Went here with a friend today because they needed to pick something up. I didnt buy anything but wow, the meats and seafood looked extremely good quality and fresh. I think there was a dining area with some sort of a restaurant, the store was quite clean. Things seemed pricey but you get what you pay for.

Awesome store its huge with plenty of fresh food especially the ready to eat items. Japanese sushi and teriyaki chicken or salmon available too.friendly staff too.

Evan in the Fresh Seafood and Fish Department is a GEM!!! He’s very kind, professional, quite personable and thoughtful! It’s very rare that one encounters a salesperson exhibiting such sincerity and appreciation for his customers!Evan was extremely patient with my uncertainty on choice of seafood for dinner. He suggested several different types of fish, and included extensive knowledge on all. Evan cleaned out a whole fish of Wild Caught New Zealand Sea Bream for me to grill for dinner, as he suggested it as being quite delicious! And it was indeed! He also kindly offered a sample of seasoning that was wonderful on the fish. I’ll purchase some next time. I did purchase shrimp, as well. Our shrimp skewers we made were delicious!!Evan made me feel like I was more than just another dollar. As I stood there, another customer walked up (a man) and he and Evan spoke, along with the customer speaking highly of Evan and his knowledge of seafood/fish. Evan made me feel like shopping at his counter mattered to him, and that he was building customer relationships - which is rare these days; but smart! This made me want to be a very loyal customer at this location, at the seafood /fish counter and completely trust Evans suggestions!Evan is definitely an asset to Whole Foods, and I hope that his employee status (management material) and pay reflect that!

The Watering Hole Restaurant Whole foods Chandler AZ has a fantastic Grass fed Burger. Kathy the server was friendly and attentive. Ill be going back.

Clean strip mall and clean store. Right off of Ray and the 101, has electric car charging 3 I think with free wifi. Great place to shop very busy with Amazon inside store.

Very clean and well organized shop! Friendly employees / supportive. We have plenty of variety to manufacture and just about everything else you may need; and everything is still packed up. It is a little more expensive than the (to be expected) ordinary grocery store, but worth it for the quality of the items, particularly if you are trying to buy organic. Ill certainly be back here for shopping!

Went in for 3 things, left with 12. Got some great pasta salads for the holiday weekend. Slight wait in line to check out but met with a friendly cashier and bagger. 🤓😎

If you want to find all of possible organic options within your area, this place is the place to go for it. With a wide array of selections between food and bakery and delicacies, this place has it all. There is also local fresh ice cream that is sold and the Watering Hole restaurant and bar. There is also a pizza shop that fires up fresh pizza. They offer a food ready to eat station that you can just get and weigh and make a delicious meal out of. The bakery staff is extremely helpful and great at writings on a cake bought from there.

Smile! Thats what my time spent in Whole Foods brought out of me. Ive always enjoyed shopping at Whole Foods but this location and its employees are truly customer focused. Ive not been to a location this well stocked (even though I was too late for some soup), clean and well staffed. I can shop elsewhere and will probably spend less but going here is worth driving out of the way (20 minutes vs a couple of minutes to the closest store) and worth every penny.

Let me start by saying that we like this place. We come here for our groceries more than twice a week. Today, we bought the 365 organic lime juice to use for the home made salsa that we are making. I mean, big bowl of salsa. After chopping up everything manually, the last thing I added is the lime juice. Unfortunately, after I added the lime, I noticed that the mouth of the bottle is cracked and small particles of the glass is actually missing. I called customer service and told the supervisor what happened. He said to bring it in and they will refund me the money, like it is not a big deal!!! Seriously? What about the organic ingredients that is now wasted because of the lime juice with broken bottle not to mention the at 30 minutes of chopping? I am so disappointed right now!!! At this point, they dont even deserve a 1 star.

This Whole Foods has it all. Deli, pizza, vegan burgers, burrito grill, sandwich shop and a bar! Oh yeah, they also have the best selection of natural and organic foods Ive found in the valley! Employees are always cheerful and helpful.True selection of micro brews and kombucha. The salad bar includes a hot bar with great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Everything Ive had to eat here is delicious.The bulk section has everything you can imagine including honey in bulk! I had never seen anything like it but a wide array of honey to choose from.

Just making everyone aware whose not aware. Senior hour is Wednesday 7am-8am not Friday which is reported on Google despite the fact that it says hours were updated 21 hours ago. I drove all the way to this location and now I have to wait an hour in an empty whole foods parking lot watching everyone thats not a senior get turned away which is more non Seniors showing up than seniors, its been a half hour and Ive only seen a total of 6 people go into the store

Big store. Lots of choices. Many options to try different ethnic foods and recipes. Larger fish choices than ALL other Arizona supermarkets, hands down. Always enjoy shopping there.

I really hate going to whole foods now. It feels like it is an amazon packaging warehouse. As soon as you walk through the doors you are greeted with lockers and packing stations for orders People running everywhere to package up brown paper bags, blocking isles so when you have to go around to get where you want to go apparently you go through yet another packaging station and are told you cant be there. The isles can be very very crowded in certain areas due to this. Ever since amazon bought them it has really gone down hill, especially in the friendliness of the employees.

This has been one of my favorite places to shop for years. Always clean, well stocked, and selection of all my favorite keto health foods.

This is by far my favorite Whole Foods in the Phoenix area. It’s nicely laid out and has all my vegan needs easily accessible. We only feed our baby organic produce and try to eat only organic ourselves, so I like the extensive organic selection here. They always have a nice selection of organic berries and other fruits and veggies and are clearly marked.My only complaint about Whole Foods in general is the packaging. I hate excessive packaging and try to avoid it whenever I can. We even bought reusable produce bags with a listed weight on the bag and they refuse to mark off the weight because they say they can’t verify it’s correct. I’m not trying to get one over on Bezos, but it doesn’t make logical sense to me regardless. I’m not contributing to the cost of bags AND I’m trying to reduce waste overall by using my own bags. This is a store policy, though, and not the staff’s fault.We have a plug-in hybrid and we fully appreciate the free charging at this location as well!

I experienced the absolute worst service from a cashier today, with a name tag stating “Kelley.” Quite honestly, I’m too upset to go into extreme detail; yet, I will say that she is drastically rude, not customer friendly, abrupt with her gestures and communication, and lacks the personality to be on the front line of any business. She also shared her negative aggression by tossing my food as she rang it up. Kelley should not be the face (a cashier) of Whole Foods. She has prompted me to think twice about shopping at this nearby location!

On Nov. 20, 2020 we went to Whole Foods in the early morning with a rather long list and experienced nothing but courteous, helpful input from all the employees we came across that day. We started in produce where a patient young man helped us bag our various veggies, to several other employees in the store who dropped whatever they were doing to help. The checkout ladies were equally as courteous and helpful. We are grateful to all of you for your help, and for the store manager who has obviously set the tone for how efficiently everything operates.

We really like this location. Many great features available. Plus using Prime is bonus.

The store is your normal Whole Foods. However with all the pick up orders they are preparing, itz kind of difficult to really shop. There is always someone coming down the aisle with their cart on your heels. They arent pushing you out of the way, but you also cant freely browse. I guess it has a benefit too. Im not buying as much anymore

Horrible service and staff! I just saw a video where the staff completely discriminated against a customer! Ill never spend another dollar at Whole Foods if I can help it. Whats next at Whole foods... policy forcing people to use separate restrooms based on skin color under the claim of being a private business? Whole foods grossly violates Public Accommodation laws and it is now documented on video. Shop somewhere else!!!

Bakery items are pretty good here. Thats why i go. Cales, pizzas and bread.

This is the spot to get some nice cuts of meat!! And they have a crazy selection of bottled water!!!

Wonderful Whole Foods! All the employees are super nice. Only complaint is that the bakery won’t let you order a cake ahead of time now, you have to call in the day before and ask which cakes are available for the next day.

Its a Whole Foods... Its great. My only complaint is that I couldnt find what I wanted in the wine section.

The store is nice unfortunately our shopping experience was ruined by the extremely rude girl who worked in the bakery she was unpleasant unprofessional Rude mean and mad if you dare to asked her any questions or for help with bread and desserts absolutely uncalled for and we will never return!

Its been redesigned and its very spacious. Other chains in the nearby area seem to be lacking staff where this place seemed to have plenty on hand(was memorial day weekend)Would definitely recommend

Whole foods is a great place. Ive gone to shop here repeatedly. I do my best to get organic and fresh foods. Theres a variety of selections and the fact it connects with Amazon prime is great. I did really love it before that. Since the merger theres been items added that some no longer there. Overall I still love the place and shop there frequently.

I normally shop here for produce and flowers. I also buy your Egg Bites. When I was in the store yesterday I realized they had been moved to a new location in the back. When I opened a package this AM to take for my lunch I saw that it was moldy! Not happy. Will be returning them.

I love Whole Foods, but I find theyre overpriced on many things. I will say they have a great selection of organic produce and other products like soaps. Ive sunk thousands of dollars into this store, because I am so indulgent of their produce and merchandise. The staff is fairly friendly too, at least at the Chandler location. XD

Bought prosciutto st the deli. Had quite a bit of unchewable and inedible outer skin and gristle on it. At the price charged, this should have been shaved off.

The big guy at the fish counter (Anthony maybe) BUTCHERED my Chilean sea bass that is $30/lb. I shouldnt have bought it..... then when I told him thats not how I wanted it, he was very snarky about it, pretty rude! If you dont know how to cut fish you shouldnt be playing with such expensive ingredients.

Large, clean Whole Foods. This store is an Amazon Flex store and is busy busy with customers and delivery drivers. Location also has The Watering Hole which is a pub in the store. Overall, pretty cool store

When did this place go from something special to a distribution center for Amazon? When you go in you can tell it used to be a nice market, but I was disappointed with the variety, most shoppers were working for Amazon, and I had to show I was an Amazon prime member to get the discount.. but their prices are more than many of their competitors. I will not be going again.

Bought an awful cake there for my mothers birthday. Ive been going to Whole Foods for vegan cakes for years but this cake was ridiculously dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for couple/few days. Wont be buying from their bakery again. Cakes should be made fresh, AND taste fresh. Poor quality control in my opinion.Update:I decided to come back here a year later and was in their ice cream section. All the ice cream was covered in ice from where it had obviously gotten to warm, melted, and froze over. This place is unsanitary and has no problem selling food that has gone bad to their customers. Dont shop at this location if you dont want to get sick!

Incredibly disappointed with my Christmas pre-order that was picked up today. I placed my order on 12/20, received confirmation and instructions to pick it up 12/23. This store “did not have my order in the system” despite multiple emails from them, and they still somehow managed to not prepare my order correctly, all while being incredibly impolite about the whole situation. I’ve never been particularly impressed by this Whole Foods before but this really sealed the deal — won’t be returning for any reason.

Leo from seafood contributed to my fantastic salad by preparing the tuna like only he can. Leo was so helpful and made sure we had the freshest fish. Leo makes every visit to the seafood department a pleasurable and informative one. The customer service he provides is the very reason this whilefoods location is one I will continue to frequent.

Best place to get Prosciutto

One of the employees here is very rude when asking for help. Juice bar gets my order wrong and literally tries to push another juice order on me. Had to correct her about my order she seem to have left out. Seems to be alot of correction going here and how they treat people. Managers are very nice and helpful along with a few of the employees though.
