I walked into under armour this morning it wasn’t past 11:30am, it wasn’t full but the store felt full. It’s not a very large store and there is slot of stock. Too much really when you look at the square footage. At one point I had to escape the rack area because I kept getting bumped into. I immediately went to the back by the shoes only to almost trip over s guy who works there. We both walked away from each other only to turn the corner and bump into each other. The place is cramped. The staff was great and friendly it was just the actual store itself. UA please help this location it needs it.If you’re impatient or larger you might want to take 10 deep breaths before entering you’ll need all the patience

Staff is very helpful, and attentive. Store is clean and the associates are always folding, straightening, and arranging sizes to make shopping a good experience.

I love this place but really cant find clothes in 3XL or shoes in a size 15 or 16. They have like one or two in stock but some times they are ugly shoes. I do like that the have wide shoes in different sizes as well.

Be aware of rude, control freak at the door . Qith four children playing all kinds of sports. Under armor will not see anymore of my money. The manager could only say how the man at the door has been getting compliments all week. What does that have to do with how he treated me. Terrible customer service Arturo.

If you are specifically looking for a piece of clothing that is the Under Armour Brand then this is the place to go. Their prices will be a little lower than the same item in another store. But if you dont care what brand name it is, you may find a better price for the same application elsewhere.

Store was clean and organized. Customer service wasn’t really a thing. Long lines each visit and small store. Know what you’re going in for and get out quickly.

Fairly large store. Everything is anywhere from 20 to 40 percent off the price tag. They dont have all the things they sell online. Their shoe selection for men are very limited, I guess they only have discontinued or clearance items. If they have the item you are looking for, you get a deal on price. I left there empty handed, they had nothing I was specifically looking for. If you are looking for a deal on UnderArmour products, it might be worthwhile to take a trip there. It is located at the Premium Factory Outlet Stores, there are a bunch of other stores there. You might find something in another store there.

It wasnt very busy and its easy access to the store. The deals seemed pretty good when comparing to other department stores and you know what your looking for versus going to another department store. I will go back, they had 50% off which made prices good.

The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others. Supreme. I define it as Broc Talbot. As a sales associate, as a leader, as a man, and as a friend, he is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. He know his stuff and will bring you whatever you ask for in a jiffy. I was hesitant to try under armour but Broc made it an ease to join the team.

We recieved some of the worst service at the Under Armour store the other day. My boyfriend and I traveled 4 hours to come to this store and we arrived at 6:28. Granted because of COVID-19, stores have to stop letting customers in early if they are to close at 7. I work in a retail store too and I understand that. However, the individual gaurding the door, Christian, let two hot women in right before us and then said he would not let us in. When we asked about this injustice he said, I know with that I dont care about you look in his eyes. He was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. I had never been to this store before and Ill never go back because now this experience/Christian is the face of the business for me.

How can such a large company operate this way? I placed an order- it did not arrive by the estimated delivery date. Using the tracking number I found out that Fedex had not received it from UA. I called Under Armour. The rep said she had to send another order and she couldnt tell me when I would receive it. So I wanted to cancel the order- she said I couldnt cancel the order. It has been 5 business days since placing the order and they have not handled the product or sent it to Fedex yet.

Check out line always seems to be a bit too long. Selection of course is pretty good, but Id shop somewhere like Dicks Sports for quicker service and pricing nearly as good.

Kinda crowded with stuff. Prices arent real great - other than some specials. Appreciate the Veterans discount.
