Traveled from NM and came to Press Coffee on the search for the best chai latte. ☕️ My fiancé and I were absolutely impressed by how freaking perfect it was! The iced chai was so creamy, and it had the perfect amount of spiciness! 👍🏼 Hands down the best chai latte I have ever had, we will be going here every time we are back!

This is an excellent coffee shop where you can enjoy a craft coffee and share a great conversation. Sit outside listening to the fountain, or inside with the background whir of the grinder. Craft coffee. Nicely done. Friendly people. Beautiful environment. A must!

Be warned this location sucks. Takes 10 minutes to get a coffee when no one is even in the shop. Online orders they don’t even look at them and the food is way sub par. If I could get a refund for what I ordered and not actually getting what I ordered. That would be great…

Chocolate peanut butter shaker (cold brew, agave, and almond milk) is delicious and unique to this coffee shop! They also make delicious breakfast burritos and it isnt crowded.

New management is extremely poor in their communication and service to customers. This location - Chandler- is not what it used to be. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Quality of service is below standard. I’m extremely disappointed with the new management and staff. Really disappointing to see such an awesome place fall so far. Would NOT recommend. They constantly cancel orders, or make you sit out to wait for your food/order only then to find out 40 minutes later they are out of stock.

Best Tai Chi Latte in the state! Very clean business. The staff is very nice and the service is fast. Great selection of snacks to choose from as well as you caffeine needs. Great place to take a seat and work or talk. There is no drive through. You need to try this place one time!

The caprese avocado toast was excellent. Ive had other variations of it at other places, but it was so fresh, well made, and light enough to enjoy as a brunch/breakfast option. The full order is quite big, but for the price, it is very hard to beat. I love visiting here when I can. Their food and coffee are worth the trip.

After my last experience at another over crowded store and attitude to “concretely” prove it from someone who responded to my review. I was surprised to be next to another Press coffee on my travels. I went in at a quieter 6:45am. The store was super clean and nicely done. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. When I asked if their decaf espresso was organic they picked up the phone and called the owner. Really liked their coffee, espresso and the great service.

Nice little local coffee shop in Chandler. A decent place to come and get some work done. My breakfast was tasty. The service was also a good perk. The staff this morning was really kind and friendly.

Amazing coffee gem! Its unique and chill and great place the relax. There isnt much seating inside but its ample enough to get the job done. Oh and the chai was excellent!!

All the food was good. The dining room was very dirty. At least half of the tables were not cleaned off and the floor needed to be swept. The staff had time to clean, it was not that busy. It was enough for me to not want to come back. A shame because it is close to my house.

Above and beyond customer service. Not only is the coffee and food great. Get a Double chocolate muffin by the way. But these guys have phenomenal service they offer. Coffee is roasted locally which is a cool plus. Stop in the visit and see what i mean. Helpful in navigating menu as well.

Wasnt impressed. This place has very overpriced coffee and not very comfortable seating. I also didnt think their more expensive cold brew was very good. Tasted bitter. Location is nice though.

Came in 25 min before closing and the baristas were very friendly & helpful with drink suggestions, and answering our questions. They were so patient while we decided what drink we wanted even though it was reaching closing time and even let us sample the drinks on tap. Didnt feel rushed and made it a great experience for a last min stop. Great coffee and will definitely be back to get the kombucha!

Really enjoyed my first time here. Coffee could have been hotter. Great location and interior. Friendly staff as well, cute coffee artwork. Sitting outside and being able to connect to Wi-Fi made the experience of meeting with friend for business much easier and enjoyable.

Press Coffee Ocotillo is one of my favorite coffee shops that I have been too across the globe. The atmosphere is amazing, always clean, coffee is always good and the baristas go over the top. Especially the barista Claudia. The past 3 visits she has remembered my name and how I like my coffee. Great customer service!!!! Way to go!!!

Worth a visitThe staff are very nice and the place is decently comfortable.I didnt love the regular coffee but that could just be my taste. The vanilla latte presentation was great and was wonderful.Not filled with much comfy furniture so likely not a place youd spend a lot of time at.When its nice outside its great because the fountain and outside seating is much more enjoyable than the inside. You may smell like bacon when you leave in the morning.

Its a nice place to hang out. They also provide different size cups -5 different sizes to choose from. Good coffee. I tried latte and really nice creamy.

I went in later in the day (after 4:30 pm) and there were two employees working: one was friendly, the other was not. Atmosphere was inviting and warm.I ordered a small black Americano coffee to go. I took a sip and it had a strange aftertaste so I added one packet of stevia — still not great and had an odd swirl in it (see photo). I’m just not a fan of this coffee. To me it had an odd flavor that is not to my liking.I was however able to get some RAD juice, a local cold pressed juice company. Tip: Kitchen isn’t open all day so after lunch only snacks in the glass containers and counter are available.

The pricing is the best Ive seen; especially for the gold you get! Ive noticed an immense desire to provide the right cup of coffee at Press. In regards to their brew bar, they have Kalita and Chemex; they happily describe each as well as what would best apply to the customer when youre checking out. They love selling their product (because its the best) but even more so, they love those who have a desire to know more.At Press, Ive noticed a welcoming community loving environment in regards to coffee.Its the kind of coffee place that deserves to be snobby, but isnt and loves sharing what they love!The food is also truly spectacular (no exaggeration). Press is great, Im familiar with the chain, but was so happy that the prices where cheaper than NYC, which is not always the case in Chandler. I tried the tea, green tea hibiscus, and the barista mentioned free refills and day! Its a great tea. Ill be back soon. Good place to get work done, but I dont think good to do phone calls, can get busy. I look forward to being a regular.

First time customer this morning and all I can say is Starbucks who. I never thought id fine another place chi tea latte good but theirs is amazing plus food was great. Me and my husband are making this our new coffee stop! Excellent service and atmosphere

One of the best coffee roasters in the valley, in my humble opinion. I like my iced mochas with less milk and more ice, (most of the time when I request this elsewhere, the barista short circuits) when I requested this here they didnt even blink and my served beverage was delicioso!

It was just OK coffee. I had heard so much about their brewed coffee and how good it was. Found it really weak. The staff was nice and friendly.

Recently moved to Chandler and was pleased to find this independent coffee shop right near my new home! The interior is modern and bright and the staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee is excellent too.

This place is great if you want the rules on mask wearing before any formal greeting has been accomplished. So dont expect a hello, good morning . Or welcome if your mask skills are lacking.

I was super excited to try this new coffee place. My husband and I walked in and were not acknowledged for several minutes by the two ladies at the front. Finally, one girl comes over and immediately corrects me on how to wear my mask. I fixed it and she told me to fix it again. So we decided to leave. So Im only giving a bad review based on customer service. I wore my mask into the building and had no problem fixing it and she continued to ask me to correct it. All while she was wearing a mask and had a shield between is and 6 feet apart.

The food and coffee here is top notch. I ordered online, sat outside with my dog, called the store, and they were kind enough to bring me my order.

Had the single origin latte. Was probably the best Ive had in all of Phoenix. Staff is really nice and premises are extremely clean. You can use the app to order ahead and it tells you when the order is ready.

Our Go To coffee! Press is currently our favorite, very consistent. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Shop is bright and clean. Extra points for following good COVID precautions from the beginning even when it was not required by executive order.

The Columbian pour over was absolutely amazing. My wife ordered a chocolate peanut butter shaker. Also super tasty! The location is perfect and the decor creates a clean and relaxing vibe. Wonderful place to hang out for a while. Will definitely be back!

What a cool hidden gem. Never noticed this cool little place before but Ill definitely be back. I have tried Press cold brew previously at local restaurants so when I saw this location I knew I had to stop. It was the best choice I made that week. Also tried an iced caramel latte and was not disappointed. It was delicious and my wife loved it more than Starbucks which speaks volumes! Go try it! You wont be mad.

If regular sugar isnt your thing, not to worry playa. They got a big bottle of simple syrup and other sugar substitutes to fill your needs and sweeten up your coffee game something PROPER. I also tried their Southwest breakfast burrito. It had eggs, bacon, peppers, onions, cheese and corn, which gave a sweet edge to it. The side of mild salsa came with it. It was good. Sexy even.

Just came here for this first time for the Coffee 101 class they offer. It was a really cool class and I learned a lot about coffee that I didn’t know! It was fun and interactive and we got to smell and taste a few different coffees. Highly recommend the class if you enjoy coffee and would like to learn more about how it’s made. I hope they start offering more types of coffee classes. I would definitely sign up!

Im a big lover of ice mocha and this place delivers and extremely good iced mocha. The staff is amazing and the food is great too. The only bad points are the clientele, which doesnt reflect the cafe itself but rather the neighborhood. Great place I would recommend to anyone in the area who likes coffee.

2 coffees available on the day I come in. Thats it, just 2? Its good, but thats about it. The barista was aloof and rude. Was hoping for a better experience the 3rd time around, but its always the same.

Best Chai tea of any coffee spot in Chandler! And the coffee is so smooth with so much variety! You can get breakfast as well. I love the look of the place, clean and modern. They even offer coffee tastings. Gotta check this place out! You wont be disappointed!

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I ordered a black iced tea and avocado toast. The avocado toast was the best that I have had so far. I highly recommend the toast for a light and healthy breakfast or snack.

This is definitely a fancy coffee place. My simple hazelnut latte tasted way to strong and had no hazelnut flavor. It had pretty art on top. They seem to be a environmentally friendly place but Im not into coffee enough to really care.

I just tried regular drip coffee and it was great. The store looks nice, very modern and clean. The prices are reasonable and the menu has so much to choose from, so you should be able to find youre favorite drink. I will try it a different drink next time and update the review.

The hot chocolate was very smooth and even silky. I would gladly drink that again. The only downside is the price.

So many varied and delicious beverage options here! The servers are fabulous — we walked in on our first time and they generously gave out mini samples of all their teas, coffees and even their kombucha — without us even asking for it. The attendant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she explained how each is made and their flavor undertones. We felt like it was a legit tasting tour and had the best experience! Come here for breakfast, too. It’s served late (it not, all day) and it’s excellent. Highly recommend!

Some of you might find my review funny because I didn’t try the coffee I actually came to eat and got the original burrito ( egg, bacon, potatoes, cheddar with chipotle) sooo delicious! One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. Kitchen is open until 2:30pm

Really good coffee but a super sterile environment. Definitely doesnt feel cozy like a cafe. Its fairly loud in this location as well. High ceilings and concrete floors contribute to that.

I love Press! The baristas are friendly and the drinks are great. The wifi is reliable and I get a lot of good work done here. The only things that could make it better are if this location had glass cups as an option for iced drinks like the Muse shop does, and if there wasnt a lone fly that intermittently bothers me while I sit. Not sure if its been the same fly throughout the summer or if they take shifts

I like this spot for a quick Americano. Great selection however the staff is not always the most enthusiastic about explaining the selection.Press coffee in general is bitter and sour, which to me personally is not the most enjoyable coffee.

Nice place! Clean! I planned on buying whole beans but was told I couldn’t taste it before I bought it unless I went to a scheduled coffee tasting. Who has time for that. I’m from out of town anyway. That’s unsatisfactory in my opinion. I settled for an iced americano which was pretty good.
