Just left here and will definitely refer friends and family to come get there shoes here just for the customer service with my guy Dallas. I don’t know him but he was amazing. So personable with all the people that walked in. KNOWS HIS SHOES TOO! Thanks for helping me find my shoe and for doing it with a smile Dallas. Dallas provided a good shopping experience, he was very nice & friendly. I can definitely say this is now my new favorite store location to return to.

This place always takes care of me. Don’t mind the comments from the shoe cleaners guys, they get mad when customers dismiss them and keep walking. Shoe palace employees are always respectful and have great service.

The staff is awesome. The manager that day was cool. Very helpful. If we need more shoes, will definitely make the drive to Phx to give them our business.

My husband was looking for a specific shoe on a specific size. After looking for the shoes in at least 5 other different stores we were so lucky to call shoe palace and Nas was so helpful. My husbands line dropped but Nas actually called him back and was able to hold the shoes for him. Thank you sooo much!! He was great!

They have a large selection of hard to find models and super nice people to help you find the right size. Be prepared to pay full retail but youll get the best shoes on the market.

Took forever to get help and no stock in the shoes we wanted

All of the staff that worked here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to follow them around just to get a size, and then as soon as I finally got someones attention she was so rude I asked for 4 different shoes in a size 9 and all she said was we dont carry that size and walked away. Mind you she didnt even check at all. The men that were there we arguing about whos sale it was going to be when nobody even helped me. It was horrible. Ill never visit this shoe palace again.

Went in on Thursday I was being helped by the manager Bianca Ortiz. My kids are picky and they did not have their sizes in any of the shoes they liked. But instead of not bringing out anything to us Bianca brought out 5 different styles all around my price range and helped my kids out with there styles. She kneeled down and put the shoes on my kids, walked them to the mirror, and told them how comfortable the shoe is and how cool they will be with these shoes. Never have I had an experience like I did coming to a shoe store. I left with more than I expected just because she brought out styles that were so affordable.

I personally saw the manager have his friends write their names and numbers (plus 2 of THEIR friends) on a paper that would be turned in to the owner the next day. Those were the supposed winners of a raffle the store had. The manager on 5/29/19 (at night) told his friends to “act surprised”. Very dishonest. I’m definitely never shopping here again. Many sizes not available.

This retailer has good selections and Ive experienced great service.
