there, we assume that youve already been helped.Me: *laughs bc this is what I do when Im utterly shocked and dont know what to say* Its fine. Dont worry about it.Pepper guy: so sorry about that. have a good day.Me: *gathers ring and exits*YALL. Never in my life have a had an employee tell me they assumed I already had help. I would much rather be annoyed by too many people asking me if I need help than to be completely ignored. This is absolutely unacceptable.
The experience I had here was unbelievable, me and my now Fiance came to this location to find an engagement ring, it took us a long time to find the perfect ring (I refused to look elsewhere, I wanted to find the ring at Jared) the ring we found was way over our budget therefore we agreed to open a Jared Card, everything we were told about the card was a complete LIE, the payment plan was NOT set up like we were told. Unfortunately we didnt find out until our first payment was due and it was extremely upsetting!!! My fiance and I had already re located to Tucson, We called the manager at this store and he was very polite and helpful, he partnered with the manager at our local Jared Store in Tucson, they were not able to do much but Their effort was very appreciated and the manager did jump hoops to atleast meet us half way. I was happy in the end, but still SO angry about the whole situation!
Wouldnt suggest this location at all. Was told false information by not only one, but two senior employees. Manager called and stated he he wouldnt do what his employees said and lose his career for someone he even DID know. Absolutely uncalled for as we understand policies, and no one asked him to lose his career. The extra comments in between killed this store and their customer service for us. Will take our business elsewhere.

I went here to size my fiancé’s ring I bought somewhere else. With the particular style I got with diamonds along the band they would only go up or down a size. Standard size is 7 so 6 or 8 but she is a 4. Hopefully I can save somebody else’s time by reading this. After they told me if I could return my ring I could buy one through them... how convenient for them....

Customer Service is pushy desperation sales. My sales rep lied about their no interest financing which caused a headache and huge fees. Nobody willing to assist in this regard. Will never buy from here again.
I have been going to Chris Cruz at Jareds for over 5 years and he has never steered me wrong. His low pressure consultive sales approach is not only refreshing, its lacking in todays market. I always feel like I got a value and always feel that my questions were answered

I wouldnt suggest this place. Only staff member that knows what they are doing was Austin. I had to return 3 separate times to purchase my first ring just to find out Jared never updated their inventory after an hour on the phone with corporate. My payments were much higher than what they told me they would be and I did not get any paperwork for them. My ring came in 1-2 days later than they said it would each time. When I returned to this location to pick up my resized ring and make my first payment there were 2 employees per person in the store and they wouldnt even acknowledge me, sat there for half an hour before I finally had to leave. Still havent been able to pick up my ring or make a payment.
When I went in for them to fix my diamond engagement ring tips (tighten and retip) I was told my ring had flaws lasered out of it in three places and they wouldnt touch my ring. Funny how three other jewelers have tightened, retipped, and resized my ring. I wouldnt be so mad if your rep didnt make me feel like garbage for walking through their doors. Ill never be back. I hear Shane Company is nice....

This is the second time I have come to this location and have been completely ignored by staff. In fact this time another customer came in after me and was helped before me. Its very frustrating.
My husband brought me in here for the first time last Nov for a birthday present. I got a very nice sapphire heart necklace and matching charm bracelet. At the time a very nice Neil Lane diamond ring caught my eye, but was out of my husbands price range that night. I kept thinking about that ring for months, it was just gorgeous. I went back in March to see if they still happened to have it. I worked with an associate named Tirzah who helped me find and purchase my ring. They only had one very small size in stock, so she sent out a custom order for one to made for me so they didnt damage the integrity of the setting, since it had diamonds set down the sides. It was originally going to take up to 6 weeks to come in, but Tirzah got it rushed for me so I could wear it to my sisters wedding. Since then my husband and I have purchased several additional pieces from Jared. Tirzah has always been there to help us. She really goes above and beyond to make sure were happy with our purchase and find something I really love. She does not rush you, or try to convince you to get something outside your budget, like a lot of sales people. She will treat you like her best friend more than a customer. The when experience makes it better than going anywhere else.
I have been purchasing jewelery and coming here for my repairs for over 15 years. I believe the sales people are professional and genuine. In particuliar the repairs and service department is outstanding. They have a good selection and competitive pricing. However, it is hard to do business here because of their antiquated DOS based accounting system. My observation is that Saul is the only one that knows how to input and extract information from this system. If you are paying over time or on different dates you will have to save all of your receipts and meticulously ensure that you were charged the right amount and that tax was calculated correctly. Their system does track this, and they have to use hand written notes. This is very frustrating and just as tiresome for the employees that work there. They are unable to print an invoice showing payments and automatically calculate taxes. I recommend that you shop elsewhere. I am not confidient that they will be able to maintain a record of my purchases if I should ever need repair or warranty services.

What a wonderful experience for both my husband and myself. He went in to look at watches and I was along for the ride...They took their time with us, and for TAG HAUER watches that would be expected. Explained everything in detail, the warranties and service that would be part and parcel of buying the watch (he did not go for the extended plan, however).Afterwards, my husband told me he would like to buy me a nice wedding ring, as I had chosen an anniversary band, on my own. Very active and not flashy, I never thought Id get an upgrade, and yes, my husband does buy me nice shiny gifts (earrings, necklaces, bracelet).We looked at a very nice and classic setting, a little less than a carat stone, and a fit that compliments my white gold wedding band, that Ive been very proud of these last few years~ the woman who helped me was very nice and attentive...sincerity in retail when spending some $$ is very nice and definately flavors ones opinion of a store and its staff.Saul, the stores GM, was very pleasant and informative - and we had met more than half the store staff by the end of our visit.Corny commercials aside, for J-A-R-E-D, this Chandler store should receive more business for both their pricing, accomodations, and sencerity, alone.We definately will return~ I had been there for ashes to be put into a necklace and watch band repair, and not a regular customer then, I was still treated with the utmost respect.And, we walked in VERY casual...with husband in shorts, and me in a sundress.
Worst experience ever. My girlfriend bought me a pair of mongramed cuff links for christmas. 2 days after, I accidently knocked one of them off of my bathroom counter. It fell all of 3 feet to the ground and broke in half. We contact the store and were told that our problem had to be handled by their Online dept. We contacted them and they told us that there was nothing they could do for us. The literally refused to help. We did not puchase a 10k diamond ring, we bought a $70 pair of cufflinks. You would think a multi million dollar company could afford to replace them for us. NOPE. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!!!!!

Beware that their return policies are very 1990. Pay with a debit card and get a check back in 5-7 days???? Also, they cannot check stock in other locations for size. Cannot tell what sizes are in stock at the warehouse. To much hand written receipts.
